If I could give this place no stars I would. I went inside of the establishment and ordered a sausage biscuit with egg ,French toast, and two sausages biscuits with egg without meat. My daughter and myself don’t eat pork but my husband does. While watching the cook prepare the food was touching things that was not food,while basically contaminating the food. She touched the outside of the microwave,something steal in the back, then she pick up the broom and started sweeping with the gloves. She also was touching bacon etc while preparing the meatless sandwiches. I told the cashier I no longer wanted my order. She asked why, I stated I prefer not to say. She kept asking me which irritated me. If I request a refund without even having the food in my hand it shouldn’t been an issue. She goes to get this burly racist manger Mike who comes and tellme I have to have a reason to get a refund. Where in Hardee’s policy does it state if I’m not satisfied with the service, I can’t get a refund. He stated he’ll refund me half of my order and basically forced me to take half of the order.Do not eat from there . They’re unprofessional and racist. Very poor customer service.

Visited this Hardee's on 3/16/24. Probably the dirtiest fast food joint that I have ever been in. I stopped by the bathroom first....I should have just left after seeing that! Hadn't been cleaned in many days from the looks of things. In the main lobby area, my feet stuck to the floor, with EVERY SINGLE STEP. Ice machine didn't shut off when getting your drinks, so ice was just mounding up and pouring out onto the floor. Just an overall dirty and grimy joint. Absolutely would never stop in there again.

My husband and I stopped there for lunch.And when we got our food after waiting ten minutes to dine in, My husband's bun on his chicken sandwich was burnt black so he took it up to the counter, which they replaced (with different one?). When he came back to the table he opened it up and same thing, the bun was black, I ordered chicken tenders and they tasted the way burnt plastic smells. Needless to say, we won't be going back and No, we did not eat the food.

I believe Hardee's burgers are delicious. Having said this, Hardee's must be the worst fast food restaurant chain in existence. They offer promotions through their app, yet it is the most dysfunctional software ever designed. Two-thirds of their restaurants are located in truck stops so you can't use the app for them. I found this Paxton, IL restaurant within a mile of the Interstate so I thought I would order something to be picked up and the app did not honor the promotional prices, the app would not allow me to see what I had selected until I paid for food, the app would not allow me to edit my order, etc. I finally gave up.

I got a 10pc chicken strip meal that yes could be 2 meals but $23 for a drink fries and chicken strips is a bit much!!! The chicken was def better than I expected and a good thing it’s a lager meal cause the burger was disgusting. Staff was super courteous and patient as I couldn’t believe my cost for chicken strip meal and a reg cheeseburger meal was $35.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Ordered curly fries and brought regular, but redeemed it by bringing huge basket of curly fries. Food was fresh and hot. Of course cant go wrong with Happy Hour sliders!

The food was good. I was traveling back to Illinois from Ohio. And I stopped at Hardee's to eat a burger because I had been on the road for about 5 hours already. I saw that they had a free sandwich if you signed up for their app. Which I was trying to do. I didn't understand how to get the free sandwich when I ordered something. I asked two different employees. They didn't know how to do it either. So I had to figure out myself. It took me a good 15 minutes of my time to sign up and figure out that once you order anything. After you order the sandwich that you get to choose from. The price of that sandwich will come off after you have already ordered. So it was very simple they need to train their employees a little better. Especially when they have a big sign on the top of the counter by the registers. They should be able to help the customer out with any promotions deals that they have. But my meal was good for only 2 dollars that's the only reason why I gave it two stars. Otherwise customer service has gone out the window. If you think you're going to get some help at any restaurants or stores anymore you can forget about it. They don't care about the customers anymore. You'll be lucky to have a good place to go and get great customer service!

Brought my school bus loaded with 30 kids and adults on our way back from Champaign. Most places see a bus full roll up and get freaked out NOT this place they welcomed us with greetings and were so happy to see us. Food was absolutely delicious, service was fabulous. KUDOS to everyone who worked there on 9/3/23 @ around 3pm. You all did a fabulous job and I know I will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone.

With our Hardee's closing. It's a bit of a drive to go to either other closest one.Everything thing was fine until I over heard a employee say take your Black A$$ somewhere else..Mind you I'm not Black but it still offends me because of how young people are today !I still stand by the Employee ActTitle Vll of the Civil Rights Act Of 1964...I still stand byThe Civil Rights Act Of 1866Prohibits Discrimination Against Any Race !I'm not 100% if they were talking to the guy working on the line or the customer who had just got their order and left. ..I just know that no matter what that should not have been said !

Not very friendly- I was waiting for our food and the lady looked at me and handed a nice young man our food and told him to hand it to us. She was closer but had no personality at all, also we ordered soda- soda was out, and there were no ketchup packets.

Food took forever to arrive. The fries weren't even consistent, as the curly fries and normal fries seemed to be mixed in with each other. There were only 3 workers there, and it couldn't even finish my food because my bus was leaving. The entire place was pretty dirty in general, and some of the tables were super wobbly. The workers were fine. It's just that they needed to pick up the pace. They denied someone's order of a chocolate shake just to save time. I wouldn't come here again.

Ordered a large meal, was charged for a large meal...got a medium drink and hashrounds. Usually the person at the window is friendly. This person wasn't unfriendly...but definitely didn't greet me. Being the only fast food place with a drive thru in town, it would be nice to see above exceptional customer service. Also, it's outrageously priced...especially when you don't get what your ordered.

Food was okay, took forever, and it was cold. The bathroom definitely need an overhaul I was afraid of getting tetanus. Very dirty. The restaurant was dirty and had a hard time finding a clean table. People were nice but that’s as far as it goes.

Every time I see a Hardee's I think, "Hey wow, they still exist!" And it's not the food. Although that's not worth the crazy prices. This location was run by a couple of frat bros and a stand-up comic just goofing around at the front counter and in the kitchen. Our order was correct, but missing condiments ON the sandwich. The place was a mess, with little piles of dust and dirt by the door. I'm pretty sure its being one of the only places by the highway helps it survive. I would have talked to the managers but I'm pretty sure he was the lead frat bro.

OMG! How is this burger joint have THE BEST chicken tenders I've ever had?! They were Soooo soft. Thick uber super crunchy crust and was HOT n fresh. Fantastic! Took awhile to get the order, but that ws cuz everything was fresh made. I had the roast beef sammich. I didn't really care for it. Arby's is much better. :/ service was great at Hardee's and the staff very nice. Def recommend!

Went at 9:40pm (20min before closing) on Halloween night. Expected bad customer service because that's what I'm used to these days but everything was great except for the curly fries. Most of the food was hot. 4stars bc the curly fries weren't hot or crispy and weren't filled on the large orders. Family of 5 order. Will go back though. I'll just ask for fresh curly fries.

Horrible restaurant, twice now have ordered off the Hardee’s app, paid, got receipt and showed up to be told they could not produce said item. Ordered breakfast at 10:28a on the app, showed up said breakfast wasn’t available. When complaining to the “district manager” he was rude, and over talked while I was making a complaint then kicked me out and said not to come back. Hardee’s is terrible #hardees
