You guys need to start giving people their receipts instead of assuming they don't want it and you throw it away. When I asked for my receipt tonight, the guy didn't make much of an effort to look through the trash and then he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't be able to give me a receipt. Are you not able to print another one? He was either inexperienced to print another one or maybe just too lazy to thoroughly look through the trash because other people were in the drive-thru.

the last two times i went i asked for extra cheesecake in my blizzard and got NO cheesecake pieces. ☹️EDIT: It’s a few days later and I ordered a cookie dough blizzard with EXTRA cookie dough. even said “emphasis on the extra”. i got a total of 6 cookie doughs.

I don’t know who trained that little girl on evening shift but I’ve watched and heard all about her being rude. If she doesn’t want to serve and do customer service get a different job no need to bring others down because of how you feel about yourself I believe her last name is Cothern.

On my most recent visit i ordered a small shipped I've cream cone. When the order taker repeated the ordered he just said a small ice cream cone, i corrected the order and he gave me the total. When i got to the window, i saw a regular ice cream cone sitting there, melting on the counter. I again told him i ordered a dipped cone twice, then he corrected it. The other guy getting the orders quickly corrected it, but it makes me wonder if they couldn't get my simple order correct, what about all the rest of them?

I've been to better DQ restaurants. Food was okay but service could have been better.UPDATE: The last 2 times we have gone here, the French fries were almost raw! Don't they care about the quality of their food? Apparently not!!

We stopped for a quick ice cream treat in the afternoon. The ice cream is cold and refreshing. Staff was kind and friendly. We went through the drive-through and did not inspect the inside. We will return in the future. Love DQ!

Would rate 0 if it was an option. Went here for the first time a few years ago and it was just awful and didnt care to go back. Just recently decided to give them another try thinking they wouldve got better and they have not. Staff sucked, food wasnt done. Will just stick to going to shelbyville DQ like we have been. Would i recommend anyone to this dq? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!

Fries not done little raw and chicken strips were barely done. D.q. food has gone down hill over the years they have awesome blizzards.if their icecream goes bad they'll have to close.

The food at this DQ has always been on the expensive side especially for the poor quality. The fries are never done. The only good thing they had was the shrimp basket... Which they got rid of.

I grew up in Pana and have always gone to DQ. Visiting my parents this week and thought we could get some DQ. We ordered mainly shakes but my husband got a peanut buster parfait, which had toffee chocolate like pieces that he didn’t request and the bottom is usually awesome chocolate and peanuts. He said his tasted bitter. Now he has been in the bathroom most of the evening.

Possibly one of the worst Dairy Queens I had ever visited. The building is nice/modern and appears to be clean. But the food is the quality of a food vending machine at a truckstop (no offense to truck stops). Have microwave, will travel is the theme. Portions are small, often cold (except the icecream) and served in such haste that it makes one wonder if the unmanaged teen staff is in a hurry to slack. To me this overall underwhelming eatery is a direct reflection of the "who gives a flip" ownership.

No Tea, forgot gravy for chicken strips and a blizzard. Put cheese on a burger that was requested NO cheese. Soda tasted way over carbonated Mt. Dew should not be clear.

Fries don't done cold and half orders cheese curds old and cold cheese most of the way off sandwiches pickles on sandwiches when asked to leave them off yeah you spend almost 34 dollars for food you can't even eat

Well, I ordered a large mushroom with ranch, since they don't have marinara anymore for some reason... And an order of potato skins. They didn't give me the ranch, and I asked about sour cream for the potato skins and they said they don't have any. Shelbyville serves sour cream... If I would have know that I wouldn't have ordered them. What a disappointment for a high price tag.

Not bad, owned by the Nokomis DQ folks. If you want more for your money, go to the Nokomis DQ. Guess they don't want to make their own hometown angry with sub par portions and quality.

Not even worth 1 star!!! Ordered the shrimp basket, no cocktail sauce, fries were cold, and very very little shrimp and you expect people to pay $10 for that!!
