Best and hardest workers that are always willing to assist. The obvious problem is they are overworked and understaffed to the point they can't keep up. Corporate needs to wake up and staff these stores. It's not just Oglesby. It's all of them. I'd rather have 2 well running and fully stocked stores than 15 with every isle cluttered and in disarray. If you can afford to keep building them, then plan out your staffing accordingly

I love Dollar General. I can get much of my needs there without having to go on a 10 mile hike. Store is very clean & organized.Employees are always patient, pleasant & helpful. They now have digital coupons which are awesome.

Store is always cluttered and unorganized. Barely can get a cart through some areas of the store. Manager Peg is extremely rude with poor customer service skills. I rarely visit this location as it is & after my experience with the manager today for a return, I’m sure I will be there even less. If you do not have customer service skills DO NOT work in retail. This is the only store in our little town, I really hope it gets fixed soon!

A dump at best. 4 year update, still rocking the 1 star. 1 kid(Jackson) stocking shelves and running to check customers out, doing a helluva job. I goto check out while one employee lady sitting behind counter eating talking to a maybe customer. Stand there for a few minutes before she yells for this Jackson to come ring me up instead of getting up and doing her job. Hole in the payroll right there. Props to this Jackson kid for still sticking it out.

Usually well-stocked and the gals work hard to try and keep up with careless customers who just put unwanted stuff willy-nilly. It's great for impulse buys and quick pickups like paper towels and candy.

Store is a disaster. What a mess. Employees are rude. First and last time in this store. Making a call to corporate as the rudeness of the employee was very uncalled for. Dollar general i am surprised you would hire people like her..

Aisles are too narrow. Value is nonexistent when you compare cost per unit. Takes a long time to get through checkout.
