Pharmacist May was very short and nasty tone. Maybe she needs more breaks in her day or maybe she need to find another job. Sick people don’t need someone with a nasty attitude causing undue stress because she hates her job which is evident by her lack of good customer service. She’s ruining the osco name, I will be taking my business to a company like CVS where at least people leave their stank attitudes at home.

Usually I do not believe you about a big box stores but this Jewel Osco is very clean and the customer service over here it is outstanding so I have to write about this.

My family has all their prescriptions there, everyone who works in the pharmacy is kind and helpful but one woman. I should mention her name but I won’t. I went there the other night to pickup a prescription for my dog. She was very rude and ignorant towards me because I didn’t know my dog’s birthday. She then threatened to withhold my meds next time if I didn’t know my dog’s birthday. Seriously thinking of transferring everything to Walgreens.

Whichever person I spoke to about my daughter’s prescription was very rude. She acted like she didn’t want to help me, she kept brushing me off and talking over me. It’s very frustrating when you need these medications in a timely manner for a young child. Very displeased.

When I switched from Walgreens to Osco my life became so much easier. This osco is much easier to deal with. I love that you can collect stamps to get a 20% off your groceries coupon. The coupon always ends up paying for my scripts in savings.

Though the inventory is pretty good and the fruit and vegetable section much improved, the personnel is uninterested, rude and certainly not eager to assist, with the exception of a few employees. Jewel clearly does not train its personnel. Improvement is needed!!!!!!!!!

This place does not enforce Public Health safety guidelines. Most people in the store are mindful enough to wear a mask yet an employee did nothing about someone choughing and walking through the aisle. The customer actually asked an employee for directions on an item and the employee pointed the customer in my direction. The employee did not do anything or even suggest the customer put on a mask . Never going to shop here again. There is a pandemic goung on and I'm simply not going to do business with any place that would even entertain the notion that the science of virology should be upto someone's personal choice. Wear a mask!!

Inhave been move to Crestwood and live near this jewl so 2 years , tranfer all medication from jewl in orland park to this location to fill . A lot pharmacy tech work this location is rude , i seem yo rush and yelling you over the phone for you to ask check up a re fill medication. Everyone is paying fir their medication ? So act better in Customer services. Or you will slowly lost all client that live near by . I never have any problem with the jewl right bu 94 street and 159 st, i will either tranfer all my medication back to orland or go to Walgreen . By the way , my younger sister is have a master doctor degree in pharmacist in san diego and so is my 20 year old son is going school for phamacist . I think everyone work hard . Treat with a better customer skill . The jewl grocery is great . Pharmacy is need to be better.
