Took my 5 month old puppy here because he had food poisoning and they just said to put him down. Well my puppy is almost 2 years old now and all I needed was charcoal activator. I was only 15 and even I knew how to properly care for dogs. Bad service, bad vets, poor quality, not knowledgeable at all. If the 5 star reviews are true then that means they pick favorites to help and shrug off and kill the other animals. It would be easy to sue this place.

I have been to the Orangeville Animal Health Service on several occasions. (1)The examination rooms are always dirty and makes me wonder what illnesses or diseases the animals previously in these rooms had and what I might be exposing my dogs to. (2) My senior German Shepherd had dental work done, when I returned to pick her up she was laying on the bare concrete floor wet and covered with blood without even a towel or blanket (3) Took my other senior German Shepherd there to be euthanized (a painful situation for any animal lover) during the process toward what should have been the end, my sweetheart regained consciousness, was obviously in pain and terrified and had to be restrained while re-euthanized. That is something I will never forget until the day I die. The vet walked out of the room, never said a word. Don't take your pets here...if you really love them...DON'T!

I took my rescue dog into the groomer to take care of all of his pretty severe matting. They let me stay with through the whole process. We had to sedate him because he's never seen a brush a day in his life and was quite skiddish of the whole grooming process. She took great care of him. Gave me all the tips and tricks to help maintain his coat. Very welcoming! Great conversation! Fair prices! And we now have a official groomer for my furbaby! Highly recommend.

One of my dogs is a 'frequent flyer' at the clinic, so I'm in quite often. Everyone there is so caring & knowledgeable about each issue that arises. I am so appreciative of their care & guidance. I highly recommend Orangeville Animal Health Services.

All staff from the front desk receptionists to the small animal veterinarians have been very helpful to me and Miss Kitty. During the pandemic they offered great curbside service for cat food and vitamins. The clinic is clean and they strive to make our in person experience as comfortable as possible. I am new to this clinic within the last few years and I couldn’t be happier. 💛 🐈

I will not take my animals anywhere else. When my dog had troubles with his neck and back, they helped him to be able to lift his head again- when he later had to go through kidney failure, they helped to manage and treat him. Even at the very end they were very helpful and compassionate, providing me with information and options. My cat is now having her own health concerns and there is no other group of people I would trust more. Very thankful for all of their help and patience with my many questions and concerns.

When our cat got sick, we took her there after hours. The Dr was very good about keeping us updated on her condition. Ultimately she was too sick and we had to euthanize her. They were very respectful and helped us through the process.

Dr. Lynne is amazing! The time and compassion she gave when my fur baby texted positive for heartworms, on a late Friday afternoon, none the less, was phenomenal. I feel completely confident with her and will recommend her to everyone.

Awesome care and very professional!! Really cared about our animals! Checked on us 3-4 times after surgery and kept us updated throughout the day! Will definitely recommend them!!!
