Well stocked but since remodel, can't find anything. Alot of people asking associates where things were. Not much space to maneuver around a cart. Parking lot needs work & store dirty. Cashier conveyor belts to short now & carts stand to tall for short people

Had horrible service at Paris Walmart tonight 12-18-23 time 8:55 their time. Whoever was working that night was very rude at the service desk the check out line employee was very rude as well. I left a few of my bags there, I did not realize til I got home. I called the store 3 times finally got to electronics he was more helpful than the service desk lady. I asked what I should do she said I didn’t know I asked if I could come tomorrow to either get my bags or get my food she said probably! It’s either a yes or a no!!! Horrible service!

I use theOnline app to make my purchases . Then I go over and pick up the groceries and bring them home. There's times items are missing . I call them and offer to go back and pick them up or they'll re fun my money. They've been very great about that but for the most part I've had thing anything inMy order be there

They sometimes have a lot of empty shelves. Or they are constantly moving stuff around. 1 of the deli ladies, the short chunky lady, was very rude. They don't like slicing my cheese the way I like it. They said it crumbles a lot & makes a mess. Apparently they r lazy & doesn't want to clean the area

Have to do your own bagging and they are discontinuing bags, and I don't even get a employee discount. No benefits for me doing the work. Next they are going to ask customers to get carts for themselves from the parking lot. Then you'll have to stock the shelves before you can go shopping for your items.

I love low prices. I love picking things out. I love not having to walk into the store.Pickup is wonderful. Very easy to find a spot, love it.The inside of this wal-mart... quite impressed. I felt the service level was higher than what I've come to expect.Let's put it this way, if there were 2 Wal-Marts within 45 minutes, I'd go here.

Cameron (manager grocery pick up) is AWESOME. We had a small issue with our pick up order and he went above and beyond to make things right. He is great! It’s so hard to find great customer service these days. Thank you Cameron! Walmart is lucky to have such a respectful, kind, and effective manager!

Walmart took over our town. All our other grocery stores closed and all we have is Walmart. Of course they only stay open till 11pm. Can’t count on any product to be in stock. Then forced to use self check out while the employees stand and watch over your checkout like everyone is a low down thief. Look in the mirror Walmart 👎

Pretty common fare for Walmart but nice and friendly. Small town hospitality and people smile and are helpful. My wife and I like coming here when we are in town because sometimes they have different offerings at Christmas or in the garden center.

One cashier with over five people online waiting forever frozen stuff, probably ruined. I would give zero out of five stars if I could one of the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to and it’s the only grocery store in my area

I went to Walmart to get a new phone, and Tony in electronics (I believe he works for a different company but was working with Walmart at the time) was the best help!! I was switching from Samsung to iPhone and he did the entire switch for me. It took about 30 minutes and he stood there with me the entire time, and made all the pesky phone calls. By the time I walked out of the store, I had a fully set up phone! 5 stars to Tony!!

Never enough cashiers while at least 6 employees stand around watching you self check out. One or two cashiers open with lines backed up to the produce department. Always out of deli food i.e. rotisserie chicken. Shelves are under stocked. Most employees do not go the extra mile to accommodate in store customers.

I am expected to now scan my own items, bag my own items, and then pay for my own items all while under the watchful eye of the fish eye cameras, countless blue as well as yellow vests standing guard to come assist me to do a job they should pay me for only for me to finish and get to the entrance/exit and have some, im assuming worker, stand and ask to see my receipt. No thank you, ive already done enough and not get compensated and now someone wants to verify my good work. By this time ive had it, i just keep going past this individual azzif i didnt hear them. And they are behind me calling with more and more force, Sir i need to check ur receipt. No u dont. The fact i have a receipt should suffice, thank you very much. This is getting rediculous. I want the cashiers back. And the hell with the KGB at the exits.

Selection is limited. Shelves are usually empty with more stock needed in grocery, the rest of the store seems well-stocked but grocery is poorly filled and faced up. Cereals, gallon water and some sizes of milk are empty/sold out.

Haven't been there for a LONG time. Most of the registers have been converted to SCAN & GO. Only 4 registers/2 were cigarettes and alcohol. The lines were SO LONG. A lot of us still pay by check or flat out don't want to scan and bag their own groceries. A lot of us are 60 years old or older.A lot of us are loyal Walmart customers and evidently mean nothing to corporate.

Typically I use grocery pick up. They rarely have substitutions which is excellent! They also seem to have lower prices than other surrounding Walmarts. Especially with pepsi products.Certainly have a wider variety of items such as toys, crafts, decor, frozen meals, and cuts of meat.The times I've been in the store seems pretty cleaned and well stocked. However, every time I go in the self check outs are limited and or broken. With two lanes of actual csshiers. That part is very frustrating which is why I would rather do pick up.The pick up area is much nicer than surrounding Walmarts. Much more convenient im sure for staff and easily labeled to find unlike other stores.Overall I'm happy to shop here.

I love the bird sanctuary. The park with the lake had a nice view. In taking with a local, it was sad to hear how run down the place has become because of funding. It would have been amazing to see it in its glory days.

Prices are continuing to rise way to much. How are seniors and those on fixed incomes going to survive. People are nice but Walmart in my opinion is taking advantage of people. Finally got chicken breasts today after waiting 3 weeks. Wish I could find a competing store with better prices. Walmart about the same. Only problem is they discontinued mocha great value coffee grounds. One of best coffees they ever carried. Really upset the stopped having it. Great taste.

Yesterday I was hung up on by a rude employee when asking where I needed to pick up some in store items. We always end up going to Marshall/Terre Haute to get groceries because the employees at this location are so rude, and they never have half the things we are needing.

Having been in retail management before I know first hand the struggles of keeping customers happy and how impossible it is to do sometimes. But this review is more for the customer service side of the management. Working for the body shop next door, we have had a few instances where we needed some assistance and they have always offered that assistance when it was something they could help with. They have always been good neighbors and most all of the staff we have dealt with has been very courteous. Good to have a neighbor willing to help you out when situations arise that you aren't expecting.
