I took my Doberman Kobe here for his ear cropping. When I adopted Kobe from someone online I was lied to about his age but they still worked with me and did great on his ears! I’m more into the longer crop but I do understand because of his age at the time it would of been harder for them to stay up and I think his ear crop suits him. Also I do wanna add that my dog also had skin irritation that I had been trying to help with before the ear crop, when I picked him up his hair was so so much better and it had grown in the spots that were lacking. I’m not sure what they used but it worked great. Would recommend and would come back!

I boarded 2 dogs here about 3 years ago and they both came home traumatized and smelling of urine. I tried the facility once again when I needed emergency boarding and once I left they called me and said my dog tried to bite and was barking excessively. My dog has never bit anyone and does well boarding everywhere else. I picked him up, they refunded me, I went home. They then called and left me a voice mail saying they gave my dog a sedative and didn't want me to be alarmed if we're overly sleepy.

It was my first time going so I didn't know what to expect. Then it got crowded, but I didn't panic because I had an appointment. That, however turned out to be irrelevant because the doctor was running an hour late coming from another location. I didn't leave because I didn't have anything pressing to do. I was glad I waited. The doctor and his assistant were very polite and knowledgeable. They did a thorough exam on my dog and gave him his yearly rabbies shot. I was impressed. I do plan to go back.

My husband says time for her to go on a diet because he had to help left her into the tub. She went to get bathed and remove all that shedding of winter hair. He was happy with the results!

You pay exactly for what you get. I took my dog there and they did not feed him. How did I know, glad you asked. The food I sent him with well he came back home with the same amount. Secondly, I could see my dogs ribs and that wasn't normal. My next complaint is that I picked my dog up and they gave him to me with no problem but I wasn't the individual who dropped my dog off. I gave my boyfriends name and they gave me the dog with no problem. How safe is that! I was also told that my dog couldn't come back because he was hyperventilating. Well, if he had some food and water he probably wouldn't have been hyperventilating. I wasn't upset by them saying he couldn't return because I didn't plan on him returning anyway.

Our dog was taken to Foster’s Kennel/Park Forest Animal Clinic for a routine grooming appointment yesterday 9/15/2023 and was picked up with his nail injured. He was bleeding from one of his nails and when asked about it the groomer stated that it was normal.

This place is terrible! PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. YES, the prices are reasonable but this place is a joke. I took my Puppy here to get her rabies shot, they did not give me a rabies tag or anything that states she got the shot. I have been calling for a month & the doctor (old man) is never in. The young guy that answered the phone today got an attitude & hung up on me. Very unprofessional. So now, I can’t take my puppy to get groomed because I don’t have proof of her shots. They are not trying to work with me to resolve this matter. All they ever say is the doctor is not here. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY PLACE! It was my first AND last time. Cheap prices doesn’t mean quality service. Be blessed!

I love this place. Everytime I use to take my dog to any other groomer place he would not want to stay. But everytime we go here he has no prob it's like he knows he gonna come out looking so fresh & so clean. Great customer service very polite and friendly.👍👍❤️

Brought my Cane Corso in to get ears cropped. I was a little concerned they would not get it right but they did a great job. Also, took her there for grooming a few weeks later and they hooked up my pup. Reasonable pricing, all I have dealt with here were professional. Thinking about having them do some protection training for me as well.

My husband and I went here for a tour to board our furbaby for an upcoming trip. I assumed the gentleman was the manager because he verbally interrupted the employee at the front desk (did not say excuse me or anything) that greeted us and told her to give us a rush through tour because they were behind. She was very nice and polite and did her best to explain their boarding service quickly. We literally were done in less than 5 mins.This is not a place where I would be comfortable leaving my pet. If they didn't have time for us humans, I am afraid of how they would treat my dog. This was a red flag for us and we have decided this is not the best fit for our furbaby!

