If i could leave zero š i would i never leave my review but this time I had to I had been trying to get my medication from them for 2 days with zero help from the females in this location. They never pick up the phone I had been on hold for a hour. They kept hanging up in my face like this is a game. My husband went and get better service from the men up there they offered him a extremely great discount that the young lady had not offered me after I had been there 2 days in a row trying to get my medication. So thanks to Mr. Robert the pharmaceutical tech and the blessed young an Antwan who offered the great savings š. May God continue to bless the men at this location I will be praying š for the females lord deliver them.

If you are in serious need of your prescription - DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS! Everyone who works at this pharmacy is unprofessional, incompetent, and inconsiderate. They all move so slowly and on top of that they make a lot of mistakes. They will lie to your face and say your prescription is ready at a certain time, just for you to come back and they still do not have it. Not only do they lie about pick-up times, but they lie about putting your number in the system to contact you when your prescription is ready. I personally had to visit this pharmacy three times in a single day due to their lies about the readiness of my prescription. Each time I visited, they would ask for my number and assure me that I would receive a notification as soon as it was ready. However, even after 24 hours, I did not receive any notification. When I called the pharmacy, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, and finally, they informed me that my prescription was ready. But, I did not receive any notification because my number was not in their system, as they had claimed. This experience at the Walgreens pharmacy was not only frustrating, but it also caused me to endure more pain due to the delay in receiving my medication. Overall, I highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy and finding a more reliable and professional alternative.

Everyone that works at this pharmacy should be fired. I received two receipts from my doctor that they confirmed they sent my daughters prescription over to them after being diagnosed with strep throat and a bad ear infection. A day later and 6 phones later I still donāt have my prescription and the pharmacy is saying it was never received. I was on hold 3 times over 40 min with a hang up each time. I went there and held the phone to my ear and watched them hang up the call. Now if I cuss them out and act a fool, iām the crazy one. I will be writing a letter to corporate

Just called corporate on this location. Donāt know why my prescription was transferred to this location, so I cancelled it. It was still pending cancellation because the pharmacy didnāt approve cancellation FOR THREE DAYS. I called the pharmacy FIVE TIMES and they PICKED UP AND HUNG UP every time. They continued to fill the rx AND file a claim with my insurance. Corporate was called and they cancelled my prescription for this location. They called with me on the line and THEY HUNG UP ON CORPORATE. I donāt know how this location is still in business and who keeps going there. If you continue to fill prescriptions here, you must like rude employees and torture.

The worst pharmacy in America. Everyone has an attitude, prescriptions are never ready even when you receive a message saying they are. No one ever knows what happened when something goes wrong. The pharmacists just look at you and never step in to help. Donāt bother calling, youāll wait and then when they pick up, you magically get disconnected. DO BETTER!!!

I tried to call first to check if my script had come thru, but no one ever picked up. Went into the store and waited at the counter for 30 min. The cashiers were filling bags of meds not helping those who were in line. It was getting late, I wasnāt feeling well and so I called out for someone to help me. It was as if the customers were invisible. The phone kept ringing, but the main cashier consistently hit a button to mute it. Finally the pharmacist herself helped me. The only one who seemed to be really working was the young lady handling the drive thru lane. As a customer I have never experienced an attitude of indifference to the customers as I did at this 24 hour pharmacy on Tuesday night, April 2, 2024.

I would like to apologize to patients who have to use this pharmacy for their needs. I am calling from a health care facility to assist a patient in need, I was on hold for 30 mins with no please hold, then was hung up on at the 30 minute mark. I called back and the same thing happened. I do not want to think about what sick and ill patients have to endure trying to contact this pharmacy with needed health concerns. It's a sad situation what Walgreens in general has turned into. If you have the availability to use a pharmacy elsewhere please do, for your health.

