Excellent experience. Shop keeper was very attentive to our needs and most pleasant as were her assistants. Store is immaculate and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Products are of excellent quality. We purchased the Tonie Box and a few characters as well a puzzle. My granddaughters love them.

I recently visited RPS Toys in Ottawa and had a fantastic experience! The store is well-organized and has a great selection of toys for kids of all ages. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and offering recommendations based on my interests. I was particularly impressed with their selection of action figures and collectibles, which included some hard-to-find items. The store is also conveniently located in downtown Ottawa, with plenty of parking nearby. Overall, I highly recommend RPS Toys to anyone looking for a fun and unique shopping experience.

I recently went to RPS Toys to buy a stuffed leopard. I have never been in this store, before. They have an excellent selection of toys for people of all ages. The employees were knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The product I bought was very high quality. I will be buying all my toys from RPS Toys from now on.

This is a great place for little kids' toys. I'd say age 10 & under but I'm 54 and appreciate fun toys. LOL. I was looking for a mini drone, which they didn't carry. That was sort of the cut-off age for their target audience. There were some very cool toys. (🙋🏻🙏👍)

Great selection of toys, games, and books for children of all ages. They have a big supply of Melissa and Doug toys, as well as any type of hobby or STEM-type toy your child might be interested in. They even do complimentary gift wrapping!

This is my daughters favorite place in town to shop! We love it because in addition to toys they have board games and different things that are not only fun but focused on learning and development. It's an awesome downtown store and the owners and staff are exceptional, helpful and friendly

Came here because my daughter's teacher recommended it for fidget toys and omgosh they have so many here!!! Plus the lady that was working (might've been the owner) was amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the stuff I was looking for. Will definitely come here again and recommend to friends!

My kids are both ADHD pretty bad. There are sensory toys and fidget toys that I have recently learned about. Really has helped my daughter. They do crafts here sometimes. That is cool. Kind hearted and very helpful staff. I highly recommend them.

Very nice place here, staff very friendly & helpful. Different types of toys for kiddos of all age groups here, educational fun. They have a lot of toys out so kids & parents can touch, feel, play and know what you are spending your money on. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out!!

A truly unique shopping experience. And don’t think this store is just for kids...fun and unusual games for kids and adults. The softest and most realistic stuffed animals I have ever seen. Do all my baby shopping here... you can’t go wrong! I highly recommend this store!!

Rude lady working behind the counter. We stopped in here on 11/6/21 to browse. 4 or 5 people in our group went in the store which was fairly crowded. Less than half the people had masks on which was not an issue for us. The problem was the rude lady behind the counter told our 14 year old daughter she needed a mask. We left because why would she single her out when there were so many people in the store without masks that she said nothing to?

Extremely helpful staff, very accommodating. I did not want to shop in store. So I browsed the on-line offerings of books, called to order and then drove to store to pick up and pay. The store even gift-wrapped the books!
