This is a must stop if you’re ever in Paris, IL! The smash burgers were delicious especially with the build your burger topping bar that included pickles, peppers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and condiments. The restaurant was clean, service was good and there was plenty of seating inside and out. We enjoyed sitting outside in one of the gazebos while enjoying the view of the lake while we ate. #bucketlistParking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly place

Bait shop in one part, gambling in an alcove and restaurant in the other part.Nice and clean.Nice place to stop for a quick bite of lunch.There is a patio out front where one may sit and watch the lake and people while you eat.There are also gazebos off to the side, screened in with a place to eat inside if one prefers.Alcohol is served from the cooler as bottles of beer if one is so persuaded.

The best smashburgers! Hadn't had one before & it's good !! Thin n crispy around edges but soft in middle n juicy. The girls there are great.they seem to enjoy being there & that gives off a great vibe.the place is really cool & the eat in gazebos are the best because your looking over the water of twin lakes.great atmosphere! & Total meal for 3 was 37 dollars, burger chips & drink..awesome job can't wait to go back!😋😋Parking: Parking is a challenge if you get here after 12,because boaters love this place too...I learned..lol..I come about 1045😁

What a Great Place to have Brunch on Twin Lakes in Paris, Illinois…. Had the Smashburgers very good can have anything you want on them with Bottled Drinks and chips also have little enclosed Gazebos you can sit in if you choose with Lake view dining ❤️

Great little burger spot for lunch. They have a simple menu but feature some interesting things like smashburgers, hot dogs, soups, and grilled cheese. Pretty inexpensive compared to many other chain lunch spots. Their selection of craft sodas was my favorite part. Dining is available outside for those nice days. Definitely want to come back when it's nicer out and bring the kids, they will think this place is really neat. The burger isn't going to knock your socks off, but it was really good and the people seem really great.

We were in the area and saw this as we drove by the lake and decide to stop. So glad we did! I had a double and my wife had the single with chips and a couple of the speciality glass bottle sodas. The burgers were hot, fresh and delicious. The condiment bar was a great touch as well.I tried a Hank’s cream soda as well as one of Romano’s Italian sodas and loved them both. We sat outside and enjoyed the view over the lake and the old time music.

Went there during my lunch break and placed an order to go for a doubly smashburger with cheese. Was handed it in a Styrofoam box and went back to my work to eat it, only to find that it doesn't come with anything but meat, cheese, and bread. Bread was mediocre, cheese was fine, and the meat tasted good, but without any additional condiments the flavor profile became tiring and I ended up throwing a third of it sway. For $7 I'd rather go to a fast food joint.

The Old Glass Shop is an amazing place. It's Definately a lakeside vibe. There is an adjoining bait shop so the place is legit. Best smash burgers and a HUGE selection of craft soda. High top tables for 2, and live edge slab tables for family's make this burger joint a smash hit. Can't beat a smash burger after a day of fishing 20 yards from the Old Glass Shop patio. Oh, and outdoor dining too!

This was a great smashburger joint with great views of the lake!! Their large selection of glass bottled sodas and sparkling water made me feel like a kid again and the burgers were delicious!! They toast the buns and have a spot to dress your own burger just the way you like it! Very reasonably priced burgers in a great location!!

Unique place with a simplicity that makes it intriguing. Coolers full of old sodas and other beverages, easy menu (smashburgers and chips) with a bar to make your own burger with toppings and condiments, games, and a bait shop all in one. The burgers are delicious and the atmosphere is inviting with the layout. Great job bringing a new gem to a small town! This is the kind of place you send your kids to on their bikes 🚴
