I've been going here very frequently for the past 4 months to get my grandfather's medications and every time the pharmacy staff is very nice. Many of these reviews say they're rude and provide terrible service but not once did I leave having a negative experience. The only thing I will complain about is the fact that there is one cashier in front and 2 self checks. Most of the time there is a line for the cashier(3-4 customers long)and if you use the self check chances are it will mess up and you'd still have to wait for the one person on duty to come over and help. Other than that, I will say the store is always clean so 👍

What can be said...a WHOLE LOT!!! This CVS in Olympia Fields has changed in customer service and it's NOT for the better! Ever since they closed multiple locations and shipped everyone to this location the Staff has been EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would go in and know every tech and Pharmacist by name and they would know me as well. Now, I don't know anyone anymore. However, I do know the rude staff there!! They are impatient, and rude, and the last time, we were there the Pharmacist accused my Mother who is legally blind of tampering with her medicine. There is also always an issue with medication refills and the text feature through CVS. The staff/ Pharmacist there always responds by calling your doctor or calling your insurance we can't help You. Corporate needs to look into the store and its employees and adjust accordingly.

This store has pharmacy employees that are very rude and apparently cold hearted. They are never kind. They don’t say hello or good bye. If you try a greeting they cut you off with “name” “birthday” - take the info and never say anything again until the payment cost. Take the money without a thank you or a kind face. Then they slam money drawer at you take the money and never speak again. You have to guess whether they are done or not. They don’t care if you have a question about the prescription or anything else. If ever there is a need they will lean away from the human, kind thing to go out of there way to be MEAN. The behavior is so consistent that it has to be the management and training. I would shop there to get other things but they are too mean for that. I will go anywhere else to get what I need. Wish my insurance contracted with Walgreens.

My Husband and I had an appointment for 2023-2024 COVID-19 Vaccine.We called CVS to see if we could come in earlier. They said fine. Upon arrival, we gave our names. The employee immediately snapped and said "I'm backed up, you have to wait 20 minutes.There was a weird energy in the air, not good. She was angry, hostile and unprofessional. She brought out a needle. Did not explain type of shot and go over info.We did not receive printout or receipt of any kind. I don't even know if we got the shot or if it was a placebo.It was impersonal, cold, uniformitive.I highly recommend you do not use CVS pharmacy as customer service is 0 and they clearly don't care about customer satisfaction.

I've read some of the reviews, and am surprised. I have never had a delay in COVID test results, not even when they were doing the PCR test which took a few days. My last test with them was a glorified self test, a bit more accurate than the home test, and the results were texted to me by end of day. As for prescriptions: I've never had a problem with them filling a script. If anything, they've rushed refills or refilled when I asked them not to do so just yet. So, not perfect, but my experience has been better.

I called today September 14th @ 10 minutes to 8pm .and been going to CVS for over 20 years and every single time I try to get info about my meds they have been very nasty verbally they have no remorse for people who are sick. This time I will call corporate

Cvs in Matteson il never open up on time. It has a line of cars waiting and the pharmacy said they short of staff and no one from the front team is in. This the cvs in Matteson Illinois. It's 9.24 now and we are still waiting out side. Hire new front store staff for Olympia fields il location. Lincoln highway

Horrible, horrible, horrible CVS. I came here for a Covid test about two weeks ago and have yet to get a result. Read the other reviews and they’ll all say the same thing about it. First you go into the drive up and they just basically hand you a paper bag with the kit with no explanation how to do it. After you’re done you stick the plastic bag with the sample into a box which is overflowing with other Covid tests that look like they’ve been sitting there for weeks. Do not use this CVS location it is horrible. Terrible customer service, shame on corporate for allowing this to happen. I’ll never use this CVS again.

So there pretty good about having my prescription ready for pick up. What stopped them from getting 5 stars is they never have my vitamins in stock when they have a nice bogo (buy 1 get 1 free). I really liked there CVS brand quick dissolve B12 vitamin and Nature Made Multi Vitamin with Iron. The store is always clean too which, I like. But they will give you a rain check that does not expire and I love that about them!

