My coffee experience at this location is swell times ten. They have patience with me whilst I ponder the menu, only to order the same thing every time. Even if my coffee was $50 a cup, I would come here.To Lucas--if I could give zero stars...haha just kidding.Thank you all for feeding my coffee needs.

Limited staff. I stood at the register with a staff person making a drink. She couldn't be bothered to greet me or ask me to wait.She turned away from me and I asked her if I was in the wrong place to order???Then she acknowledged me and asked me to wait for a young man to come. He was pleasant and took my order.It took 10 minutes for my name to be called. There were 8 people inside.Not a great experience.

This location consistently misses the fine details that are taken for granted at many other Starbucks. No whip cream on drinks that should have it, mocha not mixed into a hot coffee, and substitions often ignored.They are always friendly but frustrating.

The wait times inside are unreasonable. It feels like drive-thru and online orders are prioritized. Today I waited inside the store for 30 minutes for one espresso drink. As a former Starbucks employee, this is excessive. The drive-up needs to be balanced with mobile and walk-in orders. My advice is to go to the drive-thru here, or you will spend 20-30+ minutes waiting for your drink, whereas fhey have to give it to you right away in the drive-up. This is not a personnel issue. The employees are wonderful. This is a corporate issue that needs to be addressed.

Horrible service and you'll have to wait 20+ minutes for a coffee even when they're not busy. Workers can be seen talking to each other instead of working.I believe they're sexist. Whenever I go there with a girl they will without fail fill their drink to full whereas I (and other men I've seen) won't get a filled.Sometimes orders will be the wrong size and you'll have to just accept it as you don't want to wait even longer. Mention it anyways and they look at you like you're stupid despite paying for venti.

Best Starbucks Experience! 20/5 stars! This was the cleanest, nicest, most delicious, and joyful Starbucks experience we have ever had. The manager was super nice and staffers made the best lattes my husband and I have had in a long long time! We brought our 2 small children inside the store because we needed a car break, due to traveling from Michigan, and the store was so welcoming and helpful to our frazzled holiday traveling selves. Great experience. Please recognize this store for there hard work and welcoming spirit. Everything was above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Why is it? I walked in for a normal brewed coffee that was ice cold. I could put my hand in the cup and it comes out of a Temperature controlled brewing system period that goes almost a hundred sixty to a hundred eighty degrees. And I can stick my whole hand in the coffee. By far 1 of the worst Ran stores in my life and I work with starbucks for almost two years

Very nice and clean location. Mobile order was done quickly. Close to my hotel : ) My drink was as it I would expect it.....so nice to be able to rely on that unlike the Dunkin down the road from here.

Amazing staff here, a lady saved me the Illinois been there series mug as I called ahead and made sure they had it! She was very nice and her coworker said they had enough mocha left for my man to have a grande mocha latte!!

Every time I’ve come here in the late morning it’s taken almost 20 min or more to get my drink. The drink lines are a mess, and behind the counter is total chaos. I totally get morning rushes and being stressed; however I shouldn’t be standing at the counter so long without being greeted that I literally turn away to leave before someone pays attention.

I been to several Starbucks and so far this is the best, I was impressed by Hillary, she has an amazing customer service, she made feel welcome and appreciated. I will definitely be coming back.

I was the first to order cappuccino with shot of mocha and cream. For the price I paid for two figure service would be rendered first come first served. No I was the last one served and both coffees I ordered were what I ordered. What I got is half large cup of 99% milk, no mocha and not one bit of coffee. NO STAR RATING and I will never go there again!
