Staff was pleasant enough and my order was up quickly and made correctly, but 2:30pm (on a Tuesday) is long enough after the lunch rush to tidy the place up. Roughly half the tables had food remnants of one kind or another on them and the floor by the front counter as well as the dining area was way overdue for a sweep & mop. The toilet in the men's room was clogged & overflowed to the point that there was enough water (and who knows what else) on the floor that I couldn't even use the urinal without stepping in it. An interview was taking place at what was even a dirty table.

Sat in the drive through for over a half hour. Quoted me the wrong price at first at the payment window. Tried giving me the wrong order. Then gave me the right burgers but wrong toppings. Gave me plain burgers no mustard, onions, or pickles on either of them (not what I ordered). Food was also cold after waiting so long. No tags on the burgers like most McDonald's specifying they are "special" burgers with non standard toppings. Honestly not sure what is going on here but I think something is fundamentally wrong. They at least gave me napkins with my order.

The food was good, the place was good, the service was bad, the service at the table never brought you the food and I was watching while I was eating an old man who spent almost 30 minutes waiting at the register waiting for it They served 2 children waiting at the table to take their order, they waited 45 minutes and they had to go get the order, very bad service

Very disappointed with their making, I ordered spicy deluxe mc chicken but they just added chicken patty and sauce, nothing was there related to deluxe mc chicken. Waste of money

Mechanized fast food. The service was exceptional. The food keeps getting smaller while the prices of the smaller portions increases. Pay somebody to clean the soda fountain areas, and tables. Not just thevtables, but the seats, as well!I very much dislike their kiosks, a d have resolved never to return to McDonald's, until they remove them. Cheapskate company. They eliminate jobs with their automation and self-service, while continuing to rake in billions if dollars each year.Nuts to them.

I really wish I could remember the young lady's name at the register cause when she took our order they didn't have happy meals but, she voluntarily gave my boy's pokemon cards and then she found some soft toys for my 10 month old.They were busy but they were very quick getting us the food! And it tasted great. Had breakfast there with my 5 kids, and it was a big order and everything was done right. No mistakes.It was also very clean.

If I could, I would give this location negative stars. Went through drive through, got a sandwich with extra mayo , a chicken with extra sauce and extra pickle. And chicken nuggets and 3 sauces.Asked at the window if the sauces were in the bag. Was told YES.drove to a parking place. No sauce in the bag, fries were dark brown. No extra mayo and no extra sauce. Went in to get sauces and the employee girl argued with me saying that the sauces were in the bag. After a solid minute of going back and forth. The employee finally gave them to me.Worst McDonalds food we have ever had.

Stopped at this McDonalds today while on a bike ride. Store was not very busy and had about 6-7 people on staff working. This store was absolutely filthy. All the tables were littered with crumbs and food. Floors were gross. No straws or napkins by the drink dispensers. Area around beverage fountain was gross, spilled soda all over. Bathroom was disgusting, urinals were covered in old dried urine. I was appalled by the filth I witness at this location. Management and ownership of this location should be embarrassed.

Once in a while, i will go for the Mocha Frappes. Almost always good. Should be at those prices. I won't waste my money on the food. It never stays down, and the grease is too grossly much. Since they changed the fries I don't care for the taste and fish..it tastes like frys and grease too.Parking: I only drive through.Kid-friendliness: I assume it is kid friendly cuz they all love it.

Everything as far as the food was as expected, but the service was above and beyond! Honestly, it's probably the best service from fast food in a very long time. McDonalds employees, especially the lady who brought us the ice cream cone, IDK if u remember me & my husband bringing a group of 8 yr old black kids in on Friday around 2:30-3ish . If you guys are reading this, I appreciate you very much! I appreciate your patience and your management team keeping a nice clean store!

Waited forever for our food that never came. Finally went up and see it sitting on the counter in the back, waited for 5 minutes and a worker finally came to see what I wanted and when I asked if that was our food she gave it to us cold. 2 of the 5 burgers were supposed to be plain but 4 of the 5 came plain along with old very cold frys. I would advise driving on to the next one or go somewhere else

The woman's bathroom was filthy & no hand soap. The tables looked like they hadn't been washed off today, there was no ice or ketchup at the counter either. The girls that were working there were very loud and yelling like they were school girls at a slumber party. No one was working the counter & we had to wait for someone to notice the line of people standing there. Not impressed!

Burger was mid, tasted like there we’re pickles on it but I didn’t order pickles. Chocolate milkshake wasn’t good and there was whipped cream although I did not ask for whipped cream. And whats with you guys putting cheese on everything, its like you refuse to believe people don’t want cheese on there burger.

Store closed earlier then posted online. Says online that they are open till midnight, got there at 11:20pm workers are inside three vehicals in parking lot but when I pulled into the drive though they said they were closed. Asked why it says they close at 12:00am, I was told they can close when they want to. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate!!!
