Came all the way from Chicago to look at the parrots in hopes of finding a new companion and the store was closed during open hours. The place looked very unkept and abandoned. Very disappointed with the lack of upkeep and Not even having a sign on the door explaining why it was closed. Waste of my time driving so far.

The perfect parrot petshop is the best! It my be closed on business hours and my be a little dirty but over all it is a great place to find a pet and at great price....I spend all my free time there helping out and taking care of the animals.i think it is a great place for the animals to be also they get food & water and a warm home to live in.

probably my favorite place to be, always birds flying around and puppies scurrying everywhere. The kind of pet store you read about in kids books! Good prices too :)

The owner is so nice and she is always willing to lower a price for you, and she will be sure to tell you what kind of animals to get with different animals. I love it there.

My granddaughter is there every single day, the staff is wonderful and the pets are of good quality! The owner is personable and friendly as are other staff members!

Awful place, dirty, unkept, with animals dying in some cages. The place needs to be reported for animal abuse and cruelty!
