I hate that all the employees are in such a hurry. Checkout is always the worst. I only get a few items so I bring a reusable bag. This time the cashier decided to give me a cart, but would not let me take the car to bag my items. Usually they will just let me put my items in my bag as they scan it. Apparently not today. I felt very rushed

This is for the Tinley Park one. Biggest Aldi selection I ever saw. They have lots of healthy products like egg wraps at a much cheaper price than nearby Whole Foods.

Recently the 2 bathrooms we turned into both genders. I do not have a problem with that, but the bathroom had urine on the floor. They provided lysol spray but no towels. The toilet also did not flush. Unsanitary

I love this place, there's good prices, and a good selection of stuff. Every time I've been, it never feels too crowded or chaotic. The staff is always kind and efficient. It's bright and spacious. Things are fresh and I don't spend an arm and a leg there.

I went today shopping to Aldi and always are very polite cashiers. Not today the lady her name was Vickey was mean rude. I say how are you today? She didn't respond. She started throwing avocados to card.(I have 20 of them) I told her please don't throw avocados, they get brused. And she told me I m not throwing them mean. This location was recently remodeled and expanded. Even though there are more items on the shelves now, I kind of miss the smaller version of the store, it had a nice feel to it. The newer store has more aisles and checkout counters but there are never enough clerks to take care of more than 1 or 2 lines, so there is always a wait. Also, what happened to the employees from before the remodel? I really liked seeing their familiar faces and knowing them by name...now, even though there are good items on the shelves at good prices, the store actually feels kind of cold and unwelcoming

Very clean, nice looking ALDI location. While the prices are excellent and the produce is pretty good, consistency is an issue to me. I understand ALDI's main concern is to keep prices as affordable as possible for the quality of products they sell, but in my opinion I always leave having not found something on my list. This is not something that upsets me, just an observation from shopping here!

There was no one at the register so we had to wait for someone when she Finally got to the register See did not apologise for the wait. But that's not the worst part she greeted the customer in front of me with a Hi how you doing have a great day but with me it was silence no interaction no nothing I felt like it was very racial profiling. Worst experience ever.

Best selection of produce at great prices. You can find lots of specialty items too. I found an L.O.L. bookbag and a lunchbox for under $20. I found a portable full size ping-pong table to use in my backyard for around $120. It's never crowded and they even have wine. Perfect!

This Aldi in Orland Park on 131st and Lagrange Rd has had wonderful cashiers until recently with this one girl, Camilia. For the third time now, this cashier Camilia has been rude, disrespectful and has a nasty attitude towards me and the other customers waiting in line. I've been shopping at this store since it first opened and have never had any issues--actually had great experiences with friendly cashiers--until this girl started working here. She's snapped at us customers too many times now. It's enough. Camilia needs additional training on customer service or needs to find a different line of work not involving customers.

This Aldi has wider aisles than most and always has the Gatorade zero packs in stock. Most of the other locations only have regular. I appreciate the variety at this store!

Went in there with a discrepancy in regards to what my wife had paid for & what she actually came home with. Me being the good husband I went back to the store & the management was extremely accommodating & helpful. Th ank you so much. Just wanted to make it clear i am speaking of the location in orland hills, not that I've had a bad experience at any of the stores near me but wanted to recognize this one.

All the employees there are nice but this one cashier has dark hair and wears glasses she is very rude! always throws my grocerys in the cart. You can tell she hates being at her job. She should quit and find something else.

Love this Aldi's! Always seems to have plenty of stock. Especially with the weekly goodies they advertise. Most others are out of the items too fast. Clean store. My fave location now.

This used to be our 'go to' Aldi. The store was always neat, very nice staff but now we hate going here. One single employee, who it seems others have complained about (dark hair, glasses, of course not wearing a name tag), can't even acknowledge me. I had to say 'Hi. how are you?' of which she didn't even respond and then I tried to help her by putting my 5 milks in the cart and only unloading one on the conveyer belt and she proceeded to say 'Are you going to give me milk to scan?' When I said have a good night she just sighed. This was not my first encounter with her and I've tried to give her grace as we are all going through hard times right now. However, enough is enough. I hope ALDI sees my and other peoples reviews and has a discussion with this employee.

Nice store! My cashier was Elizabeth. It would have been nice to be acknowledged before she checked her cell phone. She laughed while reading a message. I guess customers aren't as important to her as her cell phone.
