I visited this Burger King location late on a Saturday night, approximately 10:30. I used the drive-thru to order. The staff took about 5-8 minutes before they spoke. I was told to please hold, which took another 5-10 minutes. The order was placed, and the payment was completed, I was instructed to pull behind two (2) cars in the parking lot. The order took another 15 minutes to get brought to the vehicle. Items were not prepared properly, which I didn't notice until arriving home.Summary: The restaurant was probably short on staff, which caused a total of approximately 30 minutes to be served, and the order wasn't completed properly.

It was a quick pitstop on our trip and for some reason we were not expecting much, I'm not a Burger King fan, but it was pretty good. Bathrooms were clean, sandwich hit the spot, fries hot & crispy. Luckily we found a place to park truck & trailer, it's not a big lot.Parking: Parking lot is on the small side, we did find a place to park truck & trailer, but i think we got lucky.

I went to Burger King yesterday on my lunch, not only did I not get back to work TEN minutes late, and I only ordered 1 burger!! but the workers messed up a guys order THREE times!! Who I assume was the manager was cussing and yelling about how it was her day off and shouldn’t be there. If you’re a manager sometimes you have to do that! Worst environment I have personally seen. Something needs to happen or it’s just going to go downhill more.

Tonight we went thru drive thru. Hot home and the food was AWFUL . 2 WHOOPERS AND ONION RINGS. The whoppers were so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. It was hard . The onion rings had been cooked so long they were crunchThey too were just cold. That's so disappointing. .was totally dissatisfied.. service was great and the wait was long for cold food. . Come oN BK . YOU CAM DO BETTER

After my son's sandwich was made wrong three times was told since I played with card there was no chance at refund for his sandwich alone. When I asked why they called local police. They also couldn't understand why refund wasn't available. 1 hour and 20 min later, I left with no refund and no sandwich.Kid-friendliness: Employees children were all over dining area.

Every time I've gone to this burger king, the food has been incredibly mediocre. I thought maybe I was just catching them at a bad time. I went in tonight and waited at the empty counter for about 7 minutes. While I was waiting, two other customers came up to stand behind me at the counter and started talking amongst themselves. A store employee came up, looked right past me and took the first guys order. I thought maybe they were friends and she was showing him preferential treatment. It happens. But after he was finished paying, she continued to ignore me and took the order of the second guy who was behind me. After that she walked away from the counter. So I left the store.I generally never leave negative reviews because I don't think it's worth my time, and there's a good chance that maybe the employees were having a bad day. But I have honestly never been so disrespected directly to my face like that. Just completely ignored like I wasn't there, despite standing at the counter waiting all that time. I know the loss of my business is going to mean nothing to Burger King. But I'm definitely not going to be returning to this store. There's an Arby's down the street that's open 24/7 anyway.

I dont understand the bad reviews...granted it was 7:00 Monday night but...no waiting...my order was correct...this was THE BEST BK I EVER HAD...THE CHICKEN SANDWICH AND THE BURGER WERE JUST COOKED FRESH. I cant say enough good things about it. Thank you. UPDATE... i have been here twice since the previous review and both times were excellent. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

Biscuits and gravy are not very good .Sort of like a watery paste and and a bland soft biscuit.Hence, this is 5 years later......This morning was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !! The hash rounds were stone cold ,the bacon , egg and cheese biscuit was like a hockey puck .To begin with we weren't waited on for 5 minutes and we had to holler for someone . The waitress was visiting at the window without a care about the walk in customers . The the Coke machine wasn't on, no napkins in the dispenser and no ketchup in the dispenser ! The boss wasn't there so apparently the old saying, "When the cats away the mice will Play" apparently true at this greasy spoon .As we were leaving another customer walked in and he was standing there for a long time without anyone waiting on him . I told him he better holler because nobody will wait on him . AND HE DID !! As we got outside, there they stood ,ALL OF THEM SMOKING ! Not a soul in there to wait on the customers !My advice is ,if you want fast food, go to McDonald's !!!!I wonder if management even reads these reviews ??

Good place to eat. Nice and clean. Staff was very pleasant to communicate too. All was very professional and yet my guests and I had a great lunch with a great atmosphere. No micromanaging or any drama within Staff. One of the best Burger King's Ive evaluated. This one by far the top 10. Thanks!!!👍😊😁

I went through the drive-thru this morning I had a couple questions about the menu items and the person working the drive-thru acted as if I had annoyed them because I had a question. Get to the window and the rudeness continues come to find out it was a manager. Seems to me Burger King should put more time into training their managers on how to properly deal with the public.

Currently waiting in the drive thru for 10+ minutes and I’m the only vehicle in line, nobody has even bothered to say anything over the intercom to take my order, driving around to the window to see what the deal is, this is probably the 3rd time that this has happened here and it’s always, “oh we’re sorry it must not be working” but this time it was “oh we’re sorry we don’t pick up big trucks through the drive thru that much”….like seriously I’m in a F250 and have watched numerous trucks this size go through. I don’t ever have issues like this anywhere else. Sounds like they’re too busy messing around and not working. I’d give it less than 1 star if I could. Come on Burger King. Update….they messed the order all up except for the drink….what a joke.

Being Deaf/hard of hearing, going to drive-thrus can be traumatic and emotional. However, when I pulled up to the window they were so nice, accommodating, and patient. They made sure I could read their lips and signed thank you at the end! They made me feel like a person and I love it! Thank you for a great experience.

Honestly, they were overwhelmed... seems like most of the Town decided to go through the drive-up at the same time... and the Staff at Burger King can't help that...I have worked in Fast Food myself... and I admit that I didn't last long. The pace is much too quick for me to keep up...so, I admire the Workers that try so very hard to not only serve us... but keep an increasing demanding customer base happy.Okay, my order wasn't exactly correct.. they didn't put cheese on my Double Whopper...(and it was an innocent mistake) ...but I chose not to make an issue of it, because I know that they are doing a job that I failed at, and I am very grateful for their dedication and hard work 🙂.... after all I got to have Supper tonight... and I know that a great many people are going to sleep hungry.Bruno Biava ⚓

Very clean friendly environment. Love the fact there is still a place for kids to play indoors. And it was very well kept as well. Bathrooms were clean. I went on a Sunday and whomever was working that day at least knows their jobs and does it quit well. Great employees that morning.

The food is usually great but drive thru times are very slow most days from 1pm to 7pm. Now that renovation work has been completed the interior of the restaurant is amazing.. I can't fully give this store 5 stars after past experience with 20 minute wait times in drive thru. However great food and decent attitude has given them a three out of five on my thoughts and opinions.

Been setting 40 minutes plus , ready to request money back and walk out, sure not fast food...Drive through isn't busy, so no excuse for not being faster, infact 2 came in after us and they got their food first. Would have give -1
