Besides the pharmacy having bad attitudes, I tried to explain that I received 20 pills instead of 30 and she immediately got smart with me instead of listening to why it took so long to call back. The pills cost me $90 with insurance and all I really wanted to know was did I pay for 20 so I would know it I needed to count my pills for now on, however she immediately became arrogant. So I told her that's okay I don't trust you anymore so I will be going somewhere else. Her reply was no problem and she hung up

Shout out to Leslie in Pharmacy! She saved me $200-I have a diabetic senior cat who gets insulin twice a day; she asked me if generic was okay and applied a GoodRx discount-I saved $200! Thank you Leslie for doing a little research for your customer and helping me save money to care for my diabetic cat! 👏🏻

I went in to purchase some perfume and the older woman there, who was working in the cosmetic aisle was not only short with me but very rude. When I asked a question about prices and online items, her response was so short and ended in I don't know, ask a manager. I felt as if I was disturbing her. Being that the perfume aisle requires some assistance it would probably be a great idea to hire someone who actually enjoys helpings people when needed. Thank you!

I LOVE WALGREENS! Especially when there’s nice people working there like manager Carrie, and super star “Team Player” my man Correyelle!! Thanks for going out in the snow brother to get the cart out of the middle of the parking lot!! I knew you’d do it! Heck, I’d do it myself if I didn’t have a neck brace on and broken neck too. I first asked that angry old man up front if he’d do it as he already had his stocking cap and coat on. First he ignored me and was sitting down, so I went over to him and asked again and he scrowled at me “ if it bothers you so bad, you go and do it!”I talked to Carrie about it and she informed me that he had been there 40+ years. I told her I’ve been coming here for a very long time too, but I’ve never been treated so rudely ever! I think she said his name was Jacob? Whatever his name is, I’m curious to know what I saw him put in his wallet at 4:47 PM, January 9,2024, while standing at the cash register and thought no one was watching. Sure the prices aren’t always the most competitive at Walgreens, but it sure is convenient and I will continue stopping as I usually do. I gave this a 4 anyway but I certainly would’ve given it a 5 had that whole shopping cart thing not happened. Lol.

The store was clean and organized. It everything we needed. All the shelves were stocked and faced really well. And I think the prices were perfectly fine. We were able to find Health and Beauty items as well as food items and the liquor prices I think were very good. Yes there are other places to get liquor at a slightly lower price, but for convenience and ease of purchase I don't mind paying a little bit more. We purchased wine on this trip and we also purchased some Gin and other mixers including sparkling water and flavored water.

Do not depend on the pharmacy for anything. Always out of stock of things. Takes over 24 hours for them to inform you they are out of stock. Will not tell you if something is in stock if you call in. Does not follow posted operating hours. Giving one star because the staff is nice about it.

Normally, I love Walgreens. I shop there often and get all my prescriptions there. But today I had to wait 7-10 minutes at the personless window at the drive through . It seems like that was longer than I should have had to wait , and I must say, very unusual for Walgreens. The lady was very nice when she finally did appear though.

Worst customer service a photo center with walgreens i ever experienced. Got a notification my order was ready. Go there to pick up, and my order was not even packaged, it was till in the printer. Missing my envelopes for my save the dates and my 4x6 pictures. I only received my save the date picture cards. Still had to pay full price for an order that was not fully completed and was told to leave since it was 2 mins to closing time.

Just trying to purchase something that was on the shelf for $4.99 and then they said it was $11.99. meanwhile something else I wanted to buy wouldn't ring up a price so they wouldn't let me purchase it. The clerk was one part clueless and one part snippy when I'm just trying to buy something from them. Meanwhile I'm feeling bad that I'm holding up the line over something that should be minor. The manager on duty didn't really care. Not a single smile in the whole place even before all of this. I recommend you only come here if you're really desperate. Poor customer service and items not in their correct places... or even priced at all await you.

Employee Casey noticed me as I was having a phone conversation. She offered me assistance which I declined. As I was backing out of my parking spot she came out again and said I was being scammed, she's seen it before. I am grateful for her perseverance informing me a second time. I hope her supervisor reads my review, as well as all Walgreens stores informed employees the service they provide. THANK YOU, Casey

Walgreens' corporate arm should be court martialled for their utter inability to fill prescriptions, communicate with their customers in a timely and effective manner about their prescriptions, or process any and all requests relating to prescriptions. Nothing against the staff here.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Third time this week I've sat in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes with only 3 cars. Went inside finally and stood behind 1 woman who not only was the pharmacist casually talking to, but had the cashier and another staff member standing there listening rather than helping the line of customers. Waited another 15 min. Why is there a consult counter if you're going to stand at the register and hold up everyone else.Been like this the 2 years I've lived in the area...

This is the worst Walgreens I have been to. The lady at the beauty section was the worse customer experience I have had. She didn’t want to do her job and was getting annoyed by answering questions. I had to go get help from the front desk and they were happy to help.

The store is fine, but one employee took upon herself to follow me around asking if I am doing ok, checking on me, way too much. Lol! There were other customers too but all white so may be I got ‘preferential treatment’! That was annoying and a bit concerning!

Extremely sloooooow. Took an hour to fill a bog-standard, very basic prescription with four staff standing idle in the pharmacy. When it came time to pick up, the drive-up window was not staffed and it took about five minutes for someone eventually to saunter over. Have seen faster service at pharmacies in Africa...

This store offers an amazing customer experience. The beauty consultants in the cosmetic department are highly trained and offer wonderful recommendations. Store Manager Stephan Q. is truly an asset to the company. Fantastic location. Far and above the rest.

Rude cashier and manager who watched the whole thing and did absolutely nothing to diffuse or stop the cashier from being belligerent. Just wanted to be charged correctly, cashier didn't offer to check price so I went and checked it. I asked why he rolled his eyes when I said the price was wrong and why he didn't offer to check. He proceeded to get heated in the exchange and the manager was in the next register the whole time.

I was cheated on a purchase. When I got home and found out I tried to call them to speak with a manager. They hung the phone on me.Update: I received a phone call from Walgreens apologizing for the situation. For the fairness I changed 1 star to 3 stars.
