Everyone there was so kind and caring. If ever a need in the future, I know right where I'm going. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience. The doctor took her time with our little guy and was so thorough and gentle with him. He made a full recovery and is doing great. We were so impressed about the fact that the doctor even called us back to follow up on his condition afterwards. My mother recommended me to this business and I am so glad she did!

Took my bullmastiff to get spayed. 4 days later she was bleeding, took her back in, another surgery to fix problem. ONE DAY later bleeding again. Due to their incompetence I took her to a other vet to fix the problem. I doNOT recommend yhem!to

Highly recommend. My blue heeler Moxon, got cut on some fencing chasing cows, our vet was unable to put him to sleep to do stitches. Pana Animal Hospital was able to work him in, and did a fabulous job on his stitches! Not only that VERY RESONABLE ON PRICE!! Super thankful, will definitely go back.

My kitty was given loving care. I was told by Countryside Veterinary in Taylorville that I needed to euthanize my baby boy because of their diagnosis and told he didn't have worms. Well he did have tape worms and AJ will be in our family for many year's. I'm so blessed my kitten is know Pana Hospital Vet clinics patient. .

When in need of a vet and you want your pets treated with love from office help to doctor this is the best. Thank's Doctor Lutz and staff for helping Victor get better. 🐶 Still the best vets around, we took in a new dog and they have been very very helpful to us. Still have Victor and he is well after a very rough start. Hopefully Nova will enjoy her trips to see Dr Lutz and Angel as much as Victor does. Thanks for all your help and kindness to our furry friends and our family.

I have known Dr. Tamara Lutz for over 30 years. Wonderful veterinarian dedicated to her work and the animals she cares for, heart and soul. She has an amazing office staff who are also caring, wonderful people. I would recommend them to anyone!

They took such care with our dogs Piper & Ace& Pooka. Had to have Piper put down 3 yr ago. I couldn't of asked for better care, they were so attentive and sympathetic to her and me. This June we had to have Ace put down due to cancer. You couldn't ask for better people to treat your animals. Pooka loves to go.

Receptionist was rude and hung up one me. The office is requiring shots and tests that are not needed or state requirements just to charge more money for cheaper office visits. I do not recommend using this vet office especially if your animal needs simple treatments because they will charge you a fortune and treat you like you’re a worthless human being. The staff was rude and blame the customer for harassment that is completely out of line and unnecessary I was never rude or harassing in any way like the clinic states but the receptionist was this is bad business practice bottom line especially to blame the customer for their poor judgment on the phone. This is certainly not the first time I’ve had this same problem with this receptionist. She done the same thing to me and told me to go to a different clinic in person at the vets office I complained to the owner and apparently nothing was done to fix it or remedy the issue except continue to blame the customer. If you like to be harassed and over pay for your pets doctor visits then this is the place you need to go.

Don't get me wrong people are nice here. They are more worried about getting paid then helping out a small vet bill. I am between paid day and get paid Friday still won't help. Shows how people can be so money hungry.