I'm actually sorry that I have to give them 1 star! Last month I had to get my prescription for pain filled at a different pharmacy because they were out and needed to reorder more. Ok fast forward to this month I go to the pharmacy on a Sunday to ask if the med was available the pharmacist stated" no good thing you came to check I will order it and it should be in by tomorrow afternoon". I checked on Tuesday the meds were in and I was told that they were placing a hold on the meds for me to pick up on my due date which was two days later. We'll guess what the meds were not available and now they need to order them!!! This is an inconvenience to me and my doctor. I have to call my doctor and get them to send a new prescription to a different pharmacy. These people are so horrible 😞!

Do not trust the service at this clinic. My daughter and I are on day 11 of getting our Covid test results and we cannot get answers regarding the delay. I have even called the corporate office and no one will give us answers. We were told 2-4 days when we were tested. If they cannot handle the capacity of tests they should let customers know about the delay. Poor Customer service. Now I’m wondering if they lost our tests. Meanwhile can’t go back to work. Will never go here again. Very frustrating.

The worst Pharmacy I’ve ever had to fulfill medicine here for myself. I told them I’m completely out of high blood pressure medicine and they act like there is nothing they can do for me. “Their system was down” and again they act like there was nothing they could do for me. What is I had had a stroke. I’m sick of not being notified when my meds are fulfilled and yes I had them change my number to the current phone number. I’d also like to add that the technicians always seem to have a little attitude. You all must really hate your jobs. This will never be my preferred pharmacy again. I hate it here.

Absolutely terrible. There's no sense of urgency whatso ever when it comes to filling individuals prescriptions. My prescriptions had to be transferred over from Walgreens, I started the process on 12-07-2020. Checked my app a couple days later to see the status of the scripts, nothing was there. On 12-13-2020 I went to the pharmacy to see if my scripts had been filled and just wasn't showing on my app, no that wasn't the case. The pharmacist hadn't called Walgreens to get my scripts transferred. As of today, a week later I still do not have my meds. This is the worst. I'll be so glad when open enrollment is here so that I can change my insurance, and go back to Walgreens.

Store is very organized and clean but the pharmacy is horrible they don’t notify you when something has changed or they don’t have your medication. They are rude and very slow. No communication what so ever. Customer service is horrible. I rather travel back to Indiana at least I know I’m going to be taking care of by great customer service.

I went to Olympia Fields IL CVS, for my COVID-19 test on the morning of July 5th. It is now 14 days later, and I still have no results. This is very frustrating because I cannot return to work until I get the results and have used up all my sick days at work now. They told me it would take 2 to 5 days to receive my results. Thanks CVS 🤬

To the CVS Pharmacy store in Olympic field on route 30 I was in your store yesterday 10/13/2016 around 12: noon that day having the attention of making some photocopies made for my job the female employee you had there to assist the customers was very unfriendly and had no attention in assisting me in any helpful way I was so turned off by her approach I left the store.Discouraged with CVS Pharmacy but decided too go to the CVS Pharmacyin Park Forest on Western ST as I enter the photo station area the employee there try to assist me even offered some suggestions that could help me I was more than please with her professional attitude dealing with the customer.

It’s been 11 days and I still don’t have my COVID results. They need to limit the testing they give out because it’s clear any lab they use is overwhelmed. I’ve had to miss two weeks of work, I was originally told it would take 2-4 days for results!!!

The absolute worst customer service experience ever!!!!! 20 minutes on the phone in hold to check a prescription status!!!! And when they finally answered I got attitude 🙄 I am switching back to Walgreens I only came here because of my new job!😡

I don't care what time or day if the week it is. This pharmacy stays short of employees. I've waited over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Awful... Just another example of how messed up the healthcare system is.
