This morning I needed a last minute appointment and my “normal” grooming spot was booked so I searched my area and Magic Scissors is right around the corner for me. I called around 9 am and expressed that I needed to get my dog a bath and just an all over shave. I knew that was a long shot considering how booked everyone is. Theresa said bring him at 10:30! No problem! I brought Jack in and just gave them all free reign to do whatever it was they needed to do to get my pup clean and shaved. Got a call around 1:30 saying he was ready! That quick!! Once I arrived to pick Jack up, he was so excited to see me and so excited to say bye to Theresa and her team! This is the best he has looked in 11 years!!! Theresa and her team really made this a great experience and I went ahead and booked Jack for the rest of the year!! Now that we are home, he is fast asleep in puppy land!

Love love love Magic Scissors! Unfortunately, we haven’t had the best luck with groomers in the past. However, the experience at Magic Scissors was absolutely great! The team is so friendly and really made me feel great about taking our boys there. Both dogs were super happy when I picked them up, and they looked GREAT! They didn’t seem uncomfortable or scared at all (which happened in the past when taking our labradoodle to get groomed). I feel lucky to have found this place and the amazing people that we encountered during our visit. This will be the only place where we take our boys from now on…. Just look how cute they turned out!! Thank you!!!

First time here and they were wonderful! My poor pup got skunked and they accommodated a last minute appointment. They had a special treatment for skunking and gave me tips on how to handle the situation. Easy, on-time drop off & pick up. We'll be back!

Good haircut on my small dog, but rude groomer - left dog on grooming table for three hours, claiming she had too many snarls in her wiry hair. I had just combed dog out the evening before. total appt took over five hors and multiple dogs in salon at one time. Will not return

Absolutely fabulous! Any time you move to a new area it's always daunting the first time you try any place 'new'... First time trying Magic Scissors and they knocked it out of the park! I have 2 year old Wheaten Terrier who was an absolute mess. Theresa & her staff1. Were prompt in getting back to me when I called.2. Totally reasonable with pricing3. But most important, they took the time to not only listen to what I wanted for Hugo's groom, but they asked questions to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted.He came home looking & smelling great! They spent a long time on him & in the past I would have either been charged extra for that or the groomer would have just gotten frustrated and just shaved him down. Thank you Magic Scissors for the caring time you spent with my sweet messy dog! Hugo will definitely be back - we're so happy we found you!!!

This is the second time we take our dog to Magic Scissors. The first time she had matts and the groomer explained they would have to shave her, which I expected. I scheduled an appointment for her because again she was knotted but not as bad a the last time. I waited almost a month for this appointment. Today we dropped her off at about 9:30 for her 9:45 appointment. By 3:20 I hadn't heard from them about picking her up so I called. The person who answered the phone told me they were just working on her and apologized because they were down a groomer. I explained I was calling because my husband works evenings needed to be out the door by 4:30 and I am at work until 7 so we wouldn't be able to get her until then. They then said they will try to have her ready in 30 minutes, 20 minutes later they call to tell us she's ready, we pick her up and she is completely shaved! Now I knew they would have to go short but shaved.. Nope.. this was because they had to rush through the service. I did not call to rush them but simply because my girl was there for 6 hours and I hadn't been updated nor were we informed at drop off that they were "down a groomer". If we had I would have made arrangements to make sure we were available for a later pickup. I expected more from a business with such positive reviews. My poor girl was there for 6 hours when in reality for a shave it should've been way less. The first thing she did was paw at her water bowl. She was clearly thirsty. If they're going to keep them that long they should at least make sure they're hydrated.

Theresa is amazing! I have a rescue and I couldn't have been more comfortable leaving her there. I was referred here by my old groomer which that alone says something in my opinion. Theresa asked tons of questions to understand what my dogs quirks were and what her triggers might be. I'm sure my talker drove them nuts but she was so happy when I picked her up. You could tell it was a positive experience for her. We will definitely be back!

Theresa and her entire staff are fantastic! They are warm, welcoming, and do an excellent job grooming. In conversation, Theresa and I began discussing the rescue I got my pup from; a few days later, I heard from the rescue that Theresa had made a very generous donation to them, upon learning about them from me. Her love and commitment to the dogs is very, very evident!

This is a great spot. Was recommended by my good friend & they always do a superb job. My dood always looks great & this spot isn't as pricy as some of the other groomers we've been to in the past. This is our groomer now. :)

Absolutely amazing groomer! She takes pride in what she does and it shows! Went here one time and of all the other groomers I went to that I had a very bad experience with Danielle took the time and energy and had so much patience with our dog Teddy. I will be taking him here again today if she has the availability 🙌👍 We walked out with a huge smile on our faces seeing him look so dapper with his new puppy cut 🐶 Thanks again for going above and beyond for us and taking in every detail we discussed prior to his cut and personalizing it yourself. Flawless outcome!!!

Our pets always enjoy going to get groomed at Magic Scissors. The team clearly treats the pets very well and they do a great job grooming them. They almost always have openings that work with our busy schedules and are flexible when they don't perfectly line up. Definitely recommend Magic Scissors.

Worst experience ever!! They completely shaved my dog. The cut is so short and so uneven! Apparently they never have her water because she came home and drank a entire bowl of water.
