Horrible service recently. Seems like a lot of new hires that’d rather hang out outside rather than work. Was left waiting for 5 min to order, finally left seeing how the regular workers I usually get weren’t there. Just the dumb kids that always screw the order up. I will honestly never go back. Taco Bell and Casey’s from now on.

I was going through the drive trough for food and was in a hurry because work and amanda melton or milton was in drive through Window being extremely rude because I said I wouldn't pulled forward opened the Window three times being rude and hostile but when manager brought food out to me she was very nice to me and opoligized because she heard the whole incident the food was good but customer service and being polite to the customers is a part of working in restraunts as well.

The worst McDonald’s experience ever!! Every table in the lobby was dirty, the pop coming out of the machine was so warm it melted the ice immediately and I had to go get more ice. The food took forever. There were no large cups then when I finally got one there were no large lids in the lobby. No sweat tea in the lobby either. And the service was less than great. Our cashier looked like a druggie and was not polite. Seemed as if she was annoyed to help us. Also the storage closet to the chemicals was left open the entire time I was in the lobby and no one was even cleaning.

90% chance you will be told to park and wait for your order if you use the drive thru. Greater chance that your food will be cold when they finally bring it out to you.If you go inside, be prepared to use the kiosks. You will wait forever to get anyone to take your order at the counter. Best advice - AVOID PARIS MCDONALD'S !

I visit this establishment often, I would say they are very fast. My order here is always spot on and my food is great. Keep up the great work!7 month update since first review: Lately food service has been slow, around lunch time you will be in line for 35+ minutes. If you are on a time limit be careful pulling in here because you’ll be stuck.

GO TO MARSHALL MCDONALDS! literally don’t go here to paris! it’s the worst place in paris. 10/10 they will mess up your order and then yell at you for it. anytime i have gone here my order has NEVER been correct, there was one time we were in the lobby and an employee started treating the couple in front of us like dirt all because we wanted to order from a person. Us and the rest of the lobby left. there was another night where a lady in the back kept pushing a customers buttons to the point she just turned around and left and cut her losses on the mobile order she had already paid for. i cannot stand this place and have taken my services to a mcdonald’s that actually cares about quality and customers.

Sam Groves, you are by far the best store manager I have met in this town and you bring a GREAT atmosphere of business to our local McDonald’s. Everytime I go inside to order, they put all the drive thru customers ahead of you. You sit theŕ and wait. It really should be first come, first served. I understand that when i walk in, there are already 3 drive thru orders ahead of me. That is fine, but dont put more drive thru orders ahead of me. Just because the only performance metric you have is on your drive thru!

Manager Kate needs some custom service training. Ordered food online and paid for food well before 10:30. Waited in line forever to get up to window. Once there was told they were not going to service us breakfast. Are you kidding me. What is the app even for? Do not go here. This would never have happened at a locally own business!!

The employees at the drive through have always been very friendly. My complaint is that my order is not always correct. Service has been much better the last month though, it seems quality control has been greatly improved which is why I have raised my rating.

Slow, dirty, food even more carelessly slapped together than usual. Sub-par, even for McDonald's.Edit: gave them another chance today. Every table dirty. Multiple idling employees. Our table of two were only inside customers and we waited 14 minutes for two #1s. Our order was not "to-go", but they bagged it, dropped it, and ran away without a word. Had to flag down another employee to get out drinks.

They made their shamrock shake too minty. The sweet and sour sauce I PAYED FOR was busted. And the soap gave me hives that I still have. Shortage of fries. Overall great experience. BEST MANAGERS EVER.

Went in and ordered because the drive thru line was double stacked....ordered breakfast for the family.... once again git shorted 4 hash browns...... The blue haired so called workers were too busy jabbering about dumbness to worry about their job.... I'm done with All McDonald's but this place is extra terrible..... go elsewhere
