The customer service is sometimes friendly but at night they have a guy named Mark who is always rude when I or my wife goes in there and for this reason I choose not to go to this Circle K at night time when he is working. I found out that one of the managers in Training (Stacy) is racist and said the N word and to me this is offensive as I am black and Puertorican and no matter what you are or are not on your free time there is no reason for you to say that type of racial slurs when you are clocked in, in uniform, especially a manager in training. The floors are sticky during the day there is no cups hardly out during the day the counters are sticky by the soda machine there is trash every where sometimes and the roller grill looks disgusting at times the ice machine looks nasty and cruddy the trash cans are overflowing and on the weekends they only have one person scheduled so it takes a good 10 to 15 minutes to get in and out of the gas station because the line is backed all the way up to the froster machine sometimes the sandwiches left in the warmer for up to seven hours one time I went to get one and I put it back because the time stamp on the back was way old and one time I saw another customer purchase a sandwich that was molded when they opened it. Also when it is super busy I noticed that the managers will be outside smoking when their is only one employee running the cash register there are a lot of times Dawn Ann will jump on and help the employees but their are times I go in and she will be smoking with the other manager and Stacy. When Dawn Ann was told about Stacy using the N word all she said was it's 2017 Why can't everybody just get over it. No Why don't you fire the employee being racist instead of playing favorites.

As a former employee, I can say the store has improved a lot since new management took over a bit over a year ago, much cleaner tan it used to be and much more friendly, my only complaint is the old equipment.

Disgusting store floors were sticky it was a weekend and they have only one employee working so it took Foreverrr to get in and out the managers were outside smoking during a week day instead of taking care of the customers they left it all on 1 employee. trash was every and overflowing out the trash cans There was a lady named stacy who said the N word and I refuse to give money to a store who hires racist people

The roller grill looked like it had not been changed in like hours the hot dogs were so brown looking the floors were so sticky you could hear your shoes when you walked the trash was overflowing the soda machine counters were sticky their was barely any cups in the cup holders their was trash on the floor the soda machine had soda caked on the silver wall the bathroom was disgusting and stunk and the customer service was not polite at all there is a guy named Mark who works on overnights and he is always rude to me when I go in The mangers will be outside smoking with a store full of people and on the weekends they only schedule 1 employee to work during rush hours so it takes a long time to get in and out I prefer the other circle k over this circle k any day and the manger in training named Stacy dropped the N word and I took offense to it and complained to the store manager and nothing was done about it.

The experience was horrible on the weekends it takes forever to get in and out because they only have 1 employee scheduled to work and the mangers will stand outside and smoke when they are there instead of helping clear the store the manager in training named Stacy dropped the N word and I found this to be offensive and will not go to this store because of that why are you a manger in training and dropping the N word on the clock???? The floors were nasty walking on them the bathroom was gross the customer service is horrible especially at night when an older gentleman named Mark works he is always rude and it's like what did I do to you I am just a paying customer Their was trash on the floor their was trash overflowing in the trash cans their was no cups stocked for soda and the soda area counters were sticky and nasty there was barely any straws stocked up the roller grill food looked old and like it needed changed their was coffee grounds in my coffee and the manager Dawn Ann did not even say hi to me or anything and your supposed to greet all your customers

The manager is lazy and only works when needed and the other employees only work and clean when inspection or audit is coming up and the take what they need from cooler Or back stock and lottery tickets that have been activated come up missing and then cashed in by employees and stealing money its bad to 3-4 places she resigned for it and then gets hired here
