Adds some nice variety to the other grocery stores in town. Isles are nicely spaced apart and the store has always been clean when I go in.The carts cost a quarter to use but will be returned to you when you bring it back into the store cart section. You should bring your own bags or buy a huge one for less then a dollar.

Absolutely love this store and the employees that work here. They are so courteous and willing to help in any way they can. We shop here regularly and love manager Derek and cashier Stephen; they make our shopping trip memorable and enjoyable.Being disabled, I am especially grateful for the electric shopping carts and the wide aisles.I rarely shop anywhere else and will continue to patronize Rulers on a regular basis.

Prices are really good. Have only tried a few store branded food items that we didn't like. They do have some name brands but those seem to change frequently.Store is always clean and employees are helpful. Occasionally out of items.Make sure you bring a quarter for the shopping cart (returned when you put it back) and reusable plastic bags are 10 cents each.

This store has amazing produce! The freshest, best produce I have ever had. The meat is just as good and fresh. I love the prices of course as well but the staff is what makes this place extra special. They will always go above and beyond to help their customers.

Great place to get amazing bargains on every day grocery items. The best place to go if you are in a hurry and just need to run in and get those missing few items for supper. Derek runs a very smoothly operating store!

As with most discount grocers Ruler has a somewhat limited selection of items. What they do offer, though, is consistently low prices and surprisingly high quality. One of my favorite places to shop in this area.

it was great . there was this one gentleman that was very helpful to me and finding out where things were and if he had it which you didn't have it because you was out of condensed milk and no yeast. Two things that I was really hoping to get but he said that maybe they will get them before too long but was sold out . but I want to thank the gentleman for helping me he was an older man with a mustache I didn't get his name I wished I would have but I really appreciate all that he did to help me kudos to him.

Great pricing with nice wide isles and fast friendly check outs. Don't forget a quarter for the cart! Smaller and easier to shop for groceries than Wal-Mart and their brand is good quality

Ruler is one of those places that should b celebrated for what it is and not what others want it to b, a target specific grocery outlet discount store, it's not a full service grocery store. Hence produce doesnt have a lot, but what fruits and veggies they stock like grapes and onions I eat regularly. Their canned foods doesnt have every conceivable food item that comes in a can, just the basics they see fit to stock to the gills from mixed vegetables to chili beans to green beans, their soup sections Carrie's classic faves in Cambell's Chunky & Kroger Brand Soups, their chips aren't endless just the short selection I happen to eat regularly, and so forth. Their frozen foods section is their largest section, and there they carry pizzas, TV dinners, frozen vegetables, and desserts enough to keep u happy with their selection and keep coming back, from healthy choice brand to banquets and smart choice to hungry man. The checkout does take getting used to as u have to buy ur bags for like 9 cents a piece, & bag all ur groceries urself, a trick which admiringly I'm still working out how to do best for what I shop for. But overall, for the money u spend there compared to the groceries u come out with u would do well to shop at Ruler Foods, not that shopping at IGA or Walmart for more meat and condiment choices for example wont come up, so know that Ruler is not ur 1 stop shop solution, it's a supplement to get ur necessary basics that they carry and ease ur shopping experiences at Walmart or IGA, to reduce ur bill there and buy targeted items there just like at Ruler's. If u shop like that ur will stretch ur dollars or ur SNAP food stamps but a half mile with few problems, an outstanding outcome!!

They have a motorized cart for the disabled, nice wide aisles, clean, organized, friendly customer service & food is fresh & well priced. Kroger brands are a good value as well.

Every single employee is extremely friendly and professional. I drive 30 miles to go to this store for that reason. The prices are extremely reasonable. I would recommend Ruler's to everyone I see!

Affiliate of Kroger, pre-packaged meat is consistently good, friendly Staff, store is clean, vegetables are fresh, and they offer competitive pricing.Some Things have changed since the COVID situation began, yet the hardworking Staff is still Striving to make certain Each Customer is recognized as more than a Number, and they show Gratitude towards those that they Serve.During my last visit... I found myself in need of Groceries while in Self-Isolation, and I had to not only wear a Mask... but make a Plan of Attack to Overcome the Risk of Possibly spreading the Virus pending a Test for Exposure.Compounding this I that I am Diabetic... and Fresh Salad helps me to moderate my Blood Sugar.Fortunately, when I Visited, Ruler's only inhabitants were Employees that are Familiar with me... and Tolerant of my Situation.Thanks to both Amanda and Augusta, we danced through the Isles with Laughter and Wise-Cracks and I thought it might be an easy Check-out...... Until I discovered I was about 25¢ short!... oops!Augusta and I figured out how we could get the 25¢ if I "Borrowed" a Cart in addition to my Own...gave her THAT Quarter, Emptied my Original Cart, took IT'S Quarter and then Freed up the Cart I "Borrowed".It was One Part 'Mc Hale's Navy' and One Part 'Hunt for Red October' and Both Augusta and I were Smiling...I departed borrowing from Admiral Greer's Line after He pressed the Button aboard the Ruben James... and said:"... and I was Never Here😁."Thanks to Everyone at Ruler Foods...Hoping Each of You Have aMerry and Blessed Christmas!'Kurt' Bruno Biava ⚓Honorary Captain (Lifetime)USS LST 325 Ship Memorial
