Ruff cuts is great. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with the groomers. They do a great job. My bog Charlie is 12 yrs old and they take very good care of him.

Lauren has been grooming my 4 dogs for 8 years. I literally don’t trust anyone else but her. Getting groomed can be scary for dogs, and I love how nurturing and patient she is with them throughout the process with all of their different quirks and needs. Not only does she take great care of them, but she is very skilled in her craft and I always love how my dog’s cuts turn out. She is very attentive to what I ask for and the needs of my dogs. Lauren is very timely and professional and I could not recommend her more.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but I am unable to do so.This is our 2nd time bringing in our Golden Retriever to this groomer. Our first experience was good, nice service, nice cut and groom The 2nd time was a couple weeks ago and I am horrified as to how my dog looks.At my consultation with the groomer, we talked about how she needed a bath, light trim and nails cut. I specifically said "not shaved or anything" just an all over light trim.My dog came out completely shaved all but her head and tail. She is 10 years old. We have been to other groomers before and she has NEVER looked like she did coming out. I was appalled, horrified and angry. My 3 children who were with me actually started crying when they saw her because she looked so different and horrible. The groomer told me this "was not shaved" but their longest setting on the their trimmer. When I said, usually groomers just use scissors on her, she said "you didn't say you wanted scissors" I didn't know I needed to specify the tools to be used on my dog! I have never had to specifically say "use scissors" on my dog in 10 years of having her groomed. She tried telling me that she had matting under her legs - I'm sure she did - most groomers either cut or trim those areas with clippers - not her ENTIRE body!! I said I should have been called before a cut like this was done. The cut isn't even done nicely. There are lumps and bumps and uneven hair. I refused to pay the $70 they wanted to charge me for this butcher job. When the manager called me she left a message telling me that her groomer did exactly what I said (not true) and that since I didn't pay, she didn't know what else I wanted from her. How about an apology or hearing my side before leaving this type of message. What a way to treat customers! I am so appalled at how we were treated. We will never go back.

It's been hard finding a good groomer in the area who deals with my big aggressive dog. I brought him in with a muzzle on and after he was done getting his nails clipped they walked him out and his tail was wagging ❤️ Thank You so much.

The owner was very rude to my neighbor about missing an appointment and trying to reschedule. I directed her to PetSmart where they are half price. She has been a client for 20 years and did not deserve that treatment

My son’s beautiful service dog was absolutely butchered at Ruff Cuts.I spoke with Lauren prior to services and specifically and clearly told her I wanted my dog’s hair to be like a Labrador. I wanted her hair to be evened up and all the same length... like a lab’s. On average a lab’s hair measures 1.5 inches.Lauren said no problem, she will shave it. I said great and I left.I returned to find my dog absolutely butchered. She looked like a lion. Her head was left untouched, as was her tail. Her body was buzzed down to 1/4 inch. As seen in pictures below, her head was not blended at all.I kept my cool. I’m standing there with my autistic son, I’m talking myself down from crying. I paid. I left.My husband immediately brings our dog back to talk to Lauren. Lauren says this haircut was my fault.Lauren maintains that she toldme the dog would be “shaved.” She says the word “shaved” means crew cut, and I agreed to that.I believe she told me my dog would be shaved to resemble a lab’s coat, as I JUST clearly asked for.This would be like going to the salon, asking to have your hair cut to your shoulders, just for the stylist to suggest and perform a crew cut instead.I am so upset, not only by the cut, but by the way this was handled. Lauren refuses to refund my money and says I can speak to the owner when she returns from vacation in a week and a half.

Love this groomer! I have an Irish Wolfhound pup and they do such a great job. He smells so good from the Holly Berry spray for about 3 weeks.
