Came here a couple days ago and it’s always good to find steals. Saw a bunch of cute dinnerware/mugs and more for sale.The only downside is that one of my sisters needed help buying a big mirror and they kept telling us they’ll help us in a min and after a long while nobody came so we asked again. And nobody came again... I mean maybe they were busy, I don’t know.But the cashier was a total sweetheart and apologized about the wait saying there was a communication issue(between the worker’s). So in the end it all worked out.Also the lady in the jewelry section was also lovely, she let us try on multiple jewelry and we had nice small talk.

This HomeGoods location is one of my favorites! The location is huge and it has endless options! When I first moved into my apartment this is where I found the best furniture and decor options. Every time I walk in I have to hold myself back from buying so many things. I just came by again yesterday and I had to put a few things down! You will never leave empty-handed, what are the best HomeGoods locations in the area. It is also pretty new, so everything is very well organized and clean! The staff is also very friendly and made sure to wrap all my candles and package them nicely so that they didn’t break. I will absolutely be returning!

Cashier left anti theft devices on two of my purchases, Manger took all items out my bag checked my receipt like three times, scanned to remove safety devices and just said here giving me the bag back. No sorry or nothing. I will never spend my money here again. I felt so humiliated and my grandson said did they think you're a thief? SMH. Never again in life....

I love this particular homegoods ! They have fresh ever-changing merchandise, with the higher end merchandise you usually only find in other suburbs. The staff is always friendly and engaging and the food stuff is always fresh.

If I can give 0 stars I WOULD!!!! I should have listened to reviews to this OAK LAWN LOCATION they do racial profile at this home goods location do not come here if you want to shop comfortably.Very messy store. Broken items on shelves I cut myself from a broken glass on shelf horrible experience at the locationShelves are to overly stocked and messy

Customer service is terrible I’m getting ready to call corporate now just left out of there with my receipt proof of purchase that I bought decorative pillows now there on clearance I just bought them 4 days ago now they see the receipt in there face and saying the pillows not on clearance which I just bought the exact same pillow on clearance today so I’ll be calling corporate now once again manager of store is terrible blowing her nose with a nasty attitude

I loved it. Too many choices especially the clearance section. Bought way too many and went out of budget 😅😅. But will definitely go back to this location. Staffs are friendly too

I love this store so much‼️It’s like Christmas every time I come into the store I can plan to spin a little but come out spending a lot you can’t help it it has beautiful items… Lisa One of the associates worked there… she’s great ‼️with helping me and my daughter very friendly atmosphere very friendly people

Came to buy some decorative pictures and pillows for my first apartment and was met with prejudice behavior. An employee followed me around the entire store from the moment I walked in until I left. I saw some nice things I wanted but did not buy, I'll never spend my money with them.

I hate that I have to write a review like this. But I absolutely could not let the prejudice behavior that I witnessed on September 13, 2022 around 9:45 am be unacknowledged. As I shopped around the store I noticed a slender white male employee following me around to several aisles. When I caught him attempting to spy on me from the next aisle over, he hurried to turn in the opposite direction and began to walk away in a guilty manner I am a black female and it’s unfortunate that a lovely place as this store, is infected with a prejudice employee.I only gave two stars because of how nice the store was.

Overall happy with my shopping experience can get cramped sometimes though. Sometimes you go to other locations and they would be disorganized but this one wasn't as bad. You can't always keep stores like this tip top because people change there minds and just leave stuff around instead of where they got them. So with that in mind one of the better Home Goods I've been at.

They're prejudice, followed me around the store and asked me if I needed help with anything at least 3 times while I was only there less than 10 minutes. I work retail so I know when I'm being targeted and it was definitely uncalled for, I'll never shop here again.
