The level of incompetence at the store is ridiculous.One cashier, 15 people lined up.Nobody knows nothing, 25 min in line. Try to get some change for the gumball machine for my grandkid was told at the service desk we don't give out change.The level of incompetence and mis-management at the Ottawa,Il store is to hard to believe. if this was my business. There'd be so many management pink slips Going Out tomorrow morning, It wouldn't even be funny. Get it together Walmart. Sam walton is rolling in his grave. Top it off live 9 min from store stood in line so long a half gallon of ice cream totally melted.... fowarding this review to walmart management in Arkansas.

Truck Parking! They actually have truck parking. ☺️ It’s so nice being able to stop and actually buy groceries instead of having to grab whatever we can find at truck stops on the road. Thank you, Ottawa Walmart for providing a much needed service such as this for us. Now, truckers, let’s do our part and be respectful of the store. Throw your trash into the trash cans, no jugs of “waste” thrown onto the ground, pick up after your pooches if you walk them here, and put the shopping carts into the cart corrals. Let’s all work together to make sure we can continue to have this nice place for us to use.

Can anyone reply to this and tell me how it honestly takes 2 hours to change oil and a tpm sensor? There’s 2 other cars here that are also getting oil changed yet it takes 3 people to take a wheel off and 20-30 minutes to just do that. I’d honestly hire monkeys from the zoo to do a better job. Absolutely worthless.

Customer Service was very slow. Eventually we just walked away.Went to cash out and 3 young boys (teenagers) were huttled together talking away. Including the cashier. Register 16. As we're putting our items on the belt, he didn't even acknowledge us till I said something. Then he got sarcastic acting like a little big shot. He continued talking withe his friends just stand there.I can't believe that the managers allow employees to do that. I worked in retail for 20 years, I would have been disciplined

They won't answer their phone tried Saturday morning phone rings for 3 and 1/2 minutes and disconnects try to get on Monday I don't know if they have a policy where they don't answer their phones in the morning but this is really awful customer service

Only a 1 star because I worked at this location everyone liked me coworkers and customers includes worked front end checkout always doing what I was supposed to do. If u see a front end coach named Juila give her all the disrespect her and her husband deserve for randomly firing people for doing exactly what there supposed to be doing and never have complaints. He husband is the popcorn maker for charity not worth dealing with any of these people if not for those 2 the store is definitely a 5 star store.

I use their services regularly for delivery to my home. I love it and any issues I have ever had they are prompt and kind to fix them with a smile. Wal-Mart delivery service in Ottawa makes my life so so much easier!

This is the first store that I ever give 5-stars without getting what I needed that day. We went there around 9:00 pm, because we needed milk, eggs and cheese. When we walked the shelves of organics and dairy produce were all empty. We happend to meet the store manager, Beth. She said, due to the high temperatures of those 2 days many coolers are broken. She was up since 3:30 am and has been working ever since and has not been home to her 3 kids. She has been personally throwing out unsure produce and arranging dumpster companies to move them. I am touch with such dedication and felt safe for the food I bought and thankful for the workers there on August 25th. Five-Stars!!

Went to this store to shop for a variety of items. Walked into the gun and ammo section and was standing looking at what was available.. Within a few minutes I was surrounded by 7 workers all staring at me, none were working!! One asked me if l needed help. I asked him if I could buy ammo. He said no it closed at 8 pm. They were all freaked out and assumed I was there to do something bad. I felt very uncomfortable and profiled. Spoke to manager about their behavior and received an apology. Do better Wal Mart all people aren’t bad because we look at guns..

all of the employees are rude and the front end barely does anything and still don’t know how to do the simplest of tasks like taking something off if you scanned something twice accidentally. it’s even worse to work here. the team leads don’t have any respect for anybody and same with all walmarts don’t even think about calling off 😂

Lots more options here than in rural Iowa Walmart. For example beauty products. And they are not locked up.

Often has empty spots in the aisles. The deli takes forever to get service and often lacks food in the hot section. Staff are generally not that helpful.If you have old hundreds be warned they'll take it and say it's fake (you should make sure they call the cops).If this wasn't a small town It'd be two stars.

With inflation, meat prices are crazy! (Edit: but, they seem to be going down not a lot but, you can see the difference. ) Never thought that buying wing's would be so expensive. It used to be the cheapest. Most of the staff are nice. Unless you try to call customer service. They tend to let the phone keep ringing non-stop. I've stood in line when there was no one else in line while waiting for their bickering to one another was over because they don't acknowledge you unless you complain. That shouldn't be the case!.Going to the scan yourself section when you need help. The person just ignores you and walks on by. Don't get me started on the pharmacy staff. (Edit: But it's a little better since last time.)

Prices and labels don’t match up.Purina cat chow ticket says 15.58 rings up at 17.58. Label has been like that for over a week.Bought a different cat food said 10.56 on ticket and also scanned on app price look up as the same. Get to checkout and it scans at 12.56.So basically you don’t know what the real price is until you get up front. Atleast the old price checkers were always correct. App ain’t working
