My dad went into the store to get some stuff and put in 40 dollars in the self checkout and it took his money then when he told the employee what happened and didn't even give him his money back.

I really like this Dollar General. My only complaint is that there is absolutely no room for anything. It's very unorganized. That's one of my pet peeves. I know it's not the employees that work there's faulty but someone higher up should make the store more clean and organized.

Store is over crowded with merchandise to be put away. Large carts filled with boxes sit in the isles and can't get to items you want. Sometimes the workers aren't too friendly. Store needs to be bigger.They can't keep up with the demand if the community since Wal mart closed. Never can find what you need.

Assistant manager (Stacey) is very rude steals supplies from the store and won't let certain people shop that she or the Manager do not like. Also the workers that do work there complain about Stacey all the time. Shittiest managers and assistant managers I have ever felt with in my life. Not to mention Stacey is a lazy worker and liar. Hope the problems get taken care of.

Checkout is slow compared to other nearby DGs. Two registers are rarely used even when busy. No sense of urgency. Lighting doesn't align with some aisles since remodel which make it difficult to see. Prices aren't always that great.

I love Dollar General. They are not a dollar store...but they do have tons of one dollar $1.00 priced items...everything from clothes to frozen pizza to toilet paper. Is cheaper here without the sacrifice of quiality. ...

Friendly helpful staff, although store is always in some state of restocking and a little cluttered, they've done a good job at getting items in that the customers use as in wider variety, better quality products.

Isle are very tight. But I understand that is because you have alot more to choose from now that Wal-Mart has closed. Way to step up the game.

Baisic inexpensive items commonly used in your home . They have a nice variety . Dollar General is a fun store to shop in on a budget or just to find good deals. Nearly everyone likes to shop Dollar General.

Store is usually dirty with products sitting in the aisles & they dont offer much,it is a smaller store.and most of the employees are pretty rude,except for a couple of them & the manager,I think,(skinny,thin girl,which she is very friendly & helpful).

I used to enjoy going there..that is no longer the case..its cheaper to drive to Taylorville or Shelbyville to Walmart. This store is always out of everything, employees definitely hate their job and all customers...and it's very dirty..

Would like to see automatic door opening for people who are elderly and or handicapped. Too crowded at door entrance. Crowded impulse register area. Store doesn't look inviteing it's a mess.

There's always stocking carts in the aisles, NEVER enough cashier's you can have 6 people in line with 1 cashier. Floors are old and nasty looking.

Too crowded seems like there was something in every aisle that you have to navigate around. I'm disabled and use a wheelchair shame on Dollar General!!

Newly remodeled and everything at ur convenience. Fairly clean and well lit. Small store and limited merchandise unfortunately.
