CVS is the best pharmacy in Ottawa. Their mobile app is flawless when it comes to refilling scripts. I also have their Extra Care card and have found some great items to purchase with that. Staff are always friendly and helpful and ready for any questions I might have. I won't go anywhere else!

I really have to say that everytime I go to CVS there's never a long wait time. I'm treated as if I am a "family" member and the rewards program has saved me a considerable amount of money.

Attempted to buy insulin needles for harm reduction purposes. Even though th ppiis is legal by state law the pharmacist refused on religious grounds. Politely told him this is wrong headed In every way. That the idea is to keep needle drug users alive and HIV/hepatitis free until they are ready to quit on their own.

I love the drive thru option plus it is always great to go inside. The pharmacy team works well together and all are very cordial not to mention efficient. CVS reminds you when it's time to get a refill. Auto system lets you know the refill is ready. I think CVS works well with Physicians.CVS puts healthcare & it's patient's needs or concerns first.

Pharmacy excellent- staff, pharmacists- awesome.I could care less for the store. I hate to be shouted at from the register when I walk in. ( hello). It’s not a department store. ( purses, clothes) at front door. I’m sick not looking for clothes. PUT UP another drive through for pharmacy!!! They deserve it. A bigger area too!! Keep up the good work!!!
