My husband and I stopped in here after having dinner next door at Hovey's, which was a great decision. This is a cute little spot, reasonably priced, with indoor and outdoor seating, friendly and helpful staff, quick service and great ice cream treats. My husband had the banana split and I had a scoop of black raspberry truffle ice cream. Both were a generous size and very good! This is a very family friendly spot, and is a must even if you are just passing through town.

Extremely disappointed. Proper training on how to deal with customers that are unsatisfied is needed. I called due to getting cheese fries that were not the normal fries. They replaced them with seasoned fries without even asking. Certain groups of individuals like autistic, adhd, even ocd have a routine a structure when it comes to food they eat. When I called to express this I was given attitude by the person that said they were the manager. Which also refused to give me their name after saying I would just reach out to the owners to inform them of how they handled a customers complaint. I was told they were not going to replace my order and I'm the only one to complain. After 6 minutes of complete shock she finally agreed to giving me a replacement order when the correct fries were in. Which she then said were there I probably got the last order. For spending 15 on 2 small shakes and a cheese fry I expect my order to be correct. If they are substituting they need to let the customers knowand not make them feel like they are the inconvenience for asking for the correct item. Extremely disappointing. Neurodivergent people clearly are not welcome there. Not understood when I mentioned it that's when I got the your the only one that complained.

I have mixed feelings about this place. We were the only people there ... the two cheese bugers we ordered took 25 minutes to get?????. Sign says bugers will take 10 minutes to cook. They had good flavor but were small and very dry. The price is very high over $5.00 each.... NOT worth it. Onion rings were good but only r got "5" (small to medium in size) in the order. Also pricey!! French fries needed to be cooked longer. Again pricey for the amount you get!! Only one size which compared to other place s would be a medium order.Now for the dessert.... EXCELLENT the Hawaiian sundae was filled with coconut , banana., pineapple and nuts. Which had a nice amount of each. The vanilla custard has a great creamy flavor.Worth a stop for dessert ONLY.!!!!!

Friendly staff, clean bathroom, clean facility. I liked all the options they had. I got cotton candy with sprinkles, very highly recommended. Portions were pretty decent for the price. Loved everything about my experience. They offer outdoor seating and indoor seating.

This was our second time visiting. First time we got burgers and sides (can't remember which, but likely fries). Everything was delicious. Yesterday we stopped by on the way home for ice cream. I got the Mr. Presley and it was awesome. So much peanut butter. My wife got something with butterscotch and pralines and she really enjoyed it. We got the "small" cups, but could barely finish everything. We'll definitely be stopping by here again when we're in the area.

We went to a different restaurant initially but they were out of burgers, so we ended up at chilly Willy's instead. The group was happy we ended up there though! The food was all fresh, hot and plentiful regarding portions. We got our (large order for 6) order withing 5-6 minutes and it was great! The only thing negative was they didn't give or ask about sauces! I highly recommend them.

First time we were passing by and decided to try it out and the food was wonderful I have the pull pork Horseshoe and root beer and my friend had a double burger with bacon and cheese and onion rings. As I said the food was delicious and the service excellent.

If you happen to find yourself in Olney, Illinois and want some amazing food from some awesome folks, I highly recommend this place. The only time I have been dissatisfied with them was the day they were out of sweet potato fries. (Which I'm surprised doesn't happen more often because they are delicious.) Aside from that, I have no complaints.

I had a grilled cheese and a shake. It was really good, but the girls waiting on us really seemed like they had better things to do and we didn't feel welcome. I understand it was probably teenagers being teenagers, but it got on our nerves since we hadn't ever been here before and wanted to try it.

Hello fans!!! This place is really neat. I had the Taco Salad and boy was it worth it! The meat to the lettuce and everything in between, was totally fresh! Each bite expressed its flavor. I really enjoyed this place! Cant wait to return to eat the other items on the menu!

This is always a great place to go for a sweet treat or a guilty pleasure fried food! My choice of items include the chocolate ice cream with cookie dough and the fried pickles with ranch! The burgers are also very good. The service is excellent and the girls are always really nice. It’s a good time when you can sit outside of the shop in the summer and it’s always a great ice cream spot for when you are about to go through the Olney Christmas lights! There’s never a bad time for icecream and Chilly Willy’s can agree with that! I would 10-10 recommend. The only negative I have would be the pricing on things but that is small town business. The quality and tastiness of the food makes up for it though!

The best ice cream and sundry items in Olney. You can place orders by text, phone, drive thru, or at the counter in person. The owner is a friendly lady and very hands on with her business. The staff goes the extra mile to give great customer service too.

Always a stopping point when in Olney. Love the ice cream there. So rich and creamy. Burgers and Dogs are really good too. The the ice cream is the Best!

Employee's were nice. There was a family that was leaving with small children. They did leave a mess. But no employee bothered to wipe off the table. The entire time I was there the table just sat dirty. The food was dry. Just not worth the money or the wait.

So wonderful here. My friend, Marius (big G), ordered the hot dog and made a huge mess, though. He said he always eats too much here but that's just his German way. He also asked if there was liquor here..But really great ice cream and food!
