I like this store because it seems like all the employees actually like animals. I bring my dog in whenever I need to buy food and she's treated like a rockstar by the staff. Everyone is so friendly.The other local chain stores are hit or miss with the employees.In addition to the treatment my dog gets, the store is clean and usually well supplied.

I started shopping at Pet Supply Plus because other stores didn't carry the brand of food I was looking for. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They offer great sales and have a wide variety of products. Although I've never used them, I'm looking forward to trying dog washing facilities. I recommend this store when shopping for your pet.

Mia the manager is so nice. . She takes time to learn about the products and is so helpful. I really think she get a big raise for her knowledge, care and concern!!! Awesome experience. I would never shop at any other pet store!!

If I could give zero stars I would😤 I’ve been a returning customer for quite some time now but I can’t believe the service I received today. Like most customers, I joined the Pet Supply Club Membership Program for perks and discounts, not for shoddy service and attitude. Upon asking for my number, Rachel failed to thank me for being a member and she also failed to inform me of available perks/discounts earned prior to purchase. I mean I thought that was the purpose of her asking for my information but anywho. I asked her if there were any sales or discounts available and she immediately sent me to the back of the store to take a picture of the sale price then bring it back to the register. Talk about impeccable customer service 😒😒. She then began to over talk me every time I began to speak. Unless she’s psychic, how could she have answered any of my questions? Finally, I could get a word in edge wise, I asked if she could check my account, without hesitation, she said no. I’m sure there’s something she could’ve done to inform me of available discounts via her register. IT’S A COMPUTER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!! 😩😮‍💨. Her last audacity was when she implied, in a condescending manner, that she could give me 50% off if I “needed it”, as if I was trying to get over or out of paying. I found that very distasteful and disgustingly rude and feel that she needs to either be retrained on customer service or change positions. No willing paying customer should ever have to feel looked down upon or disrespected, especially when the customer is calm cool and collected. It’s unacceptable and should be immediately handled accordingly.

Leslie kills it every time with Lincoln’s grooming. He is a Golden Mountain Doodle at 60lbs that loves the outdoors. He comes back fresh and clean every time.

I have been coming here for 6 years . Everyone here has been great! I recently started doing the shipping when we wanted a cat tree that would not fit in our car, thanks to an awesome suggestion by an employee. Then I started using it for dog food as opposed to Chewy, the delivery has been far more reliable coming right from the local store. Bob G has been my delivery driver and brings it right to my door and sends me a confirmation text! I forgot I was on auto ship and had a lovely surprise last week which was just in time to need more! I’ve always had a good experience when I go to this location. All the staff have been kind and helpful, the store is well kept too. I place orders online through them as well and every delivery is spot on, we enjoy the little appreciation notes from the team too!

Their prices are higher than other pet stores. Getting around the store was difficult due to all of the boxes and employees in the aisle which was hard with my limited mobility.I was never even acknowledged.

I got my dog a bath here. A little pricey, but not too bad. I have requested Devon to wash my dog and brush her out. He has done a great job!! She’s fluffy and happy. I had Devon also give my Goose a groom in October & he has done a great job. Definitely recommend PSP for grooming & baths. For a large dog groom it was only $86… plus tip. The old place I took my Goose to, I was paying $150 with tip. (For the same cut/style). Thank you PSP!!

Love love love this place! Just a little expensive this time for just a wash and teeth cleaning- 50 dollars is a bit pricy for a 7 pound puppy, but the location is is very clean. The grooming team is full of ladies and they all have a motherly touch. Your puppies will be well taken care of and unlike other pet places when cutting your pets they do not hang them from leashes they have patients with them.

Last 2 days I was able to take in 2 of my husky to get clean in the self service cleaning area which makes it really easy for me to clean them and they clean up after me even thought i try not to leave much of a mess

This is the first time I've used the dog wash in Orland Park. It was my understanding that the rooms are still cleaned between washes. Maybe I am mistaken, but the other Pet Supply Plus stores seemed to keep the wash rooms rather clean.. even prior to covid.There was hair everywhere..but I needed to wash my dog so I continued. The trash bag was not put on the trash can. So I was throwing hair and cotton balls into the bare trash can.The pump on the conditioner was not working. 🤦🏻‍♀️I will not be back to this location.But my dog did get clean and the dryers were amazing..

I took my shistzu puppy to get groomed by the manager Teri and she did a horrible job. I was in disbelief of what she did to her. She shaved half of her body and left the other side long. She said my puppy was too matted and couldn’t finish. When I got home my puppy had 2 long pieces of her hair hanging from her body. I was horrified even my 7 year old granddaughter was horrified. I made a complaint to corporate about her and hopefully something will be done about this horrible situation. I took it upon myself to fix my poor puppy and it took me 2 and a half hours to fix the damage she had done!! If you have a puppy do not let the manager Teri groom them!! I will no longer go to this location!!

The store is always clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. BUT, corporate eliminated the Dog Wash card as of January 2023. They will honor the existing unused cards. But now each wash was raised to $14.

The workers are so kind and this store has more than I ever knew when it comes to brands of dog and cat food. I love they have a wash station where you can bring your dog and bathe them yourself.

Staff is VERY helpful and friendly. Many items to look and select from. Mostly reasonably priced. However always low on stock when I've stopped in. Call to see if they have the item first. Even when placing an online order. However the employee that called me was very nice and patient when helping me make a 2nd choice.
