Horrible service. There is always a problem and they never help or fix the problem and even when you do the leg work for them they don't wanna do the steps on there side. But after you lesve you get a call 15 mins later saying it done. Why couldn't you just did your job when we were there. They act like your stupid it's just a horrible experience dealing with them and it's all the time almost every time I get medication for myself or my family.

They had my script for 4 days I called to pu today and told it was a world wide back order not in stock. its a controlled substance pain med. had no idea when would get it in. Said call my doctor to send in a new script my doctor changing it to a different dose and doctor would have to send a new script for that dosage. They did not bother to call or let me know that so now I'm out of pain pills that I have to have. Sitting waiting all day. My last script emailed ready for pu got there said working on it so said so short staffed I got back home then emailed said was ready. So had make a trip back. And give you partials and dont tell you that so you have to make a trip back. Very bad service they could have let Me know when they got the script before I had go thru all this and waiting no email nothing

I am always super happy with the service I receive when I go to the pharmacy. Robert is awesome and so is the rest of his staff. I also have nothing bad to say about the store associates, I’ve always received good service from them also.

Dont bother calling. Their robo voice goes on and on instead of connecting you. I do not need 10 minutes of useless information, i need to talk to some one.

Everyone is right! That older dark short haired lady at the drive through is rude. She was rude to my daughter and I. She told us that my daughters prescription was out and they wouldn’t have it till Monday and it was rude the way she talked to us. This was a Friday. I called the next day and pretended to be my daughter. The lady said no that they don’t have it until Monday. So I decided to call again and a different person answered the phone and I told them I was her mother looking for her medication since my daughter was at work. This person said yes that they have it. I caught that Lady in a lie. I called back and told them to forget my order. I am going somewhere else. I will never do pharmacy business with them again. The store part is fine. Pharmacy no. They need a new staff of people there. Everyone is right. There is a lot of rude people there. Perhaps that store doesn’t pay their people much? They get what they pay for. Rude, Lazy , nasty , help. Save yourself from frustration, go somewhere else

I've been with Walgreens for over 30 years, but ever since I moved and have been using the one in Ottawa, I've had nothing but problems with the pharmacy. They're always running out of my medication and can never say when its coming in. Once I was told they ran out 3 weeks prior and still had no idea when it would be in. They cancelled one of my prescriptions in error. This month, AGAIN, I was told my refill was delayed. I was told they should have it Monday. Monday came and they didn't have it. Then they said maybe Wednesday but couldn't say for sure. THIS IS NOT HOW PRESCRIPTIONS WORK, WALGREENS!!! I'M SUPPOSED TO BE TAKING IT EVERYDAY AND YOU ARE MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE! Today I transferred all of my prescriptions to Walmart. Goodbye, Walgreens.

There is an older lady with brown curly short hair that runs the drive-thru window every once in awhile. Every time she is working I have a problem. Not only is she rude but she gives ridiculous reasons as to why she refuses to help you. I always drop my prescriptions off the day before they are to be filled because it's convenient to be able to get off work and stop to pick them up. I work at six am and they do not open until 8 am. I can not drop it off in the morning before work. Instead of taking my prescription she refused and told me I had to bring it back the next day. I have never had a problem with this. Her reasoning was that she would rather I lose it than Walgreens before it was filled. If Walgreens loses prescriptions that easy then I don't want them touching anything of mine. I'm going to go out of my way and drive 25 min out of my way to go to a different Walgreens over this. Unbelievable!

The pharmacist and the staff have been very helpful for me this past year. I have lived in Ottawa for just over a year and have gone here the whole time.Other people have complained about the drive thru service, and honestly I don't use it. I walk into the store.Today I used the Walgreens express option to pick up my new prescription. It took an extra minute for the pharmacy technician to find the right bin.It is technically a new prescription, so the pharmacist had to come over and ask if I had any questions, and to remember to stop taking a previous medication, which was ineffective. Even though he always looks so busy, he always has an answer. My prescribing doctor's voicemail instructions say they will get back to me within 72 hours. It really helps to have a pharmacist to count on, for all the medication changes and things like antibiotics and pain medication for a sprain. I appreciate being able to rely on this pharmacist.

Was in making a purchase for a door dash customer around 130 pm on 3/17. The old lady at the counter was rude. The machine said processing and she told me it wasn't. So I said okay but the machine says... and she cut me off and said no it's not processing. I tried to tell her that the machine said it's processing. Then got cut off again. The attitude on top of her not knowing her job was not even all. The customer in front of me approached her counter and she continued to read her magazine. After him, I was clearly in line for 5 minutes, she walked away and asked her manager a question and started stocking. She was also rude to him. Made a comment to him to go boss someone else around. Why this store has so many low ratings is obvious. GET NEW STAFF!

I give very low ratings to the pharmacy drive in always such a slow service. You have to wait forever for your turn (1/2 hours with 2 vehicles ahead of you) look somewhere else. Other than that the inside of the store is fine.

Terrible pick up for meds. Go to pick them up today. "We just got the order in could you wait 15 min and come back". So i come back 15 min later. Nope gotta wait another 25 mins for a little script. Not gonna sit in my car for 40 min for medicine Go somewhere else walgreens pickup is terrible these days..

Terrible terrible service. Workers don’t have a clue about customer service or any knowledge whatsoever on HSA cards. Employees will delete your expresspay card without consent, just because it ran out of money for a the year. Save time and stress and go to cvs or any other pharmacy. 0/10

This store needs to have more people in their pharmacy. Every time I come here, whether I'm inside or in the drive through, it takes so long to get a prescription. I even spoke to the pharmacist yesterday and told him I would be in to pick up my prescriptions this morning. I've been sitting here for over 30 minutes so far. Ridiculous!!

This afternoon at Walgreens I had the best customer service experience ever. I couldn't really see her name tag that well but I think her name was Dixie. You are an asset to the team! Keep up the great work!

Terrible Walgreen. Staff is rude today I went cause google said opens at 7am. I get there the window says 8am. So I go back 8:06am Windows still closed to the drive thru. So I go in it says 9am. I told the lady I past she should put a sign on the drive thru.

The price gouging from the pharmacy is disgusting. Walgreens wanted $118 for the same exact prescription I received from Wal-Mart for $22. Bad enough our pharmaceutical companies are overcharging and price gouging, Walgreens seem to think they can do it too. Stay away from this place!!

Continuous problems getting insulin prescription refilled. Called twice today to verify it was available and then waited in line to be told they only had 1 vial rather than the 7 the prescription was for. Told you can try again tomorrow. I will be switching to CVS for my next refill.

Wow wish I could go elsewhere for my prescription but my insurance is in bed with Walgreens. Everytime I go here there's a problem no pharmacist on duty had to come back on lunch at 345 pm on a Friday. Can you hire another one???Wow

I have never felt more unwelcome in a store. The staff and manager glared at us the entire time we were in the store. We felt so uncomfortable that we left.

I went through the drive through last night and turned in 2 prescriptions both for pain medication so I have to get it from my doctor and deliver it to the pharmacy.I went back to the drive up today to pick up my medicines,there was only one prescription ready and no one had any idea what happened to the other one.i left and went home and called the doctors office in Peoria.My doctors office informed me that the pharmacist had just called and the nurse ok'd a prescription over the phone.They fixed it,I got my medicine,but the fact still remains that they lost a prescription for pain medicine.

Small, quiet, generally peaceful, reliable when it comes to anything but prescriptions, and haves good basic stuff like milk, ketchup, snacks etc.
