Ok. I posted about the tri state seven eleven in South Holland some time ago and gave 5 stars. Today(11/5/23) is totally different. 1) The associate behind the counter (10:10 am) has a serious hygiene problem. His body odor dominated the whole store. 2) The bathroom smelled horrible. No air fresheners, nothing. This was not due to human waste. This was something else. 3) Same associate was caught picking his nose in front of a customer and proceeded to give the customer a bag with the same hand he picked his nose with. The customer was adamant that he recieve a different bag with him using his other hand. Associate did not comply and had to be told twice to submit a different bag using his other hand. I was repulsed with this experience. If this continues I doubt that I'd come back. ADDRESS THE HYGIENE AND BATHROOM ISSUES!!!!!!

The 7-Eleven at 4901 W 159th St in Oak Forest is the worst business to come across. I got cursed out for having a service dog and told to get the F___ out! There were more awful words spoken. She is RUDE and has an ANGER 😡 PROBLEM.

While the prices are sort of high, the women are friendly, and they secretly have great freshly made to order sandwiches there. 3 Stars for no bathroom access for customers, and prices.

Average 7-Eleven location. Racial profiling is an issue here. On the door they have a sign saying pull up your pants or don't come in. Walked in with my nearly 30 year old boyfriend who wears his backpack literally EVERYWHERE. Well he was forced to stand at the counter while I did the shopping because of it. I understand the issues of safety but come on now he is a well dressed 30 year old man.

I was racially profiled at this location. This lady stared me down in the store watching me get a drink and tried to charge me for 2 “slushees”! How do you have BIG signs that say your machines are down and charging me for one? I got a large orange soda and added 1 cream from the coffee station to my drink and she said I had to pay coffee price as if she were talking to a little kid. Avoid this one if you’re black.

I am an African male who has been shopping at this location for over 20 years. The owner and her staff have extremely nice the entire time. Additionally, this is the cleanest location that I have ever visited.

This has to be the worst 7-11 ever. 90% of the staff is not even friendly. I had a nice conversation with some guy that worked there one day which was the most interacting I had with anyone in there. Your job is to communicate with the people coming in with hopes that they come back to your local store. Instead they have conversations amongst themselves even when ringing you out instead of talking up the promotions currently happening. The fact that you're the only 7-11 that makes you spend $3 to use your debit card is an inconvenience and probably the most idiotic thing I've seen at a "convenience store" in a world of everything digital and plastic being used predominately, it's idiotic to make someone use $3 when most of your quick items are under $2. It's a cheap ass way to make the customers spend more and cover the 3% debit fees. Either way, make sure your team knows promotions rather than saying "well I guess it's not on sale then" to a customer. Shows lack of leadership and improper management if you ask me and I've been in customer service for 17 years and manage a corporate telecommunications store with 22 employees. I will never come back to this place again.

The owner of the place is a horrible person, she belittles her staff in front of customers, she's very short and curses at customers, and today I asked if my food could be made fresh because by the admission of the staff the prepared food that I wanted had been sitting 20 minutes but I was refused. and treated very nasty. I've seen this owner miss treated people time and time again and she has cursed at me once. I believe anyone can have a bad day especially when dealing with the public but her continuous disrespect to myself and many others is enough, I'm through spring her business and would never recommend her again

Very rude woman who is actually owner she locks people out will let them in later at night if they are white. But still doesn't want to sell alcohol if it's really late past 11pm. Always looks over your shoulder as you look to get what you need. Their was a nice guy who worked nights who was chill with everyone and accepting. But she got rid of him and room over nights. Hear they get robber alot kinda hope so place deserves it.

I work in Oak Forest, and that 7 Eleven over there is the worst. The lady with the dark hair that works or owns the place always treats me with such a bad attitude and like she is racist.... I really think she slammed my stuff on the counter today.If you can't respect me while I am a patron in your store you do not need to be in business or deal with people of color.

Says 24 hour and it’s around 10 each time I’ve came and they have a “closed” sign up with all the lights on. Change your hours online, instead of wasting people’s time.

Pulled in there at 930 at night to get some juice because my blood sugar was low and the lady told me she was closed. Keep in mind there website says 24 hours they actually close at 10. Unless they feel like closing earlier. Literally the worst 7/11 I have ever been too.

Staff are friendly in AM. The owner is an Italian lady who acts like "The Soup Natzi" in Seinfeld. Don't upset here.Good selection of food and it's clean. At night it's a bite shady.

WARNING!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! No $0.99 refills on big gulps for rewards members at this location! They charged me full price for bringing in my own cup! I WILL NOT STOP HERE EVER AGAIN!!! Not when every other 7 Eleven offers $0.99 cent refills for reward members. I could have stopped at 3 locations before this one and got a refill for $0.99 cents.

Horrible customer service from older lady that works here. I believe she is the manager, seen her yelling at one of her vendors delivery drivers. I was trying to checkout but she was to busy yelling and cursing! I will be taking my money elsewhere!!!
