I work at a clinic that often sends medications over to this pharmacy to be filled for our mutual clients. While at work I had the pharmacist call to confirm information and the way he spoke to me on the phone was unacceptable. He repeatedly spoke down to me, belittled me, and made me feel like I had no clue what I was doing. I was doing my job that I was hired to do as trained and instead I was treated like sub human garbage. 0/10 do not recommend.

I use to live in Wisconsin and never had an issue in timely filling my medication. Everytime I have needed a refill there has been a delay at this Walgreens. No medication available a National shortage. This time I went without my medication for 2 days. I've been on this medication for 24 years the 1st time I had to do without. I noticed on other reviews people have had the same issue. Must be mismanagement.

This has to be the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever used. They are always out of the most basic medicines, and to cover up for their incompetent ordering practices, they will lie and claim there is a nationwide shortage of that medicine. Problem is the drug rep that serves my doctor confirmed there is no such shortage. Farewell Walgreens, my business is going elsewhere due to this location.

I absolutely agree with earlier reviews suggesting you don’t get your vaccine at this Walgreens location. After asking to see the vial to confirm the number they had written on my vaccine card, I was told "NO, I won't let you see the vial", it was only after I kept asking what the reason was for not letting me confirm the number of the vial they wrote on the vaccine card that they finally gave in and allowed me to see the vial (with no reason given). Other than I was told 10,000 people have been given the vaccine here and no one has made this request... Walgreens has been dropping the ball so much lately in so many ways that i'm seriously considering a permanent change to another pharmacy.

I went to this Location to get my Covid-19 Booster. As I walked up the the counter I watched Kupa take All the Pens out of the Used Pen Cup and put them in the Clean pens cup. Then hands me a dirty pen she just placed in the clean. I said can I use your Hand Sanitizer since you gave me a used pen. With attitude she handed me the Hand Sanitizer on the other side of the counter. Wow. #Ricks2Cents

Terrific neighborhood store. Always clean, well-stocked and their employees are (mostly) very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. We mostly shop there for our photos (had only 1 issue during past 14 years and they were happy to reprint at no charge) and health purchases but their grocery selection is pretty good, especially if you need something last minute. Great sales. And the pharmacy staff really takes time to explain your medications to you and they will help you with insurance snafus.

The staff is not knowledgeable or friendly. Especially the manager Mike. I wanted to purchase a cash card. They could not figure out how to make the purchase work in their system. And they wanted me to use a different branded card. I needed the specific brand that they were selling. They were not able to figure out how to do it. Why sell something that you don’t know how to sell? Bad attitude. Bad customer service.

Worst pharmacist I have ever experienced and I used to be a pharm tech. She is obnoxious and condescending. She makes me wait for her to tell me all instructions about a refill before she will hand it to me. Also makes me wait 20 mins for a rx and says the Dr. just called it in but Dr told me they called it in when I was at their office. Just very rude and the only one I have ever encountered like this.

Disaster. Do not come here for your vaccine. This place is not ready. Like watching a slow moving train wreck. Way more interested in filling scripts than getting paid the $200 plus they make off each vaccine dose that saves the country. Took and hour. 10 minutes at Advocate.

We went to buy sodas and the lady saw us, she went away, she got back and she said “oh, I thought you guys were going to go like that” like we obviously we were going to pay. We forgot the lady’s name but very bad customer service.
