Loved, loved the service! It was the first time I took my standard golden doodle. He was well taken care of (full grooming service) in a couple of hours and came out looking happy and handsome. Customer service was polite, attentive, and joyful. We'll definitely come back.

They always do such a great job with our dog, even though we know she isn't the easiest to deal with for grooming, nail trimming, and teeth cleaning. We don't know how they do it, but they always do a wonderful job!

The foreign lady that works the front desk is insanely rude. I believe her name is Andrea. Every encounter I have had with her, she is rude and has no customer service whatsoever. She told me I can't pay with a card anymore, only cash, and I told her that is okay but it will be more difficult for me, and she said, "I don't care". She is always so rude and it's crazy how she's the new owner.

This was my first time there, I will not be back . The groomer was not friendly from the start when I asked questions and tried to explain how I wanted my dog groomed . I have a schnauzer yorkie mix . I wanted to keep her curls on her back and she explained her legs were matted and I understood they would need to shave her legs but I asked not to shave the rest of her body and she felt her back and said it was NOT matted but would “ look stupid and not blended “ exact words I said to do the best and just blend it down and ok for her legs to shave . I showed her multiple pics of her face how I wanted the body . I got my dog back and entire body shaved even her face ! They even cut her diva eyelashes :( . Besides this she has hairs that she forgot on her tail and top of head and random places very noticeable . My dog no longer looks like a schnauzer or yorkie . I’m very disappointed and upset and will take her back to the last place I went . She is only 6m old so this is only her second grooming . I was highly recommend to come here and we were trying out few places but night and day from the two places . I can’t believe I was even charged 10 more than what I was quoted on top of how unhappy I was . If anyone knows anything about dogs this is not a proper grooming for her breed and I voiced this several times . I have never written a bad review in my life . I called back and she said her eyelashes will grow back and said I never told her not to cut them off. I showed her several pictures of how I wanted her face cut but that’s when I stated she didn’t care what I had to say from the start and didn’t take the time with me in the beginning so I should’ve just left right then . Lesson learned on my end .

I was very pleased with my experience at A Touch of Class!When I called, they warned me right away that it might be a while til they could get me in. I took the first available appointment which was about 10 days away, totally fine with me. Previous to this, I had called 2 other dog groomers who would not even allow me to make an appt since I was a new client.I brought our new puppy in right on time and they took her in immediately. I had a one-on-one conversation with the groomer who did not rush me at all and was super nice, playing with my dog and hugging her. I explained my only concern was I did not want Rosie trimmed too short. When I picked up my pup, she was trimmed to perfection. Not long, not too short, and plenty of trimming around her eyes (she's a poodle mix and couldn't see with her hair so long). Nails were done, fur washed and conditioned. The cost was very low at $35 so I tipped heavy.Excellent, friendly employees.Professional service.Very reasonable price.Great location.

Andrea is the absolute best groomer I have taken my dog to. She is just the sweetest and genuinely loves what she does! Gives a great haircut on my Coco who’s a bichon shihtzu. My dog is always glad to walk in and get some love from her :)

This is the best grooming store in the area! I have tried many groomers around but nothing like them. The ladies who work there are very nice and kind to my little doggie when I bring her in. The prices are fair and I feel 100% satisfied about the cuts every time I walk out of them. Call them ahead for schedule and plan ahead because the place is busy. Keep up the good work ladies and thank you! Zoe loves you ❤️ 🐾 🐶 sorry for not having a picture after the haircut but I will try to add it on the next visit!

I brought in my 2 young Weimaraner’s for bath and nail trim. I explained the older one is sensitive about his paws and there was no issues with him. Great location and the salon owner is very friendly. Definitely bringing my boys back here in the future

My 13 yr old Wheaton Terrier was brought in with her hair long and matted. She is an old dog that hates to be groomed. They treated Stella with tlc and she came out looking like a brand new dog. I was so nervous all week about how she would be with grooming. She is calm and sound asleep after such a stress-free cut. Thank you so much for your gentle treatment. I have been a very satisfied customer for over 20 years, however my experience with the new ownership was horrible. My small Coton suffered cuts along her belly and armpits that required a visit to the vet for pain and infection. When I brought it to the new owners attention she denied the incident and hung up on me.ome. on on me.

I brought my Bichon frise here for years, when he passed we got a german shepherd puppy and now we bring her here and they did an amazing job on both dogs!! Definitely recommend them for any dog & the prices are great!

They do a good job with our golden and the price is excellent for the quality of work. Not a place for a show trim, but I'm not about to drop $200 on a doggie hair cut. Nice people too.
