I ordered a moose with the birth announcement on it. When it came it was so very cute, soft, and just perfect. The embroidery work was perfect, just how it was pictured, and the colors were just what I wanted. This was the best baby gift ever, and I will order one of these each time I need a baby gift. I liked it so much I ordered a brown bear with some writing on it for my grandson's 3rd birthday. I can't wait to see how it turns out.

I used to order many items from Renee and liked her work. In Dec 2019, I ordered a Barkley Bone dog for my nephews 1st birthday. When it came the week of the party, she had sent me the wrong dog. I immediately called her and she said she would redo. In the meantime, no gift for the party. I’ve contacted Renee at least a dozen times over the last year and a half with no results, except that she has kept me money. In spite of her many promises, no refund was ever received, nor did she correct the order. I cannot suggest ordering from her. I’m so disappointed that she did not honor my order or her many follow up promises to “send it next week” or never refunding the purchase. I’ll now be following up with Etsy to complain. I have all our correspondences and can document her lack of professionalism and dishonesty in keeping my money and not keeping her promises.
