Got a call for an interview for Friday and I had called back only to be told that it had to be the wrong store…the number listed on Google literally called my phone. I’ve been unemployed for 3 months after being laid off from my last employer and this is just making me more frustrated at this point.

I love shopping in the dollar section ok I went to buy toilet paper price 1 dollar nice scent lavender so manager say 1.15 15cent more price 1dollar brought 10 so I dispute him till I got for 1 dollar. So he said next person 115 so I said you better put right price not 1 sale. Not so friendly. Once price say dollar on item you can't change to 15cent more. I shop for sales when on tight budget.

Visited here looking for home decor but didn’t find too much of what I needed. Although I did get some other items. Store seemed clean and as stocked as it could be. I take off star because I noted the cashier didn’t have enough change for the person before me, thankfully I was paying with card and not cash. That was weird that the cashier did not have enough change to give back.

This store is the nastiest store ever seen the floor was filthy. They had a whole aislewhen you couldn't even walk down and because of stuff on the floor. The customer service is terrible. There was only one person around to help you. And she act like she didn't even want to help you. That store needs New Management. Everyone there should be fired.

I love Family Dollar. They are hiring at the store I visit today. The store need a manager that can get the store in order. It is so junky. I know if the store was put in order the sell volume would increase. Do not let Walmart close this store. I love the little things I get for my walls and just little special things. If I was not already working two jobs, I would apply for a job as a manger there. I have a degree in Marketing Management. I was kind of questionable the clerk ask if I was going to use my debt card and his clothes was so dirty. He works in the public eye. After I swipe my card the other clerk came with some other device to show him. I pray they was not copying my credit card information. Much pray needed. I wonder what is the pay rate there.

Although they didn't have some of the item's that I was looking for! The staff there was very friendly and helpful assisting me to find item's, The Staff there always pleansantly greeted me entering and leaving. ☺ GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Will be going back😊

I didn't like when they tried to stop us shoppers from using the shopping carts to take to the parking lot to our cars. As we were leaving to go to our cars they said they didn't allow customers to use buggies outside of store. Which is absolutely ridiculous when there's no way after spending $150.00 and have over 10 bags and big items unable to be bagged, I'm unable to carry all those bags without a cart. I had to ignored them and took the cart to my car anyway. Did they really think I was going to leave some of my bags in the store make a couple trips back and forth to my car. Nope No Ma'am. I've shopped here for many years on a monthly basis but they made me sick with that craziness. 😒

Nice just need to have more cashier's because customers should be able to get items and get out the store in a timely matter. I stood in line 25 minute s and that is toooo long.

Cashier was great, pleasant, and professional. Issue was that it was freezing in the store. I would have shopped more but it was too cold. That was disappointing

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!!! If I had to rate it it would be 0 stars! Staff was friendly but they lied to my face . We got 4 newspaper then we went to checkout and the lady told us if we grabbed the newspaper from the top and we said yes , then she told us the top ones didn't have coupons , so we said thank you , so we exchanged the 4 newspapers from the top instead we grabbed them from bottom like she said because she said the bottom newspaper did HAVE coupons and the top ones DIDN'T so we paid $6 and we get home and only 2 inserts came which was good so then I check the other 3 newspaper and THEY DID NOT HAVE COUPON INSERTS !!!THEY LIED TO US AND THEY STOLE $4.50 from MY MONEY !!! THOSE $6 were the only $6 i had so now money given to them for free and newspaper to the garbage and ITS LIKE I THREW MONEY AWAY AND GAVE $4.50 TO THEM FOR FREE!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!😡😡👿👿

Sometimes the clerk will ring up double amount for one item. The double amount will be deducted and later replace amount.
