Only good thing about this place is that it's some of the cheapest fuel in our network. Food options suck. Bathrooms suck. Everything is dirty and smelly. Staff is friendly and helpful but the establishment itself needs a major overhaul. Never had to park here and probably never will but there does always seem to be parking available when I stop to fuel.

I'm giving this 1 star so I can leave a review. We have stopped here several times and the only thing this place has going for it is fuel prices. The bathrooms are always dirty, trash flowing over, toilet paper on the floors, the toilets haven't been cleaned in awhile. The staff is slow and always understaffed. It's really sad because this place abs Burger King both have potential but apparently no one cares

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in and we’re traveling across country. The women’s bathroom had blood all over two of the toilets and the third had pee all over it. The paper towels were out so I had to bunch up toilet paper and load it with soap and wipe the cleanest of the three down so my kids could use it safely. That is so not okay. There were ants all over trail mix in there. Honestly this place needs to be shut down until you can hire employees who can clean 😅 gross gross gross! Also another note the employee was not in the building when we went in there and wasn’t for a few minutes. Anyone could have walked in there and taken anything they wanted.

Bathroom was disgusting. There was no paper towels. Both trash cans over flowing. The urinal was leaking water and had enough pubic hair on it to make a Yosemite Sam mustache. Also most expensive gas we have seen on our 1500 mile road trip so far today. I wanted to leave a one star but I was shocked that the gas pump actually gave me a receipt so there’s one plus.

It’s a nice store, pretty well stocked. I was there after Burger King was closed and had a piece of their pizza. I did not care for that, coffee was good in the morning

Called today about your gas pump putting a $175 hold on my account for pumping gas. Your "manager" is a incompetent idiot who lacks verbal communication skills. Hope you handle that charge back because there was absolutely NOTHING posted on your pump that states you would put a $175 hold on my account and to yell me to call my bank is absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent customer service! Friendly staff and clean restrooms! Also a couple of last minute places to park late at night. Very large lot with lots of extra dirt spots around the edges! Super nice cashier and stocker.

This is one of my favorite places to stop when we head to Georgia, which is alot lately. I've tried the pizza but not any of the other food yet. Wendys is good as usual. The women's bathroom needs some serious attention. It's getting worse and employees need to pay more attention to it during the day. Maybe do an hourly check on it. They take care of that and I'll change it to 5 Star.

Nastiest truck stop/ gas station I have ever set foot in. Trash overflowing from every waste basket, no toilet paper in any of the bathroom stalls, bathrooms were beyond disgusting, 3 of the stalls were completely clogged up and filled to the rim of the toilet.Second time I’ve stopped here over the past year, my first visit wasn’t any better but I figured they may have been having an off day. Clearly not the case here, management and employees simply don’t care and it shows. Do Better

The road ranger is a very busy service truck stop. They're not the best on the road but they're by far not the worst. Parking lots are you generally 40 and 50 truck parking which is kind of small. They usually have some kind of food but you can Grab & Go drinks are grab-and-go and there's always restrooms that are halfway decent. It is a truck stop so food is expensive.However there's a Subway next door and a Dairy Queen that are not connected they are probably cheaper inside the truck stop is a Burger King so happy hunting and good luck

The worst truck stop on the interstate, always filthy and shelves are empty! Restrooms are filthy and out of paper products…………EDIT , made the mistake of stopping at this miserable dump again after a while, the restrooms smelled awful and the coffee was empty along with the cream , I stood at the register for 5 minutes because there wasn’t an employee in sight at the counter or register, another driver suggested walking out with our things but I’m not dishonest but I can’t see how this place is in business yet

Stopped for a bathroom break and two of the stalls had no toilet paper and there were no paper towels to dry hands. Stopped to tell cashier since there were multiple people entering to visit women's restroom and cashier just complained about running out of toilet paper and people stealing it.

This place put a $150 hold on my card for $25 worth of gas. This is an extravagant amount to be holding for up to 7 days. Will never get gas or anything else from another Road Ranger. Use a Loves instead.

Nice quiet stop with friendly staff clean showers and has a burger King, dairy queen, a subway and a tire repair shop all within walking distance. The only thing that sucks is the price of the fuel which they can't help.

The store itself is ok. The BK located inside needs help. Employees there are terrible. Openly arguing with each other where customers can hear. Service is mediocre at best. Customers at the counter are less important opposed to the drive through. It also seems they never have enough help.

Really great gas prices compared to other areas! The bathrooms were okay and the station was somewhat clean inside. Employees were a bit rude. Seemed that they spent more money on a gambling/gaming center than the actual station.

The bathrooms here were out of both toilet paper and paper towels. The employees had masks on, but not over their noses. If you are on a roadtrip and need a clean stop - this is not your place.

Stopped in for a cup of coffe while on a long drive. Coffee was fresh, store well stocked. Staff could have appeared at least a little interested in what was happening.This location is a little tricky getting in and out of while driving, especially at night.
