Called in, tried setting an appointment, they said they'd call me back for a time and date to come in, and after days still no call. Even on days when the shop is closed, ans they have all the time in the world to call, still no call. Do not waste your time on this business. More importantly, do not waste your money on this business. There are far better tattoo parlors that deserve your money.

I brought my daughter in to get her conch pierced for her birthday. Everyone was friendly, the shop is very clean and the piercing station is private. All of that is expected, but very appreciated! However, Samantha, was beyond fantastic, she is educated, patient, kind, and just gives off the best vibes! This will be the only place we go for piercings from here on out! And can't wait to get some ink there in the future!Service: Conch piercing

The go to spot in the area and even if your not in the area its most definitely worth the drive and they've got deals often as well and gift cards you can buy to give as the perfect gift. If you haven't already then get in there and check them out and if you already have then spread the word and get back in there for your next piece.

I love this place. Not only are the workers there generous but they really think ab there customers. Once you walk in they give you FREE money to play in there arcade and eat there gumball machine. They give you FREE drinks and snacks. I go there regularly now and my hair always looks good I'm so happy bc I used to have bad hair days EVERYDAY.

I had an appointment scheduled for a nose piercing and the same day I made the appointment, I received a text message from them saying my appointment had been canceled. Unexpectedly, with no explanation, and no phone call. I understand needing to move around the schedule when you run a business but that was very unprofessional and I cannot support unprofessionalism and rudeness. Would not recommend.

I always love going to Toon Town, wether it be for myself or with a friend. The artist their are so incredibly nice and personable! I definitely recommend it to anyone who would like a tattoo or piercing. It’s where I had my first great experience getting a piercing - Sam talked me through it and made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend

Went in to get my belly pierced and sam was great very professional opened all supplies in front of me made sure I was comfortable. Walked me threw the events lol. She and the other staff even helped when I fainted after the piercing and helped fix my glasses it was a great friendly experience highly recommend them
