This is not a complaint which is why 5 stars all across the board, but literally every time I come here they make me pull up to wait and there's never been anyone behind me. Not one time. I'm the only car. Lol. I have to know why but the kid tonight just said he's sorry, they have a competition. Lmao.. anyway, great place. Keep up the good work

I don't normally write a review on fast food. It's pretty much all standard and you know what you're going to get. This one little hardy's out in the middle of nowhere at a truck stop is the exception to the rule. I kid you not out of 20 years. This is the best breakfast biscuit I have had. I got their double sausage no egg cheese biscuits. It tasted like they used to twenty years ago. Everything about this thing was fresh. The biscuit was not barter overcooked or hard. I don't know if they have a new cook or if they've reset their company standards. But go there before they change anything and get a biscuit for breakfast.

The service was clownish. Half our order sat on the counter in a bag. We noticed people after us was getting their food before us. So I asked if it could be ours, they looked at our ticket and started putting more food in the bag then handed it to me saying sorry. I take the bag a few steps to our table and start pulling food out (of course part of our meal was cold by then.) But also there was only one fry instead of 2. I went and told server and they said , uh can I see the bag. Like I was lying over fries. 🤣 . I said look at our table. Poor service.

I enjoy a good burger. However my Famous Star and Frisco Burger were a little underwhelming for the price. .

I ordered the Loaded Omelet Biscuit combo. It’s basically an egg and cheese biscuit with a few odds and ends folded into the egg. It arrived hot and fresh in just a couple of minutes.

Nice staff however, I ordered the hand breaded Chicken sandwich and they gave me a chicken on a waffle with honey. Not to mention their beaten and un fresh fries.

Sept 20, 2023 at approximately 6:10 PMStopped here at Love’s for gas, went inside Hardee’s for food and I’m standing at the counter waiting for someone to notice me, I watch a young male employee with short dark hair eating out of the French fry bin with his bare hands. Then he turned around and sees me watching him as he walks towards me thinking he’d take my order. Nope!!!!! I started shaking my head in disgust, turned around and walked straight out to my truck to write this review.Now I’m headed down the street to McDonalds which is where I recommend everyone else goes too.

I’ve been coming here every week for a few months. Normally I get amazing service and hot food. This time it looked like everyone in there was upset and my food was cold, and they only gave me 1/ third of a cup of gravy and I ordered 3 cups because I like extra gravy. I would not recommend stopping here if you’re hungry.

This Hardee's should really just close completely. Cold burgers non melted cheese, fries full of grease and hard buns. Do better. Employees standing at the counter on the phone, yelling about coworkers that called out. You can obviously tell zero managers in this one. Certainly not worth the money spent not the money wasted on the hourly wages

It was okay. They were out of apple turnovers, but substituted for cookies, messed up entering our order and had to have a manager come fix it. They rushed us out of the drive thru before I could ask for condiments. There were no cars behind us. Service wasn't very friendly and my sour dough bread was a little stale, but the rest of our food was delicious.

Service was horrible, fries where cold, and had two employees sitting on their lunch and dropping the f bomb while we where trying to eat with our family. This is sad because short of driving to town we try to support our local restaurants. Don't care to go back to this location again.

I ordered a frisco with bacon insted of ham, got down the road it had ham. Normally I wouldnt post but when I tried to call to tell them the mistake no one answered. So this tell me they do this alot so I will not be back.

I ordered last night a beef sandwich 3/24/2023I ate it and after not even 20 min i was forced to pull over because my stomach was in disaster, and during the next 2 hours i thought ill die in the toilet, i have no idea what the hell was that meat but it definitely was not beef, and i swear to God this is my last time ordering food from these type of places.

If the ham and cheese was put together like they just slopped the meat on the bum most of it was on one side. If they forgot my honey mustard so I had to go all the way back through dry through and by time I did that of course my curly fries were cold.

Visit was as good as it can get during a global crisis. LOL!Chicken tenders were hot and properly cooked. Salad ingredients were fresh.Just would of been nice to sit down somewhere anywhere else bit having to go back to the truck.

When this Hardee's first opened, I loved going there. However, the last 6 times I've gone to this Hardee's, my order has been messed up. It does no good to talk to management, she does nothing to make it right and even goes so far as to argue with me about events. If you go after 8pm, expect a long wait. Day shift has 1 amazing employee and 3rd shift does as well. I would hire either of them in a heartbeat but that's this stores only saving grace.I hope this store gets its act together and gets back on track so I can amend this review.

Burger is cold, fries are cold, sweet tea has absolutely no flavor, tastes like cold water! I'd talk to a manager, but, I'm afraid that someone will spit on my replacement food! No way that I'll ever eat here again!
