Found out about this place 2 years ago when I got my dog, this is the only place I go to get my dogs food, wet food, treats, bones, toys etc... it has a lot of options here, the staff are very nice,friendly and kind, when we come my dog runs straight to the staff cause he knows he’s gonna get spoiled with treats, (thanks staff members) . The free loyalty program is awesome too, they also have where you can order online and have it shipped to you house. My dog love all the food we bought him from here, it’s a small business and I prefer this over the other pet store supplies, or who knows maybe it’s just their customer service that make me feel welcomed and loved, that’s why I keep going back. If who ever is reading this is near a wet nose go check them out.

I really love this store. Great selection of dog treats and if you are looking for higher end pet products, this place is for you. I got a cost for my dog for the cold months. Very durable and my dog loves it. Also has pet themed home products to update your decor. Very friendly staff.

I stumbled upon this place when looking up places that carry Fromm's dog food. I knew this was going to be a quality place the moment I walked in. Beautifully decorated, huge selection of high quality snacks, and YES, they carry Fromm and many other high quality dog food. If your dog is fussy like ours, this is definitely a place to check out. The friendliest customer service, great products, we will be back.

I adore this shop. The owners and workers are all incredibly friendly and have always been so helpful with any questions we've had in the past. The prices of their food reflect the quality of the food, which is high quality stuff. Our cat is allergic to everything under the sun, and it's the only place that has a variety of food to choose from that is safe for her. We like to bring our pups in with us when we shop because they are always spoiled by the staff. We recently moved and have another specialty pet store nearer to our new home that sells the same products we purchase here, but the prices are higher there, and the staff at Wet Nose cannot be beat, so we'll be traveling a bit farther to get our food now, but be happier for it.

The nicest woman helped us pick chew treats and water additive for our fur baby. I was shocked when he loved it! He is so picky. New favorite pet store!

Them is store is outstanding... Great customer service and employees!!!Make sure too bring your dog and them pick their own treats... it's a surprisingly entertaining how picky your pet maybe. They will let your dog try everything before you buy.We take our dog here every Xmas and for his birthday.It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Wonderful customer service! We went in for the first time today looking for a new cat food for one of our older cats and the gentleman working today was very helpful. Gave us a few options to consider. We ended up signing up fir their rewards program while we were there. We will definitely be back!

Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable. More so than Vets concerning diet etc. Everything is high quality and they are terrific with your dog! I bought a pet bed a while back. I spent a little more than I wanted to, but it is of very good quality and will last a very long time. My dog goes nuts every time we get in the parking lot. Kristin has been helping me with my needs there for a while now and my dog "King" wags his tail for her like no one else....

best dog shop ever. prices are not bad. service is always great. when i have to many bags to carry out they help me carry the stuff to the car. best dog toys and they are always getting new toys in... our dog loves to go shopping at this store ... she gets a treat and a belly rub.

I've been a loyal customer since the Oakbrook store opened. Wet Nose has a great selection of quality products, a wonderful rewards program and a knowledgeable and caring staff. (The staff, truly are the best... when they rotate stores or they decide to leave you really do miss them!)

Love the store.Employees are very nice. Some items are pricey but that's to be expected as they support smaller dog food companies and they are a dog boutique.They have items in the store fit for every budget, however.

I've been going to Wetnose 8 and a half years now, and I could have sworn I wrote a review way back. I can't say enough good things about the stores, the owners and the staff. If you happen to read a bad review, it's not Wetnose, it's the person reviewing. Ever know someone who's terminally crabby? Finds fault with everything? That would be your bad reviewer.I have a German Shepherd that's allergic to pretty much everything and that's how my relationship with Wetnose began. If it weren't for this store and the owners, I'm pretty sure my boy Moose wouldn't be alive today and as healthy as he is.They seriously care about their customers, their pets and their happiness and health. Without them, Moose probably would have had an unnecessary surgery. They've opened my eyes and mind to a world of knowledge of how we should really be taking care of the pets we love so much.I wish I knew then what I know now. I could have prevented the early loss of 3 dear pets.So, thank you Joe and Sheila and all the Wetnose staff, from the bottom of our hearts. 💖
