Ordered a cookie dough blizzard and a hot fudge sundae. The sundae was half melted. The blizzard had maybe 10 pieces of cookie dough in it and was melted so bad it dripped all down my hand and dress. Was told they were out of napkins and didn't offer a paper towel off the roll that was on the counter. Probably one if the worst restaurant experience we have ever had.

Ordered a strawberry sundae and got a melted thing in a cup with maybe 3 pieces of strawberry in it. Also young blonde girl with pink highlights in her hair seemed bothered to wait on me. I'm guessing it was the American flag on my hat and she was a communist but thats just a guess...

Will never be giving this location my service ever again, as a truck driver it's not easy to get food outside of the normal truck stop affair, with that said when I order food I expect to get what I ordered, did I at this location? not 100% they were out of one item and offered to give me something else in exchange, I declined then was told I could get a refund for that item through the app, this was a lie, after calling and texting back and forth with corporate I'm being told to go into the store to refund, yet the store insists they can't do refunds in store, they also insist that they gave me my entire order knowing that isn't true. I'm assuming the gentleman I spoke with was the manager, he was very rude about the whole situation during this whole ordeal, and I now need to put a dispute in with my bank to get my money back. This store need a serious revaluation

This was possibly the worst Dairy Queen I've ever visited. Every aspect of the experience was disappointing. We used the drive-through and ordered our food, but when we pulled up to the window, the service was extremely poor; our food was almost thrown at us. My wife had paid for a dipped cone, which was initially forgotten and only provided after she inquired. The attendant at the window seemed unaware and mentioned she hadn’t charged us for it, although we had been charged. After showing proof of the charge, my wife was given the wrong cone, which was melting, and the attendant closed the window without resolving the issue. Further down the road, we discovered more mistakes in our order: instead of garlic parmesan chicken, we received BBQ chicken (to which I'm allergic), ranch instead of gravy, and the soda was merely carbonated water. I advise avoiding this location and driving a few miles further to another restaurant, as the service here seems to lack professionalism, especially from the inattentive teenage staff.

Two cars in drive through when I ordered a soda. Three minutes to place the order. Unfortunately the same to cars were still in the drive through which we could not see as we ordered. 15 minutes later, a demand for $3.18. No eye contact, no apology for the wait. I would have left but there as no way to exit the drive through once you enter.

I normally love their food. Love their ice cream. Went the other day, ordered a four piece chicken strip basket. Looks like I got three and a half pieces, a little disappointed in the size of a piece that I got, but I ate it and it was good. The restaurant is just a little bit dirty, not bad, but could use a better cleaning.

I am one of 15 people that wanted to order lunch at the dairy queen in Okawville, Illinois. Arrived with a bus of 37 people but the others went to eat at subway next door due to the doors being locked and said lobby closed. Only two cars in the parking lot, assuming the employees. And no customers there. We decided to walk through the drive through to order and eat at the benches. A guy came out and said we cannot take your order because we cannot have you standing around in the parking lot. We asked that he then open the lobby. He opened but was not happy about it and angry. I told them that they have an hour so plenty of time even though they only had three employees working. They did a good job getting our food to us. The girl working said we could not eat in the lobby so we had yo go outside in the heat. Shorted me five dollars in change so i had to correct him. Another say she needed he cups and he got them for her but with an aditude. They took care of us and what cars drove through in 40 minutes, which was a good job and the food was good.. We felt they did not want to work. We were told there was not enough staff to clean. The outside sign clearly stating that the lobby was open when we were there. POOR MANAGEMENT!

Just came Thu there on 9 -5-22 for lunch, never been before. Order this pretzel and a double burger. Let me tell you my husband was very pleased with that burger. Two paties, let, Tom, onion, two different kinds of cheese. Don't know whomever made it but props to you. Will be back.

Store is clean. Ordering can be slow. Receiving food can take some time and a bit longer than normal. Employees are nice. Recent visit I ordered a large fry and got a regular in a large fry container. Not much lettuce on recent sandwiches with large slices of onion instead. Sometimes it’s just better to drive 15-20 minutes elsewhere for ice cream or food. 2.5 overall

The food is way too expensive for what you get. The staff was nice but the food not so great. The large fries are more like a medium from most fast food restaurants. They were out of vanilla ice cream and my burger was very bland.

Some of the other reviews of this place almost stopped us from stopping here. I'm glad we went against that. Usually we don't. The staff was very friendly, our order was as we asked, the food is hot and tastes very good and fresh. Thanks guys!!!Parking: Plentiful parking with the ability to stop with a tow on back although we didn't have one this time. Kid-friendliness: We ordered two kids meals and they came as we ordered them hot and fresh. They love when chocolate milk is available and it is here. The kids meals come with an ice cream but we are traveling with kids too young to keep it clean so they offered a coupon instead so they didn't lose out!

They are not allowing any inside seating due to Covid-19 restrictions. We ate outside on the tailgate and made a special time of it since I had one of my grandchildren with me and he thought it was great. We finished eating came back in and used the restroom, which they had just recently cleaned. We then ordered desert to eat outside also. The food was hot, fresh and the order was accurate. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The food is very good. I think the prices are a little high, but they offer good deals through their app and coupons. In the past the service left a lot to be desired. It was usually only high school age employees working and something was almost wrong with the order. But recently it seems like they have hired some older employees and the orders have been better. I hope that the improvements stay in effect.

Was traveling by on a long road trip and was pleasantly surprised with this DQ. Stopped in at 1:45 on a Friday and it was fairly quiet. Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets and had them within 6 minutes of sitting down. Everything tasted great, employees were nice— 5 stars!

Can not check any of the responses. I am a professional driver and the option for us to eat are limited due to no place to park big trucks. So when I saw a dq beside a truck stop I was pumped. Only to be let down. The lobby was closed and only drive thru was open. What good does that do a professional driver. You are losing business. I don't think any lobby near a truck stop should ever be close. Badanagement right there. Foot traffic from truck stop would be much higher than the drive thru traffic for this location. But just my opinion. Tonight subway got my business. Never let you down

Tractor trailers deliver your supplies. You're next door to a truck stop but I can't get inside to order food or get my rig through a drive through. Disgusting way to ruin a business. Hopefully a truck will refuse to bring product to this location. You could've closed the lobby to everyone but truck drivers. But nope. Hope your business closes because you can't get products from the 18 wheeler that delivers it.

I've been to this DQ several times as I travel the I-64 corridor back & forth to St. Louis and I have never had a bad experience there. The staff is always cheerful & polite. They greet their customers as friends and their friends as family. I had one experience where I ordered a hamburger & got a cheeseburger, but the issue was remedied almost before I could sit back down. Definitely a 5 star DQ, folks.
