I use to take my dog here all the time, but his last visit, he was bleeding and had cuts on his paws. I noticed as he was limping and with walking they bled more. I messaged the groomer and she stated she would let her boss know, who never even bothered to reach out. It’s been maybe a month. The groomer did apologize but when you hurt a pup, that’s family and for the owner not to care shows what type of people they really are. I will be reporting them.

I’m so happy with Johnny’s appointment!I was concerned since Johnny is 13 years old, has cataracts and also difficulty hearing, plus anxiety! But both ladies at this salon took such good care of him - we had bath wash and nail trimming - so pleased with my clean boy and definitely coming back!He came out happy, clean and not anxious at all! 10/10!

Love this salon. I have been bringing my dogs here for over 4 years. They are amazing with my anxious jack russel and my grumpy shihpoo who doesn't like his paws touched. Highly recommended. Before and after photos below ❤️

Do not recommend. They used to be good but they have become snoody and treat the dogs like they are next in line on an assembly line. No concern for the dog's personal needs.

I had my Yorkie groomed today with Josh for the first time! Cute boutique! He did an excellent and very thorough job! Highly recommend and we will be back!

Absolutely in love with this new shop (to us anyway)!! Hiro is a 120 lb Akita with a heart of gold, but sometimes has separation anxiety :) He must have been super comfortable here because within 15 mins his muzzle was off & when I came to pick him up he was waiting up front just greeting customers! So happy we have a new place to make him handsome!

Brought our pup here for the first time and so impressed! Blows our last groomer away. His teeth look so much better, soft coat, ears super clean and great job trimming his nails and emptying his glands. Will be back!

BEST dog groomer in the history of dog groomers. Our 3 year old 14-pound Silky DONNY has never looked better or felt softer or had his nails trimmed as beautifully as when JOSH took care of him. HIGHLY recommend. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They take good care of my pup...he always comes out looking pretty handsome. But...they have raised their prices without any warning. They also missed a few places of hair that I had to correct when I got home. Overall, good but expensive.

Jaclyn was AMAZING with my pup! My border collie, Bentley, got a clean up and mud bath. He is still so soft and smells amazing weeks later! Highly recommend her services! And her prices can’t be beat! Bentley can’t wait to go back and see Jaclyn. Her store is very cute with adorable with treats for purchase. Take your dog to Jaclyn for grooming if you want the best grooming services in town!

Tess & Woo's is the best groomer in town. Our 13 year-old shorkie is both blind and partially deaf so going to the groomer is a very anxiety-inducing experience for her. They are so kind at Tess & Woo's and it's very clear that they take the time and care necessary to ensure our pup is both well-groomed and comfortable! She always comes home looking and feeling like a million bucks!

I was concerned at first for taking in my senior dog for grooming since he can't stand for long periods of time. The groomer took special care to make sure he was comfortable. Cut looks great.

Great place and highly recommend. Jaclyn is the best! We have a goldendoodle and have been to a couple places but nothing beats this place. Every time we pick her up she looks amazing and the job was done right with little input from us.
