The staff are usually very helpful. They have more of a selection on pet food than walmart. Although they stopped selling one of my favorite candybars there:( I love going when they have chicks and bunnies out there. The only store where you can take your pet in with you.

This store has a little of everything. Glad to see they got their greeting card selection figured out. Kinda disappointed in the Christmas area this year, glad I don't have littles to buy for any more. No Melissa & Doug 😳. That aside, always a pleasant experience, plenty of help, pleasant music!

Attention to detail. Friendly customer service people. Just awesome.First time my wife and I visited. We needed a bag of dog food, and we couldn't find a close pet store.This place has it ALL!!!Bunnies, fees, chicken stuff, and lastly - dog food.I signed up for the rewards stuff - 5 scheckles off the goods!!! I walked out with a bag of big ears for free.Baylee, was the most outstanding person we encountered. Talk about someone that had a passion for what they do, hats off Baylee.Flat out - Shop at Rural King.

I love stopping here when I’m visiting my family. I can walk through this store for hours. The people at the counter and through out the store are so very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Very good place to buy bigger bags of pet food for a cheaper price than anywhere else and they have free popcorn at checkout 😁 also love how they're a God loving store. I've heard good worship music in there while shopping and they have a great selection of God items such as cups, refrigerator magnets, tee shirts ect with Bible quotes and verses on them. Thank you rural king, you're the only store I've seen like this! God bless you 🙌❤️🙏🕊 I'll definitely continue shopping here!

Interesting enough rural King almost always has what we need when we're heading in there. While we weren't there for the snacks this time, I am particularly fond of their snack aisle, and the candy aisle.They had a very good selection of ammunition and I was able to pick up what I needed.

I went & had to get not only myself but another customer our own shopping carts. As I was coming all the way back in from where I parked an employee was helping someone outside & never bothered to grab carts. The lady inside said they where all being used or they were all outside. Ok well there is no one pushing any carts inside customers or employees. Then I counted 6 employees walking around looking busy but really ? I understand but usually y'all got your stuff in order. Not today .

This place is great. They have everything. If I need some tools I go there. Need some plants in the spring I go there. Need farm stuff they have it all. Need some kids toys for Christmas you can go there. They have some groceries also. You can see little chicks and bunny rabbits.

I'd give them 0/5, but it won't let me.We don't buy our chicks here because 90% always die within 24 hours. We also drive 20 minutes out of the way and spend $5 more a bag to buy rabbit food because we can't stand this place. The workers are okay, not super friendly, but not mean. There's a manager who's extremely rude. I never got her name but she is skinny, wears glasses, and has long, dark hair. She shoved her way through an aisle and pushed my cart aside with my 9 month old in it and my 4 other children near it. She couldn't even be bothered to say "Excuse me." The aisles aren't very wide anyways, so I understand squeezing through, except my baby was in the cart and she could have asked politely like a decent human being.

Illegally held my property past the waiting period. Didn't feel like doing they’re job made me drive all the way back home and come back the next day to retrieve my property.Waste of time and money last time i did business at this store

The staff is polite and willing to help you figure out your needs and answers to your questions and it's clean affordable pet friendly and awesome dog toys for cheep I got my dogs a big dog rope for 10.00 after tax and they love it and I get my dog bones from here my wife now works here and she loves it. I will defiantly be bringing majority of my service to this store Thank you Rural King for the speedy, friendly, clean, affordable service, also thank you for the free pop corn and coffee

I have had nothing but the best experience shopping at rural King. The employees are phenomenal they help you solve all your problems. The gun department is fantastic, they have a well educated people to help you with all your needs and answer all your questions. Always a joy to go into rural king, only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is per store the online stock count isn't always off. I had to go to another store near by because the website said my local store was out of stock but if I would of went in I wouldn't of seen they were in Fack they had it all along.

employees really have no direction or support from management. Everytime I'm there if any employee asks for manager approval or help they either don't answer or ignore that they were asked to help with a customer. Need a management overhaul to have a decent store again
