It's some lady who is always on the phone and has her phone on speaker. She is like in her 50's or 60's brown skin with blonde short hair. I think it's super ghetto and tacky she should not be working there.This place is trash it's like a few people that are good workers at this location. I had a bad experience 1/16/2024 in the am ..the doors were suppose to open at 8 am the girl opened the doors at 8:03. I knocked on the door and the lady finally came and she opened the door didn't say anything had a nasty attitude.

The cashiers are generally polite, but the prices on the shelves are rarely the same when you check out. The prices at the register is usually a quarter or more than the shelf prices listed. I have shared my concerns with the manager, who states she has no control over this discrepancy. By law, you should get a price adjustment for the shelf listed prices, but this never occurs. Now when I check out, I don't purchase the items if the register differs in price.

Customer service is not good. I was in there over the weekend buying something and the cashier was at the register sitting down with her feet kicked up, watching a show on her tablet and it took her a while to even notice I was at the register. I didnt even want my stuff anymore. Work should not be the hang out.

This place gets worse and worse. The customer service is horrible. I showed up and the door wouldn't open, and a young man who was leaving opened the door and said it must be stuck. I went in and the passive aggressive woman behind the counter proceeded to talk mess about all the customers coming in because she wanted to take a break. I asked if she locked up and closed early and she said yes, so I apologized. She proceeded to continue talking mess to her coworker smh. She had an attitude everytime I go in. Probably time to just find somewhere else to shop. Because eventually someone is going to say something back to her.

I've shopped here for years and have seen Many managers come and go. The store is always well stocked and clean however., the young lady you have there now representing the corporation is Extremely Rude and Unprofessional.Every encounter with her is unpleasant! She walks around the store playing inappropriate music thru a loud speake r she's always frowned up when approached as if she doesn't her job. Please address

Family Dollar is close to my house, everything is at a good price, good service, helpful, nice and they just upped the items with a freezer, ice cream, milk, cheese, etc. All good!!!
