Took my Persian cat here, he had knots that was close to skin, the owner did a great job shaving all those down. He gave me tips to clean the eye spot with camomile. Gave a nice lion haircut and some dry shampoo on him. Thank you.

Igor and his staff were amazing with our Rottweiler! He can be aggressive sometimes with nail trimming but Igor and his staff handled him so well. Igor took him super last minute also and his staff put this adorable bandana on him after he was done(took them a whole 3 minutes not even). We will be going back for sure!

I'm all for supporting small local businesses, but my goodness this experience was rough. I tried to browse prices, and with no website that should have already been a red flag but whatever. After I call, I set up the time, the owner was really short with me and right before I was going to ask about prices, he hung up. Arrive for my appointment, my cat is really nice, I kept trying to tell them that (I'm in the industry too... I understand scary mean cats, but my cat is not lol). There's his assistant who seemed really uncomfortable and off-putting. Appeared really anxious right before handling my cat. Took 3 people to groom her? Although she just sat there. Botched shave job, no bath. Did her nails but a lot of them were frayed 😬 and I really only asked for a sanitary trim and didn't really get that. I could have done better at home, which I have, but just wanted to treat my girl and get her a nice grooming. $80 for nothing... I wish they had discussed prices with me. Even at the salon, their white board was vague and didn't have prices. My heart sank when he said $80... Again literally for what?? You guys shiested me and took advantage of me. Very unfair. It looks like you have been in this business for a long time and I have never done business with someone without discussing prices first. I've also been to cat groomers who say they charge $70 for a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, etc. and then as a courtesy, only charge $50 because of how good she is. I don't expect handouts, but with NO BATH and and it's $80?? Just incredibly unfair.Please don't bring your cat here. Clearly seems to be a very renowned dog groomer, but that's it. NOT A CAT GROOMER. It's way too expensive for virtually no services done.Please take care grooming off of your provided services.

I love Precious Precious Paws!! I have been bringing my two Yorkies here for almost four years now, and every time we have been here has been amazing, and I am beyond Grateful to everyone here for always being so accommodating, and kind! Stella and Sasha enjoy coming here, and highly recommend the blueberry facial! We feel like family when we walk in after all this time. We will soon be moving out of state next year.We will miss coming here! Thank you for all of kindness and generosity!❤️🐶

Ok if I can give this place no stars I would, Cubby my little guy went here for a haircut, the owner was never told to clean his ears, they did and whatever they did it flooded his ears, our little guy hasn’t been able to sleep in two days, he does not even want to go anywhere, he keeps trying to itch it, IGOR your really a low class person, you had no right to hurt our dog, I will be sending this to the better business bureau for a fill out review. I don’t know how you sleep at night being able to do this to other dogs, you should be ashamed of yourself. When calling to speak to the owner he turns it around and makes you feel at fault. Please look at the picture below. This isn’t how you treat pets.

Excellent service my cat needed a claw trim badly and they took her right away. Very clean place and they have a lot of awesome things you can buy for your pets I highly recommend this place!

I am an avid supporter of local small businesses as well I hate writing reviews unless there positive but was not happy with my dog Oakley's last(2nd time there) cut and wash here. After spending over $80(normal groomer is usually $40 but was booked up) and have had him there before and did come home happy and clean and very fluffy! This time unfortunately not a good result. Picked Oakley up and he was still damp and covered in extra hair that was loose and just coming off all over the interior of the car. Got him in the house just to find numerous mats behind his ears! And just a really bad cut. Was shaved bald in a few spots and other spots completely shaggy and matted in others. Was not happy and called...no answer so left a VM... day goes by and no call back so called again...no answer... few more days and nothing.

I had a wonderful experience with Precious Paws! They did an amazing job grooming and giving my cat a lion cut. When I booked the appointment they offered an early time slot when the location would be quieter for my cats comfort which I really appreciate. Everyone working was friendly and the time between drop off and pickup was quick! Will definitely be back with my boy!

If I could give less stars I would. Keep your pet away from this place. I took my dog here for his 2nd visit and grooming. Very happy with the first visit, not so happy the 2nd time. I picked my pup and he looked ok, not the best grooming by any means. My problem was when I got home and removed the oversized bandanna they put on my dog to discover a bald spot and a cut on my dog. I was irate, I called the place back and spoke with Igor, he first off tried to turn it on me and my dog having matted hair. This I disagree with but that’s neither here nor there. My problem is them not saying a word when I picked my guy up and have to discover it on my own. I would of been a lot better if it had been mentioned when I picked my dog up. Not covering it up and try to be a coward about it. And when I call to let them know my displeasure you want to talk to me like trash to explain. You had a chance to explain when I picked my dog up and you chose not to. That’s very deceptive and I wouldn’t trust any animal in your care. I don’t wish failure on anyone but I wish for you to not cause another pup harm or their human. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I always took my pooch to precious paws when I lived a few blocks down from them. I just thought he must like the attention he got during grooming generally because he never put up a fuss at drop off like my parents' dog. I moved a few miles away and took him somewhere near there ONCE and after just that one experience he wouldn't even walk on the same side of the street as that grooming place. He'd see it and immediately lunge to try and get me to cross the street. Needless to say I now drive back to Precious Paws to have him groomed. They do a great job and my little man LOVES them.

I have tried so many groomers over the past several years, and this is, by far, the best hair cut my dog (cavachon) has ever had! He has terrible tear stained eyes, and they, for the first time, came back clean! Plus, he smells so good! I'm so happy I finally found a good, clean, friendly place for my doggie:)

These guys are great! It feels like other groomers see a cat and only understand a Lion cut... and I despise how my cat looks with the lion cut. Igor gets it. And he makes my cat look so damn cute that I just keep coming back.
