Asked about a prescription I had there and it wasn't covered under my insurance. Ok that's fine I kinda need it asap so I ask for it to be put under a goodrx (which says about $5-10 MAX) pharmacist comes back and says $40! Either they are incompetent and ran it for straight cash or they are trying to steal from me because they think I don't know better! Either way I'm not going back and I advise you not to either!

This location is worst than Chicago Heights, for this to be a pharmacy the staff has no consideration for the patient. They lack in communication and they will leave patients without medication without providing other options. Also how do you have a pharmacist tell the patient at 7pm after waiting the entire weekend for medication that you don’t know where it is and that you’re just getting to work at 5pm. Ok that was 2 hours ago, I’ve was told my medication would be ready in a hour. The store closes at 8pm so you just say anything to get rid of the patient. Meanwhile I still don’t have my medication. The pharmacist should be reprimanded for knowingly providing false information to the patient just to get them out your face.WHO EVER MANAGES THIS STORE SHOULD BE FIRED. LEAVING PATIENTS WITHOUT PROVIDING ADEQUATE TREATMENT IS UN ETHICAL. AND THE PHARMACIST NEEDS TO LOSE HER LICENSE.

Great pharmacy drive up is convient and well staffedtje wait time are minimal, and the staff are great in figuring out the maze of Doctor, and insurance plan red tape.

If I could rate negative stars I would. The pharmacy staff are the worst. They move at a snails pace and it takes them days to fill a prescription, if they even fill it at all. If you get pain meds they act like you are an addict seeking a fix. I have a 15 day precription and often times they argue with me over it and try to make me wait 30 days for it because its a narcotic. Dont try to call them, they don't answer. The staff are rude and severely lack customer service skills.

Pharmacy is not organized, boxes everywhere, they will tell you that your order is ready only to get there and it's not!!! Not once, twice but multiple confusion... it looks a mess back there when you are waiting to pick up or drop off! I understand short staffing but the look of messiness is concerning particularly because that's how mistakes happen! Needs order!!!!

Can I just to you...this is the worst pharmacy I have ever ever used. They are super disorganized, they rarely answer the phone in pharmacy, they have SOME staff that knows what they are doing, but most do not! Prescriptions are taken by the tech and just sat to the side and goes unfilled and when u get there they tell u it wasn't inputed. If you use online services your prescription requests never get done unless you call them and sit on the phone for 30 min just to tell them to fill the DANG prescriptions!!! And here comes the worst part ( as if that's not bad enough) THEY NEVER HAVE MEDICATIONS AVAILABLE!!!! THEY ALWAYS HAVE TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO THE STORE! EVEN WELL USED MEDICATIONS. How do you not have medications in stock YOU ARE A PHARMACY! Been dealing with this mess for over a year... I see my doctor on 12/29 and I will be asking for all my prescriptions to be moved back to WALGREENS where I never had any issues getting my medications in a timely manner.

Self Checkout is horrible. I noticed a few employees standing around, but not one register open. I am not an employee of CVS but was encouraged to use Self Checkout if I wanted to purchase items. If the items were for me I would've went to Walgreens, which will be my choice from now on.

The only department that is hardworking is the pharmacy department.... They are wonderful!!! But as far as some of the cashier's and probably management, that is very questionable. Not helpful at all while they eat their food and licking their fingers.

Came here for my flu shot. Waited for about 15/20 minutes at the counter, they need more employees at the prescription counter helping patients.I did get my flu shot eventually with a helpful employee and all went well. Store seemed well stocked and store was clean.

The prices are a bit high, but that's expected at these types of stores for convenience. They do have great sales at times though. The pharmacy is very professional and thorough, and the store staff is friendly. I wish that they still sold cigarettes, but understand why they don't. It is easy to find what you're looking for thanks to good labeling and helpful employees.

Pharmacy TERRIBLE. Went in on the 14th for my Metformin because I got a new script from Dr. the day before. Wasn't ready, the girl said that it would have to be ordered and it would be in on Monday. I went back on the 21. Now she tells me again that they don't have it and I have to wait until Monday again, which means she never ordered it in the first place.This place needs an overhaul fire and rehire.....If I didn't have to use this place I wouldn't.

I’ve used this pharmacy for 16 yrs that’s how long I’ve been in Park Forest, the staff is rude , gives me total attitude every time I’m in which is at least 2-3x’s a month!!! Thought they were getting better , but NOPE , Walgreens is worse . Was just in said I’d wait for my script an she gave me an attitude an said hour an a half, when just before me literally 30sec before me the lady was coming back an she told her an hour !!! The Asian pharmacist is SERIOUSLY THE ONLY NICE ONE IN THAT PHARMACY!!!!!!

This is one of the worst pharmacies! I have a medication on auto refill; when I call to refill the system says the medication is ready. When I go to pick it up it isn’t ready! The workers are slow and could care less. If my insurance didn’t require medication to be filled at CVS I would still use Walgreens where I never had any problem!!

Very long wait time on the phone - average 10 minutes. Very long wait in drive through too. It is now 2-3 days to get a prescription filled. And, you have to hound them repeatedly to get them filled!

It's local and I really like that!! I also like they have the 2 day express mail so I don't have to drive. I just wish they would have more employees to get medicine filled faster!!

I'm a nurse calling from a doctor's office to discuss a patient's medication with the pharmacy and their phone keeps disconnecting me without any way for me to connect with either the pharmacist or anyone at the store! Absolutely awful! Now my patient will be delayed getting his medication. Thanks for nothing!

This is the worst pharmacy chain company in the united states. I have never had cvs give me anything on time or have had it ready early. This is a dirty store, that is not maintained. I have never had a pharmacy tell me they don't stock a certain medication you have to wait 3 days for your medication.

Checked their sales paper and it advertised miller lite for 15.99 a case plus rebate. It said see store for details. Asked abour details but they said they kneww norhing about it and there was no signage in store at all. Left store without but anything!

THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. CVS, OLYMPIA FIELDS, THEY ANSWER ON SECOND RING. PARK FOREST IS NOTORIOUS FOR NOT ANSWERING PHONE!!!
