My experience is nothing, just killing time. I go to the gym, then the store. But Jessie's Girl LOVES your beauty salon. She's so very relaxed for the rest of the day. I'm not sure if it's the mud bath or the facial, and she goes on and on about the Botox! Emily is her favorite.

If I could give 0 stars to Jordan G I would. Wasn’t informative, super unprofessional. My dog took 3 hours almost 4. And he was training a new person. Poor girl was left alone doing EVERYTHING, while he cut his dogs hair. She was dealing with my dog alone on her first day! Super unprofessional training. I could hear my dog crying because this new person wasn’t trained well and he wasn’t helping her at ALL. Just yelling commands at her. Acting like he was too good for what he was doing. Also they gave me my dog back with poop on her, if he had given any thought to train properly instead of grooming his own dog I wouldn’t be writing this. I do not recommend him at all. Horrible experience with Jordan.

Dropped on my golden doodle for his grooming appointment and we discussed what kind of length I wanted and how the tail and face should be cut. The groomer checked the dog with a comb to see if there was any matts and she didn’t find. I was told it would be 3-4 hours depending on how long it takes which is understandable. Few hours go past I receive a call from the groomer saying my dog is matted by his legs if it’s ok to go a shorter length than we discussed and I said that’s fine and few minutes after the manager called to confirm this was ok and I said yes. After 5 hours I get a call to pick up my dog when I arrive my dog I completely shaved, some parts are shorter some longer . His head was completely shaved and his tail was left with long hair. His ears are two different lengths. His nipples and private area was all red from being shaved to close and had open wounds and now there are scabs over it. I paid for a spring package that included a bandana and didn’t even receive that. I had to pay extra for 15 minutes of brushing when my dog was completely shaved and when I called to talk to someone about this I was told the manager will call me back and I still have not heard anything back.I would not recommend this place even to my worse enemy.

Do NOT let Dre the groomer touch your dog. I should have known he wasn’t a dog person when I walked in and he was telling me how he doesn’t care to deal with peoples dogs when they give him a hard time, and doesn’t care to not do the whole job. Maybe it’s because he’s not a dog person!!! All the others I’ve had before have been so sweet and greeted me and my dog so kindly, but he was stern with her and did not try to make her comfortable. He was choking her on the way in with the loop leash to the point she was coughing and when she did not want to go his way, instead of nicely saying “come here!” he just proceeded to pull her WHILE SHE WAS CHOKING and say “COME.” sternly. He took her back and when I went back to get her afterward she was excited to get back to me, again on the loop leash choking. He wouldn’t even pick up his pace a little bit for a dog excited to see her owner. I got to her and he was still keeping her tight on the leash as i was getting her harness ready. She was still coughing and i was trying to get it off and he was holding it so tight I couldn’t even put my fingers through, i had to tell him she does not need it anymore. he just said “r u sure” and i said yes do you not hear her. i got her out of there and he didn’t say anything else. my golden doodle is not a violent or intimidating dog for the record. someone who doesn’t like dogs should not be working with dogs. DRE SHOULD BE FIRED. When I reported to the manager I did not even get an apology, these people should not have our dogs in their hands. Do what is best for your dog and avoid at all costs

From the beginning it was awesome. Everything g was explained to me. The staff seems to love what they do. My dog looks amazing but I didn’t get a report card on how he did. That’s my only complaint. Overall it was a great experience

A while ago I took my dog to get groomed here. I came a little early to pick him up, and I saw the groomer holding my dog by the snout and yelling at him. Super unprofessional, after that, I won’t even shop here. Now, I take him to a new groomer now, who seems to have no issues with him.My dog is usually pretty good about standing still and doesn’t nip….. the more I think about it the more upset I get. He didn’t use to be afraid to go to the groomers but it explains why he became afraid.

My groomer, Meg, did an excellent job of grooming my pup. She is a Bouvier with a thick double coat. She is four years old and has been professionally groomed all of her life. Meg's grooming was the best I've seen.

I went into the store, there was hand sanitizer available. It was clean and the employees were working the whole time. I only waited a few minutes. The Groomer was friendly and he listened to what I was asking.