My dogs ears look great, yet he came home with a uti and not enough antibiotics to cure it in my opinion and what sounds like kennel cough. We will see what they say when we go back tomorrow. Everyone there is very friendly.I left a message on the general number and my call was never returned. I had to call the doctor directly

I took my miniature yorkie in for grooming and it looked like Edward scissor hands groomed him blind folded. Worst haircut he's ever gotten. He no longer looks like a yorkie he looks like a Chihuahua that's been neglected. When I spoke with the owner he could care less. His extremely dry response to my complaint was like he was taking a message saying "you're calling to say you don't like how we cut your dog and you're not happy with the cut". So I paid $45 for a hack job and terrible customer service. I would never recommend this place and will not be returning. If you still decide to bring your dog here after reading this, good luck to you....... and I told you so (in advance). Update: Yes I was offered to bring my dog back to fix what can't be fixed without waiting for his hair to grow back. And why would I let y'all make things worse? The owner needed to have the same energy he has responding to review into his customer service skills

Friendly staff and reasonable prices, but my last experience was just odd. I took my cat to get groomed and his fur hasn’t grown back to the usual length. He's a long-haired cat, so it’s just surprising. Maybe it was the type of product that the groomer used and the fragrance on him was overwhelming.Also, Dr Gary Friederich suggested I leave my cat for a few days so he could take some bloodwork, and the day I was scheduled to pick him up, he “forgot” him in Summit, IL. I wasn’t even aware that he brought him to another location. That’s something that you need to let owners know. I assumed he would stay at the location I dropped him off at. Dr Friederich also forgot his cat carrier, so I had to go out my way to Summit Animal Hospital to pick it up.

My first visit to this kennel was today and I must say so far so good ,I am a proud Pitbull mom and I am very picky about her well being. The facility was clean and they even have a vet on location. The staff provides great customer service and they even allowed me to take a quick tour to reassure me the facility was safe and well kept. Seven days later I returned to pick up my Brindle Baby and I am happy to say that she was very well taken care of. Kudos to (staff member) Darryl for making sure she got a few extra hugs while she was there!

Very good experience. They were great with my fur baby. I have a yorkiepoo. Only thing is I asked for her nails to be clipped and they missed clipping her "thumb" nails! Otherwise they provided good service and were a pleasure to do business with.

I love fosters kennel all the employees are absolutely amazing twinn takes care of my dogs everytime I board and Sam and nia are amazing groomers. I definitely recommend fosters and it’s black owned. The owner is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions I have about dogs whether there sick or not. That young lady at the first counter Chantae is very helpful. I love it there and I would never which up.

This was my second time using Foster's kennel. They took good care of my 2 dogs which were there for 9 days and their price is very reasonable.They sell dog food, dog houses, statues and have a veterinarian on site.

I’ve been taking my presas here for 2 years and before that I was taking my cat to Dr.Fred I don’t have anything against Dr.Fred but I spoke to the owner today and he was so condescending when I was only calling him to inform him about something that could be a potential risk for his other clients. I called and told him my dog contracted dog lice from his facility after getting bathed there, now I’ve never had this type of issue before because my dogs are never around any other dogs, I don’t take them out of my yard because we have a gated half acre they can run and play on, and we always check them for ticks, I noticed about a week after they got bathed there and this isn’t something dogs get from humans or cats but instead of him saying he’ll check into it and he isn’t sure if it’s his facility he said he was dead certain it wasn’t his and he was certain they got thr flea and tick meds but he wasn’t even there that day or hardly any day that I’ve been there in the 2 years I’ve been going. I’ve gotten my dogs ears cropped and went for all my animals needs but never again that place will leave your dog riddle with fleas or dog lice from now on I’m washing my dogs myself. UPDATE: Since owner wants to reply I’ll repeat myself again my presas didn’t have dog lice before getting bathed there I see why some of the presa breeders I know will never come there again and I’m definitely on that list as well I was all for supporting a black business owner until you insulted my intelligence I’ve worked with animals for years I know how dog lice is spread and I don’t have them around other dogs and never had it before taking them there.

I love this Dog kennel and vet They're the best at everything they do I've been going to them for 4 years now I was treated well even when I have to put my dog down from cancer They care enough to check on me after she was gone Lemont is the best he has a ❤ Heart of Gold.