Unbelievable. 15 cars in pharmacy drive thru, then 10 people in line inside with 1 person at the checkout counter. He had no clue what he was doing, 2 people took 17 minutes.Finally a woman, Zenaya, came up to help him. She was great. She checked out 3 people while he was still working with 1. Luckily we had her help us, and she went above and beyond! My father doesnāt have insurance so she helped get the price down as much as she could while still working fast.This pharmacy is packed 24/7, and she keeps a great, positive attitude despite everyone complaining to her (which isnāt an easy thing to do). ZENAYA (pharmacy tech) DESERVES A RAISE AND PROMOTION! Even though I waited over half hour to get 2 medications, her customer service is A+++++!(Also, when I called twice yesterday I kept being transferred and ended up on hold for 43 minutes then right when it was connecting the line hung up, second time same thing happened. Really need to get more employees. It is ridiculous! I never post poor reviews but this was just nuts..)

I used to like this location, now it's horrible. Started coming here because the one in park Forest was so much worse. Now I have a problem with every single prescription I've gotten filled here. I've transferred all my refills to Jewel, but haven't updated all my providers so sometimes a script gets sent here. This place is as bad as it comes. I will never recommend them again. Cannot stand coming here.

This is the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. Never sending another prescription there. Hope that helps clear your back log of whatever. I had a surgery and Iām in so much pain Iām crying , the rx was sent at noon when I went there they said after three, 9pm now itās gonna be ready tomorrow afternoon. What a joke , Never going back to this hell hole of a Walgreens .

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WALGREENS EVER. I'm 30 days post kidney transplant and trying to get information over the phone is pointless. I was on hold today for 3 hours. When I was next to have my call answered they hung up. I called back to only get the same response. I called the store to speak with someone and he wasn't even listening. He transferred me to a "supervisor and I'm currently waiting for someone to answer AGAIN. ZERO OUT OF 5

It's 1:30 am. One car is in the drive thru waiting at the Pharmacy. You can hear voices. No response. They just ignore the cars. We knew this was a hit or miss. I would never waste my time here. Just wait till they figure out that some people will appreciate being in the US and they will happily get the training to take these job. Keep sleeping.

What a wonderful way to spend an hour to accomplish nothing. Went in to get wife's prescription, have insurance and a prescription card from my union. The pharmacy said both were "declined". Wanted $453 for what my insurance app said would be $10. After a stink they brought it down to $250. I still wasn't having any of that, got mad and left. Called my company to ask why my medicine was "declined" and they stated they show no attempted claims against either one of my accounts. Never coming back to this location again, went to another and got the script filled for $10 in 30 seconds

Iāve just called the pharmacy 3 times in a row, waited on the long hold. Someone picked up the phone each time and hung up without saying a word. Terrible. I hate that my doc keep sending my stuff here. Like, why do that? Youāre a pharmacy.

The pharmacist Aro was EXTREMELY RUDE. Had an attitude because they didnāt have my prescription ready after waiting over two hours. The manager Debra had to step in and handle my needs. Ms. Debra was a saint and I appreciate her for helping.

The night pharmacist was rude to me in the drive through as she could not find my prescription. She told me to contact my Dr. and have him send my prescription over. I told her it was sent three days ago. She repeated her self and hung up on me. I then went in and she told me I have to wait as there are 2 people ahead of me and I told her I just came in from the drive through because she hung up on me when I was trying to tell her to check to see if my last name had been updated in their system and to see if my prescription was listed under my maiden name as this happened before. She refused to help and walked away like I didn't know what I was talking about or as thought I was not listeningto her tell me "my prescription was not there". I spoke to the young man at the counter after waiting for him to finish up. He then finds 2 of my prescriptions and whispers an apology to me because he could not find it before handing her the phone to hang up on me. I asked him were there any other prescription there an he saidno and I said there should be more. I also told him how rude his Pharmacist was and thanked him for at least acknowledging his error and trying to fix it. I left, and then called the Tinley Park 24 hour Walgreens and explained to that pharmacist what happened at the Olympia Fields location and she looked up my information and tells me that I do have my remaining prescriptions there and gives me the prescription number to provide to them, only to have to go back and this time explain to the young lady pharmacy technichian what happened who was very nice. She found my remaining prescriptions and fixed my information in the system but had to get her rude pharmacist authorization who never came back to the window to apologize. Then asks me to wait about 10 mins as my prescriptions were not ready, even though they were sent in on 11/30/2023. After I waited she helped me and thanked me for my patience and apologized about my earlier issues as she was coming in as I was dealing with the boy who had no clue what he was doing.I will not be back to this pharmacy as I never felt so disrespected. The Pharmacist never apologized about her behavior either. Tinley Park will be my new location as this location has definitely gone down as the customer service is subpar.*This happened on 12/01/23 at 11:10pm for the first transaction with the boy who had no clue what he was doing and rude Pharmacist.*Second transaction happened at 12/02/23 at 1:13 am as I had to go back after calling another Pharmacy in Tinley to confirm my prescriptions were at this location and the youg lady Pharmacy tech was excellent.

