An order for hydrocodone was placed by my primary care physician at CVS. I was told my order was in process but this particular CVS was out. I would appreciate knowing that they couldn't actually fill my prescription

This is the second time I went there to get medications called in from the doctor and the pharmacist hasn’t checked the messages. I was told “we don’t have a time frame when it’ll be ready the pharmacist won’t be checking it before lunch”. The technician that came to the window was a rude. She then proceeded to tell me that I can’t stay in line and wait. (Even tho the car in front of me sat there for 25 minutes).

This is the slowest pharmacy! They told me 40 minutes... I'm going on an hour & thirty five minutes. I dont live in Paris, so I have been sitting in the parking lot. The man working the drive thru said 40 min I said okay well I'll be in the parking lot waiting...he said oh if your waiting I'll bump you up! Yes!! Thank God!! Because I just want my antibiotics so I can feel better. This is not the 1st time!!! I will never come here again!!! Ridiculous!!!

Been up and down lately several new pharmacist and just recently had Darren a volunteer pharmacist. Told me he could't sell me a certain drug because he didn't have his numbers registered with the store. He seemed to be very judgmental or stereotyped. Maybe you should have been a doctor instead of a pharmacist. Pear-mans here I come.

Slow and one pharmacist was snobby to me about getting a medication transferred over from Walmart. I suggest going to Walmart for medication.

Poor customer service from the pharmacy. Long delays in filling prescriptions even when directly from dr. office. Denied refills on some meds because of company policies that are not mandated by law. Dont go there whenever I can get meds elsewhere

I've had many bad experiences with cvs. This bad experience has topped them all. Mean in pharmacy was very rude and hung up on me.I'm seriously thinking of trading pharmacies and leaving cvs for good

Refused to full prescriptions 35 mins before closing. Asked to speak to the boss and was replied back with the boss saying too bad they close in 35 mins come back tomorrow.
