Booked a bath and nail trim with Colton and had an excellent experience! Appointment was on time and there was a ton of communication before, during, and after the groom.I’ve had grooming experiences where the pickup time is around 3 hours after arrival, regardless of how much of a groom is needed (just a bath and nail trim for us!). I dropped my pup off, and he was ready 45 minutes later! Colton even took the time after the groom to show me (a new dog mom) how to safely and correctly grind my dog’s nails at home.Colton and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our first groom at Kriser’s a positive experience!

I am over the moon happy with Kriser’s daycare! My Archie has a full day of games, dog play, enrichment(treat puzzles) and positive interactions with staff. Monica (current manager) has moved mountains in the short time she has been in this location. The current staff is attentive, present and “must love dogs” because Archie can’t get in there fast enough. Thank you, Monica, Jenna, Amy, Marcus, Cassandra, Carol, Laurie, Gina and anyone else I’ve missed. You are appreciated. With all of the challenges life brings, I’m grateful that quality daycare is one less thing I have to worry about.

My puppy attends daycare here. The staff are the best, especially Jay. They make me feel good about leaving my puppy in their care. I don’t have to worry about her. They send me pictures and updates. Thank you to the staff for providing an excellent daycare program.

My dog has been getting his haircuts at Krisers for years. He's had a few different groomers, but they've all been wonderful. He feels comfortable going there and he always looks great.

For all the horrid reviews about grooming here I have a recommendation go to Nicole at Bentley’s Glenview she is compassionate and cheaper in price that this dump. Plus Bentleys has a gate around their register so you don’t have to worry about dogs thinking they own they own the store and attacking other dogs and of course you would avoid all possibilities of a 450 dollar vet bill.

I love going to pet stores where the staff really knows their stuff about the products. Especially when I have a very special kitty who has had lots of medical issues. Monica yesterday was soo helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to learning more from her during my future visits.

It was my first time shopping at Kriser’s in Park Ridge and I absolutely loved it! It was such a nice little pet shop with a huge variety of foods, chews, and great amenities like grooming and a self dog wash station. The workers were super kind and friendly! I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis. Thank you Kriser’s!

Apollo loves going to daycare! Jay takes great care of him. He gets a report card at the end of the day and I am updated on how it went. Close and easy too and fair pricing. Also can get my shopping done while picking him up!

My puppy Bodhi and I love Kriser's! The staff is so friendly and helpful and they have a great selection of natural foods and treats. Bodhi goes to daycare there on a regular basis and just loves it. You can tell he feels at home and loved. He is always so excited to see the staff and they give him lots of pets and love in return. We appreciate hat they spend most of their day out of the crate, attended to and playing. I think Jay is the newest daycare staff member and is often there when we drop him off. She is a sweat heart and I leave knowing he is in great hands!

Awesome customer service! Cokie and I stopped in for some dog food. It was ready and waiting for us.Cokie met a few new friends who were going home from doggie day care. Will definitely be back to use the self-serve "dog wash".Just a lovely store with ample parking in the back and superb customer service!!

Pocket loves Darian and Bailey in the daycare facility. I can't drive by without him trying to visit. He socializes with his canine friends and Darian and Bailey provide encouragment and counseling when he gets too "puppy." I can't say enough good things about Kriser's Daycare.

**I was told to contact Chad Rasner directly (see response below) which I did on August 16 and have yet to hear anything back.The employees here continue to be so rude. I returned today hoping for a better experience after not having been in several months because of a previous negative customer service experience. My 3 year old son was with me and picked up an empty cardboard box from a display that had a cardboard truck front attached to it and he pulled it off. He should not have done this, but the box was empty, he didn’t rip it and it could’ve easily been reattached. I assume it will be going straight to the dumpster since it was empty, and made of cardboard. The employee was very rude to both him and I about it. Again, my son shouldn’t have done that but a little kindness and empathy can go a long way. Since GM Alli Gluecklich left, this place has turned into a dumpster fire and customer service has gone out the window.

Went here to get some dog food for my picky shih tzu Bella and was helped by a very helpful staff person there named Allison. The recommendations she gave were great and got Bella to finally eat her food. I really appreciated her help and will definitely be returning to get more food for Bella going forward.

Store was very clean and well organized, staff was incredibly friendly! They are so sweet to the dogs that visit they even named a frequent four legged visitor Toby as a "manager"!! Adorable and so well behaved! Would definitely recommend for all pet needs.

I was very happy with Kildeer location.Great selection of products.Always willing to accommodate me with nail trimming...it took under 5min for the service...Park Ridge location asked me to make appointment for that 🤣 Really??You just lost a customer ...I will spend that 1k somewhere else