Got told to this place had the prescription my daughter needed so I called and they told me the prescription should be ready at 8. Got in at 8:30 for them to tell me come back at 11 and then 11 became 1. When they finally had something it was only a partial dose of 1 of the medications. Filling the rest of the dose might happen next week and they wanted me to come back 2 hours later for the other. Absolutely horrible communication

It is time to start complaining to the corporate office! This location is a joke. Several times I have come here and they donāt have the medication. When you ask if they can transfer it to a different location, you are told your doctor has to do that. Exactly how do I reach my doctor this late in the evening to transfer a prescription I need now!?

After meds were delayed nearly two weeks, I get a text at 10:17am "You prescription is ready for pick up." I get there at 11:15am "Oh...we put it back on the shelf...come back after 6pm tonight." Here now at 930pm "Oh...we're out of stock." I'm heated! "Oh, wait...we just have to run the insurance."Can't get an answer, can't makes heads or tails, this service is consistently unreliableš©

After getting hung up on 3x, and waiting over 2hrs to get in touch with someone. Donāt hold your breath for this pharmacy location. They literally do not care if you need any prescriptions. Absolutely the worst in the entire world!

Super long lines, messed up a prescription at their pharmacy by marking it as another that I couldnāt get a refill on due to their negligence and causing a problem they wouldnāt fix until I got the insurance company involved who recommended I choose a different pharmacy based on the attitude they got when trying to resolve the issue. All together spent a month dealing with this and I wish I had never chosen this pharmacy location.

Store and manager very GHETTO. I placed an online order at about 2 p.m., maybe before then today. I received an order stating customer which is me canceled the order. Called the 800 number and spoke with a manager she wasn't able to get any results why my order was canceled. They hung up on her as well. I had a prescription sent there yesterday morning. Had to call walgreens today 1/22/23 for a update i never received. WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS PLACE?

My pharmacy tried to transfer my prescriptions here and this walgreens claimed they never received it. Now I have to contact my doctor to have them send another rx (to my previous pharmacy). I will remain at my previous pharmacy because I have already experienced poor customer service and having a hard time to reach someone via phone. I waited over an hour and still no answer!!!! And then when they did answer they kept putting me on hold so long until I hung up. I wish I had read their reviews before trying to transfer my prescriptions!!!! Worst experience ever!!! Always believe the reviews! 0 stars!

Everyone in the pharmacy needs to be fired. This place needs to be shut down immediately for a revamp. The people running the pharmacy are extremely incompetent and will soon be held accountable for messing up prescriptions. I will be contacting Walgreens corporate!

I have been calling this Pharmacy since 2pm... it is now 4:44pm... I keep getting hung up on. I paid online and paid for delivery... money came out of my account.... my FiancƩ decides to just go pick it up for me... he gets there and they say that I haven't paid yet... even though Walgreens snatched that money out my account... I am transferring to CVS.

Worst pharmacy wish I could give 0 stars. My prescription got transferred here bc it was out of stock at my regular location. I call them they said itāll be ready in an hour, get there 3 hours later they never filled it said I had to wait 30 minutes, go back after 30 minutes they tell me it says itās not ready until 5?? Meanwhile all the employees are back there laughing playing joking around.

I've currently waited for 39min+ and have already been placed on hold 3x AFTER "the 2 callers ahead of you" message, then a young lady finally answers only to say let me transfer you to the pharmacy?! These types of delays impact customers health. This specific Walgreens needs to hire more people ASAP!

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever seen I've been trying to get my medication for five days still nothing I called and hold on 30 minutes and someone picked up the phone and hung it up I can't believe this they closed our Walgreens on orchard SMH I can't believe Walgreens running there store like this very disappointed and I'm still on hold I called right back šš
