They claim they will price match and have coupons posted on their social media. Social media says the coupon is still valid if you first price match, even when asked directly. Drove all the way to the store only to be told they won’t first price match then apply the coupon which leaves the product more expensive than if I just go to the competitor. This used to be where I got all the products for my dog and cats but it’s just not worth it anymore plus it feels purposefully misleading to be told one thing then something else once you actually go there. The cashier, who was polite and I have no issue with, seemed surprised when I said Nevermind, please take that off my order regarding the product that would have been price matched which also looks a lot like the marketing assumes you’ll just pay the higher price because you’ve already gotten to that point in the purchase.

Great spot! Was recommended by PetCo since they have the brand of puppy food that we were looking for. They have a self grooming area that you can pay and wash your own dog with supplies, it's convenient vs doing it at home. Good prices on essential dog and cat foods. We've been there twice since and will be back for more. Thank you! All 5 stars!

I am a loyal customer here. Their grooming service are the best. Nicky is my Groomer for my dogs. She's awesome. So kind & sweet to them. My dog is difficult to get her nails clipped. The Vet had to sedate her and my dog suffered for it. I tried it here and met Nicky who was a God send! She's so good with all animals. Nicky was able to calm my dog get her nails done with no sedation. That's how good she is. All their staff is great!

The self service dog wash at this location is AWFUL. They do not keep the tubs or floor clean, the equipment is out of service for blow dryers, not that you want to use those while standing in about 2 inches of water because they don't clear the drain of dog hair and squeegee the floors. They do offer you two towels, more like washcloths to dry your dog though. Doesn't work too well with a 50lbs dog. Do better, and save the standard "please contact us to discuss" response when you have a bunch of other people complaining of the same problem.

I just come to do some work for this store. Menager and second manager very friendly..help me very much...this was 1 more thing to do and I tried to found young gentleman who work fot this store..I want ask manager to call him and give me hand...but she was with customer I don't want to battering her and ask some young lady who stay next to Menager..little Hispanic women..I have 4 children and if 1 of them will talk to me this way.. .you don't wanna know what be happen...if this is future ours country..thanks very much...I'm still working for yours company all state..I come to help and fix problem..not to be bad guy...

I just want to say the way some of these customers treat some of these wonderful and friendly employees is purely disgusting and disrespectful!!! I witnessed a customer talking aweful to a groomer and I had to put them in their place!!! I’ve been coming to this location for years!!!!! I hope Petsupply plus can agree some customers are not always right some are completely miserable and looking for an altercation especially at this location because that wasn’t the first time I witnessed this and props to the employees for keeping their cool and letting the customers talk down to them instead of lashing back. Whoever is in charge, protect your employees with all costs. My family been getting our dog groomed here for a very long time and all the groomers are amazing from the employees that been there long to the new ones I’ve never had a Problem!!! I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area. My German shepherd loves it here.

I do not recommend this location for the self service dog wash. When I got there the water was cold, no hot water, not sure what the problem was and they don’t have aprons. I usually go to the location in Merrionette Park. This is my first time going to this location and my last. Also I asked two employees for aprons and instead of telling me they didn’t have one they said okay, walked away and never came back. I know it may sound like this is just a one time issue with the water but I’ve been going to the Merrionette Park location for over a year and never had this issue with not having warm water, their customer service is great and they always have at least 3 aprons.

Thank you Aubrey for always doing such a great job with Ava. She was so relaxed and looked beautiful super shiny and happy. Also to the young lady who checked us out she was super patient with us. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. Pretty young lady with red hair. I recommend Pet Supplies Plus to everyone I know. Thank you for making her Spa Day we call it another success.

Pet Supplies Plus in Oak lawn has been my shopping spree destination as my Toy Poodle mix dog's food preferences and my pet parental choices have been always met.In the past, I used the store's pet wash for my Standard Eskimo dog, but now, as an owner of a small breed dog who visits dog park, has a month- long boarding stays, the ever changing canned food /treats preferences, the inevitable dental care, and all necessities, I need more affordable options which I can found at PetSupplies Plus, only!🐈I was a happy bargain shopper and found the long time sought Purina DentaLife Chewy sticks my dog loves.🐩🐕🐱High-five to the friendly team and many fun events organized at the store all-year around.

This store has gone down hill within the past several months. Sam was on the ball with everything, to bad she’s gone and they only have uninterested kids working there now. I only shop here if it’s an emergency otherwise I go to Orland Park.

Very clean, friendly staff.. I just hope they take of the cats they get 😭 I found a cat that was covered in its own vomit! I let a store associate know about it.. and I don’t know what happened after that.

Some of the pets they have for sale are neglected, I saw a pair of ferrets, and they were in very bad condition. Their eyes looked like they had an infection. They could beraly open them. I hope they read this and take care of them correctly.

I like the store my only grievance is the dryers blow air poorly and the oatmeal shampoo smells nothing like oatmeal but rather something sweet.

I was at the self dog wash shortly after the store opened. There was 1/2 inch of water on the floor and each of the tubs had clumps of hair. It was very dirty and disgusting. This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced this facility being so dirty. It’s awful having to stand in a puddle of water to wash your dog! AND they recently raised the price!

This is a great pet store...all the employees r very efficient and kind...and helpful...they have a great selection of food and products...and I see they now have a groomer that u can go to...in a little enclosed space in the front of the store....even back in the day...before covid...they used to have a low cost pet clinic u could go to...they may possibly still have some form of that now...as I had noticed signs about it...not sure if they still adopt pets out of there store now...but they used to...all in all a great place to check out...have fun....much luv....k

I always took my dogs here to self serve wash my dogs but now the price went up just so they can have water down shampoo and no hot water just cold and barely have towels to supply to dry your dog

I go in once a week for cat food treats and litter . They have a great selection of everything. The staff even offers to carry the litter into your car. Love this place highly recommend.
