We went 3/2/24 at 1:01 am after we got off at work. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the cashier who took our order. He was extremely rude. His POS froze momentarily, and he started tapping very aggressively on the screen and then stated he couldn't take our order. I patiently watched and told him to try and back out the order and start over. He said he couldn't take our payment even if it worked. I said to him, you haven't tried. At which time he tried and it was working fine. As I repeated my order back he rudely interrupted me multiple times saying I know and I heard you. This was not the first time dealing with him. The last time we were there we ordered 3 sandwiches and when I asked to have extra pickle he said unfortunately you can. We actually got no pickles that time.. I love the food but this guy shouldn't be working with customers. We go here 2 -3 times a week spending $25-$35 each time on average.. I hope something changes with the employee. Im sure there are cameras to check in regards to this interaction.Do better! Receipt attached.

"Nikki" is a very poor listener and can't spell a very simple and common name even after being told how to spell it. Why on earth do they even bother asking, especially if you're the only customer. So first the "good", the burger was edible. Secondly the fries were old and stale, third, the "sweet tea" was absolutely disgusting and after one small sip, immediately went into the garbage. I do not recommend this location at all.

Burgers looked burnt, but were ok. Fries were good. A sign in the window says that they have coffee, but when I asked for a cup, the worker said that they never have coffee. When I pointed out that their sign in the window AND their menu behind the counter offered coffee, the worker went in to some sort of dissertation about how they don’t profit by selling coffee, so they don’t offer it.When I suggested that they fix their sign (because they don’t actually sell coffee), the manager replied with a sarcastically rude tone of voice, “thanks for the suggestion, sir”.Just trying to help. I doubt if they will fix their signs.

Hardee's must be the worst fast food restaurant chain in existence. They offer promotions only through their app, yet it is the most dysfunctional software ever designed. Two-thirds of their restaurants (including this one) are located in truck stops so you can't use the app to place an order. Keep your $14 burger bundle.

They have markers on the floors where to stand before and after the purchase.They have plexiglas shields at the counter.Dining room is shut down.But the best part is we can actually walk up to the counter and place an order in comfort.Not like at the McDonald's where they treat you like an animal and you have to walk up the drive thru and stand in the cold wind , rain and snow to order then have to wait outside the front of the store for order to be brought out.

Didn't catch the gentleman's name around 8:30/9pm 5/28/23, but he was super kind! The food wasn't old, & our burgers were moist! <3 My partners first time & he asked for more curly fries immediately 🤣 so this location is pretty good!Parking: It's in a truck stop Love's, with plenty of parking for semis & cars!Kid-friendliness: Kids meals availableWheelchair accessibility: ADA accessible. We had the best dining experience here! The cashier/possibly manager working was exceptionally kind. Our young kids enjoyed eating here and ate all the food. 10/10Kid-friendliness: Good portions. We got a bonus cookies too

Took my order quick but it would probably help the service if they weren't listening to music so loud the lobby can hear. And no it's not the truck stop music it's their personal music coming from the back.

I opened up my bun to find a small brown hockey puck piece of chicken for my chicken sandwich. Came with some kind of old sauce and four pickles. Not very tasty, french fries were ice cold and not much else to say about the drink situation. Very sad for $9 worth of food. Don't know why I keep going back to a Hardee's because each time I am disappointed even at other locations.

Breakfast biscuits are always under done and doughy in the middle. I love Hardees breakfast, but I don't go here anymore, and I live in town. There was an male assistant manager there, who was very rude to me. I will never go back.

I haven't had any mishaps with my orders ever and never a long wait time. Service is nice with a smile and gets to you quickly. Overall always good experience. Downside though drive through lane is very narrow and larger trucks have a hard time sometimes.

I made my order clear and it was still wrong. As expensive as fast food is, and the little time truck drivers have to grab it and go, we'd like to get what we ask for the first time.

This is what they consider a $5 chicken sandwich it's their new chicken and waffle sandwich I'm very disappointed It does not look anything like the picture that they represent nor is it worth $5

Burger was burnt around edges. Ponytail boy said that's how it is and proceeded to argue with me. I asked for a replacement when I walked up instead I got lip. I just gave it back and told them to keep the cost as a tip for doing such a grate job. I've probably eaten 40 burgers from this particular hardees as my route is through here. But all I can say is check your bag before you leave ar you will have to walk back in. Would NOT recommend this Hardee's. Staff doesn't want to work. And remember that's just how it is. I had not had Hardee’s in a few years and we were traveling. It was delicious! The burger was awesome. The food did not take long even though it seemed busy. The workers were efficient and very friendly. I would definitely go here again. We paid over 3 times as much for lunch at a restaurant the day before and I would say we got better service at this Hardee’s.

Ordered 2 combo meals inside. Food took a while to come out which I understand it's busy. But both the burgers in the meal were cold. The american cheese was cold like they just unwrapped a slice of kraft. Both burgers seemed to be like they were sitting out for a while. Fries were fine but this location is not worth the 25$ I spent
